How can I feedback my unhappiness to Booking.com for additional $160 for 1 bathroom!

When I book 2 two room suites, I didn't expect that there is only 1 bathroom?? the suites says that it can occupy 6 paxs but with only 1 bathroom?? and I need to pay $160 more to get an additional bathroom.

Enormous and comfortable apartment in a great beachfront location, well kitted-out with pretty much everything you could need for your stay. Very kind and helpful staff were always there when needed. Booking.com rate was very good value: I would book again at that price — repeatedly.

Artefacts from an earlier guest suggested a rushed service prior to occupancy — but the suite was so big my sympathies tend to be with the poor cleaner who has to turn it in two hours. WiFi was frustratingly slow and coverage weak - although they do provide an Ethernet connection in the master bedroom which is always a plus.

Great place for family holiday just need to improve a bit of the service side

Super convenient location. Spacious units and proper facility and amenities as always. You can always across the street for sunbathing or take a dip in the sea. Rucam coffee is right at the front, a bit pricey but super convenient. Worth paying for when you travel with family or a group of friends.

The staff at the basement was quite rude when my brothers drove out cars to park. He asked ridiculous ly questions until the check in person called him through the intercom. When checked out their staff insisted that there are a few towels gone missing which we are sure that they can be misplaced in our 3 units that our family stayed. They also charged us for the 2 lift access cards that we forgot to return which normally often misplaced or lost.

If you want swank this is the place. Get a good rate and you cannot go wrong.

Beautiful apartment Great value and location. Beach across the road, two balconies on the 22 floor. Killer views. Fully equipped kitchen, able to go to the market and cook a wonderful meal. No need to leave for breakfest.

It is a bit of a distance from the local vietnam flavours, understandable for such a high end property. Short cab ride puts in the heart of vietnamese culture.

The staff were nice. The room given to us upon check in was the wrong configuration and I was quite upset as it was almost midnight and our flight was delayed so we were tired. It got sorted out eventually. Staff was helpful. Location not bad. View from room was great.

Room abit dated and not in good condition, stained with visible wear and tear. Housekeeping did not refill soap. Pillows too soft for my liking.

good location. right in front of the beach and shopping malls around. very spacious 4 bedroom apartment. well stocked amenities. staff very friendly and prompt with their service.

One of the best accommodation I have ever had. Great experience with professional friendly staff.

Nice view with a very comfortable location in the city, easy to travel to places without taking a long time. The room is big with 2 bedrooms, but just only 1 bathroom so that was the only not great feature.

Only 1 bathroom among 2 bedrooms. The room had some water leakage due to the rain through the wall, but the staff responded very quickly. Other than that, nothing else to complain about. The place was very nice and I would definitely stay here if I return to Nha Trang.
