Great value stay!

Excellent location with minimal outside noise. Easy to walk to many places. Amazing buffet breakfast. Great beds for a good nights sleep. Pool is very serene. Friendly staff who are always smiling and willing to help.

The rooms are a little older (curtain broken in my room) but didn’t bother me.

Sheraton fantastic, will stay again

Buffet breakfast was great, the pool was nice, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Steam Room and sauna was good too, and so was the fitness centre/gym. The cardio machines were a bit laggy and slow (in terms of using the screens). Centre if nha Trang, so you can go to the gold coast mall/Lotte mart next door, and not far from other attractions. Beach was ok, can be a bit dirty, but that's not the hotels fault, you'd be better if just hanging out by the pool I think. Roof top bar great but be aware that the happy hour requires you to buy 2 drinks per person minimum for the 50% discount. The kids club was great with plenty of toys.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Infinity pool was beautiful

Bathroom was a little dated. Sink was too shallow, water would always splash out. Needs more space on the vanity.

Great seaside hotel with exceptional club lounge

Stayed in a club room food and drinks were excellent in the club lounge. All staff exceptionally friendly and helpfull a joy to be with

“Simply the best”

We were warmly welcomed by the reception team …it’s always nice. We booked an ocean view room and we’re not disappointed it’s well worth the additional cost, being a 5 star property in the Marriott hotel group expect the best . “The Food”we booked into their main restaurant aptly named Feast and it was seafood/Asian/ western the spread was of a very high standard with the staff being right on the money, friendly service but not an overkill with a real buzzy atmosphere. We enjoyed our first night so much we rebooked in for a second Feast the following evening. T The pool area needs to be discovered OMG what an infinity view, staff are on hand if you require a cold drink or a pool towel.

I’d find it hard to dislike anything about this hotel.

Very good value for money.

Very friendly and client oriented staff. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Great outdoor pool and SPA area. Nice rooftop bar and lots of variety at breakfast.

Superb

The staff were very helpful. Thai-Jason in particular was very knowledgeable. I like to compare Jason to an encyclopedia. His English language skills are excellent. I loved the room and the view and the location. And the housekeeping, reception, and F&B teams did their jobs well.

Good location across the street from a long, sandy beach and steps away from a shopping mall. Modern high rise building offering incredible views of the beach, ocean and the city. Comfortable suite with all expected facilities. Great breakfast buffet in the main restaurant We enjoyed two bathrooms, two TVs and two balconies. Incredible executive lounge with even better views, great selection of foods and drink and an enthusiastic young, English-speaking staff. Many thanks especially to Trinh (Junia) who showered us with attention, helped with our dietary requirements and anticipated our daily personal needs.
