About this house rental
You'll fall in LOVE with our home the minute you arrive because of it's most comfortable and luxurious "at-home" feel. We have this spacious but cozy almost 3,000 ft. cabin stocked with all the amenities you'll need to provide the most memorable experiences with your friends & family. Ski/Snowboard equipment can be stored and put on in the storage and bench area of the garage. NEWLY remodeled, we converted our garage to a full time game room with 2 smart TV's, ping-pong, air hockey and lots of games! We also have a large flat driveway that also fits about 4 cars, and a basketball hoop! Sleds are available in the garage to borrow if you want to explore the mountains for some great sledding. The shuttle picks you up just outside our back gate to take you to Snow Summit and/or Bear Mountain. After a great adventurous ski day, come back to hot tub under the stars, BBQ or cook in our "chef's kitchen." Appliances include Keurig and regular coffee maker, large crock pot, turkey roaster, soup pot, cuisinart, panini, and all the other staples of a gourmet kitchen, including spices, tupperware, and plastics for food storage. The large dinning room table accommodates ten, with extra card chairs against the wall if needed, and even more in the coat closet.The high kitchen counter also seats 6. After dinner, relax, make s'mores and cuddle up with our warm blankets to watch your favorite movie on our amazing new LARGE flat screen TV by the indoor fireplace, or sit for a game of chess. Free Wi-Fi provided during your stay. Netflix movies available as well as a fully stocked DVD cabinet. Most are SMART TV's on which you'll have access to all of your own streaming accounts. They will also prompt you to use the Spectrum App from which you will have access to a HUGE variety of channels and movies! If you've decided to stay in for the day, please welcome yourself to the wonderful assortment of video games, board games, library of books and puzzles (suitable for both kids and adults), as well as the really fun ping pong, air hockey foosball tables and a basketball hoop in the driveway! At night, in the winter, a warm down feathered comforter and duvet are provided at the edge of your bed.

The master bedroom is large and spacious, consisting of the most comfortable temperpedic bed and on the opposite side of the room, is a gorgeous dresser with a large SMART flat screen TV above. There is a fold out bed in the master closet which fits easily in all the space around the room. The master is "ensuite" with a luxurious shower having multiple shower heads, a large jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and a privately enclosed toilet area. The room also has the most amazing ceder-lined closet, enclosed with tall and wide mirrored doors. There are two guest rooms on the other side of the house. One with a queen bed, a SMART TV and the other room has two sets of bunk beds, and a trundle bed that rolls out of one, consisting of 5 twin size beds, and a TV. If additional beds are needed, the brown leather couch in the family room has a queen pullout bed and the red leather couch in the heated garage also has a queen pullout sofa-bed. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, most are Smart TV's, cable TV, Blue Ray/DVD plus Netflix. Wii Fi and iHome charging station.
The backyard is privately enclosed, and perfect. There is a hot tub, gas BBQ and 2 large picnic tables, plus extra seating (chairs) for 10. There's plenty of space for the kids to play, and when the snow is fresh, it makes for great snow cones.

We had a great time at this cabin. It had all the necessary things, the tub, grill and bonfire definitely made the stay worthwhile. The game room was amazing, the kids really enjoyed the ping pong table and the air hockey. Would definitely come back!

This property is absolutely amazing! Even better than the description. The best part was we could walk out the back yard and jump on the shuttle to snow summit, snow summit is walking distance but why walk when you can ride for free. Bonnie was the best super host! We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect for a quick, short getaway to celebrate our 16 yr old daughters birthday! Excellent location - game room was perfect for the teens - the new hot tub is awesome! We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun getaway!

Big Bear Cozy Cabin
This was a beautiful cabin to stay in. It was a great size and had all the amenities. They turned the garage into a game room. There is an outdoor jacuzzi tub that seats around 4-5 adults. They are building a fire pit, hopefully one day we will return and get to enjoy that. The master room was on the opposite side of the house then the other 2 rooms for great privacy from kids. The Grand fireplace is beautiful and lovely to have fires in while hanging around the house. The location is perfect, nestled in a nice neighborhood & minutes from the village and both ski resorts. Bonnie was great to work with & she is great at communication with guests. I loved this house so much that I didn't want to leave it. I highly recommend this cabin and feel confidant you will have a great stay there.

Family gathering after Fourth of July
Our family wanted to do just a short outing since our vacation to Hawaii was cancelled due to COVID. We booked the home on short notice and it was great! Very close to amenities in town and short drive to the lake and other areas. Definitely enjoyed having all the bunks for the kids, nice patio area with picnic tables for everyone to eat, and a great kitchen space. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out as well. We are going to try to rent the home again in the winter time, since the backyard gate is literally steps from the ski/snow rental place. The property management team was very nice and responsive to a few very minor concerns that we had. Highly recommend this house!

Great Family Home
We had a great 4 night stay - 4 adults and 5 kids total in our group. The home was a perfect size, is extremely well maintained, and very clean.
Most importantly, the owner takes a lot of pride in her home and was very accessible and accommodating when we needed to reach out. A real pleasure to deal with.
It is also in a great location. 5 minutes to Snow Summit and some restaurants and stores within walking distance.
We won't hesitate to book this again when we're back in Big Bear.

Perfection!
I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owner! Bonnie and Emilia were so wonderful to book with. They communicated with me every step of the way and were so accommodating. Emilia even arranged to provide me with out door heaters since we went up in the winter months. The cabin is so beautiful and spacious! The beds were every comfortable. Oh and the master bed room has the best shower ever!!! Game room is so fun! The kitchen has all the cooking tools you need. Like I said, I can’t say enough good things about this property! Thank you Bonnie and Emilia :)

This is a wonderful property!
My wife and I enjoyed 5 nights here in early October. This is a comfortable, well appointed home (in a great location) with plenty of space for 2 couples or families, and the layout (with bedrooms on either end of the house) would provide plenty of privacy. We especially enjoyed the kitchen, the fireplace, the big screen TV, the ping pong table, the outdoor jacuzzi and the indoor jetted tub, as well as the fact that this is a single story home - with virtually no stairs to climb up or down! We really like the Big Bear Lake area and we enjoyed biking on the lake's north shore during our stay. We're grateful for the opportunity to stay here.

Great Cabin, Great Location, Great Hosts
We had a wonderful time, all of us! Bonnie was very helpful and gracious! The game room was amazing , the kids loved the air hockey! Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Cabin was clean, beds were VERY comfortable! We are very happy we went with this cabin and would definitely stay there again!

A dream cabin!!! Fabulous open-floor concept and prime location near shuttles to Snow Summit!
We felt at home in this beautiful cabin the second we pulled into the driveway. We spent countless hours on VRBO looking for the perfect open-floor concept, from the kitchen to the living room, and this cabin was exactly what we wanted! The owner's team had just finished cleaning the cabin and it was clean and really warm and cozy as soon as we stepped through the front door. The home was easily accessible and instructions for the house were clear. My family was amazed at the beautiful decor (one of the wall mirrors was made out of wine corks!!) and how well stocked the house was!! From kitchen appliances, to towels, to endless super warm blankets. Coleen even provided popcorn, hot chocolate and granola bars near the coffee station - score!!
The master bedroom is a dream. It's incredibly spacious with a HUGE closet which stores the cot, pillows, MORE blankets, fans and even hangers. The tub and standing shower were pure luxury, and the bathroom has dual sinks. The second bedroom was lovely and well decorated, and the bunk bed room was super cute for the younger cousins. And, let's not forget the sick entertainment room! We spent all weekend playing ping pong and air hockey, and blasting music on the two huge TVs in the garage. It's heated and really well lit. The cabin is located in a prime location, as we literally just had to walk 10 steps through the back yard to the shuttle which took us straight to Snow Summit. The drive was less than 5 minutes, AND we were able to buy our snowboard and ski gear in the same parking lot as the shuttle! Side note, the snow boarding package was $25 and lift tickets are $99.
At night, we sat by the indoor fireplace in the living room and courageously jumped in the outdoor jacuzzi! This was by far the best cabin I've stayed in and I look forward to going back again in the years to come!

Very clean property with every amenity you could ever want on vacation!
Loved our stay in this adorable cabin! We stayed with friends and between us had 5 kids. They all slept in the bunk bed room easily. The game room in the garage was perfect for their every entertainment want. We had a problem with the heat in the garage but when contacted, the owner was on top of it and sent someone over to fix it within the hour. Spacious and cozy. So close to town you can walk! Loved our stay and will definitely return.

Picture perfect
We had some trouble initially with reservations through VRBO with owners changing prices after we booked. We finally were able to secure a reservation with Bonnie. She was accommodating from the get-go. Reached out to throw in a blow up mattress for us when she heard we had one extra toddler in the group and always kept me posted on reservation bookings before and after our stay so we knew exact check in and check out times, and even offered us discounted rates if we wanted add on a night to get earlier check in. She quickly replied to all emails promptly and was very helpful. The actual cabin was picture perfect. Exactly the way you would picture an ideal cabin. A large living room/great room without division for everyone to spend time together. An awesome game room with ping pong, air hockey and a bunch of video games and DVDs to choose from, even sleds and balls to play with. The bedrooms were divided into one master with a king, one queen and another with two bunks. Our party size had to use some imagination to make it work but the lay out would be ideal for two families with kids older than toddlers so they could sleep on the bunks. We ran into a couple glitches while there- the game room heater wasn’t heating and the BBQ wasn’t working but Coleen and a handy man came to fix it rapidly for us. However, the best part of the cabin aside from the location was the small details. The artwork, the labels on everything from the light switches to the drawers and to the games, the wood decor around the light switches, the toilet fragrance sprays, even the useful basic condiments in the pantry, the freshly ground coffee in the freezer and the welcome bottle of wine. I’ve been to larger cabins and more expensive cabins in the past, however this one really made you feel like Home. Will definitely come back again! Thank you Bonnie and Coleen!

Great place to relax and stay
Me and my family was very impressed with our stay at this cabin/home. We kept up and all of the amenities a person could ask for. It is a bit of a walk to Summit ski resort but plenty of excellent transportation offered that will get you there. We plan to stay again.

This place is awesome!
This house is the nicest place I have ever stayed! The pictures must be older, because they do not do it justice. The first “wow" was when we first walked in and saw the huge T.V. screen above the fireplace playing music. And all the great places to sit and play and veg. Then, the Master is another “wow.” It is really big and spacious and also has a great TV. My little cousins all loved the bunk bed room, and actually played in there. But most of all, the garage is really cool. We spent hours playing air hockey and ping pong, and watching sports on the two TV’s. The manager is great. She left us alone, but the minute we called to ask about firewood for the fireplace, she came right over. Overall, we had a great time in an awesome house.

First and foremost, let me begin with that if you have a large group, this place is for you.
My group and I arrived on a Friday afternoon and the house was impeccable. The thing that I really appreciated the most was the open setting in the living room and kitchen. Our group was able to hang out in the living room and in the kitchen at the same time without feeling separated from everyone. The kitchen is spacious enough to have multiple cooks there. The dining table has plenty of space and even came with extra chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, cups, utensils, cooking utensils, everything you need really. You don't need to bring anything to the home because it's all already there for you. The island in the kitchen is also very convenient for serving foods and having snacks out.
We bbq'd in the backyard every day and night during our stay. The back patio has two picnic tables as well as lawn chairs where you can hang out. The bbq came already came with propane.
We had a ton of fun using all of the home's games which included basketballs, footballs, a ping pong table, air hockey, and fooseball. The ping pong table has balls already and good quality paddles which is very convenient if you're looking to be competitive.
Each bedroom and bathroom were professionally cleaned when we arrived. There were plenty of blankets and pillows for everyone to be warm and comfortable during the cool nights.
There's a Walgreen's right around the corner and a Vons a few street lights down the road. The Village is about a 8 minute drive away.
Bonnie was more than accommodating to our group throughout our stay. We were able to text the house manager whenever and she responded within minutes.

One of the best we have rented in big bear!!
It was my husbands day weekend and this vacation was a surprise for him! The house was in impeccable condition and had everything anyone would want for entertainment! We simply enjoyed playin basket ball with the kids n ping pong too! Neighborhood was amazing and very close to stores and pharmacy. Very close to lake activities during summer and we could see the slopes too!! The owner was kind enough to accommodate our late check out request since we checked in late. The manager of the property was above and beyond helpful and responsive ! Overall a great experience and would highly recommend this place. Don't miss out! Thanks Bonnie and Coleen!
