Good and Manageable stay if I am spending all the time in city walk and exploring Florence

The property is bit away from the city with good bus connection and supermarket nearby. There is a balcony and cooking facilities in the kitchen. Found parking easily. The host is friendly.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom and the kitchen. If you open balcony window, too many mosquitoes.

Very good

The apartment is a 2 min walk from the bus stop to get to the city center in 15 minutes approximately. The host’s house is right next to the apartment. We were running there late (2am instead of 10pm) because an accident in the road, the host waited for us patiently.

Exceptional

Everything was great. The host was welcoming and very kind. Apartment is in a quiet neighborhood and the bus station is very close. From there only a 10 min ride to the city centar.

Superb

The host is very kind and very friendly. She provides everything you need inside the apartment. Shampoo, soap, towels, etc. Functioning refrigerator, kitchen, kitchen supplies. Wifi is fast as well. The location is quite good, a few cafes and restaurants nearby, and some of them open early in the morning and close late at night.

Great place!

The owner is so kind! Affordable (compared to other places in Florence). Easy with public transportation. It's also at a walking distance if you don't mind long walks. There's a big grocery store not too far (5 min walk).

Host was nice and even though she could not speak English she always answered questions and messages. She was there for check in and check out and let us check out at 11am. Small apartment but we only used it at night so wasn’t too bad.

Location was a bit far Out of town. We used busses to get around. There were a lot of basics missing including a kettle, mugs, tea towels and a microwave would have been handy.

Exceptional

The lady although doesn't speak English, she's super welcoming and is totally able to communicate through text. The booking is located near a bus stop and is also at a walking distance from restaurants, grocery shops etc.

Can get quite hot in the house, so it's equipped with fans, it get's the job done but can also become a bit loud at night. (just something small to point out, not a huge problem at all).

Very Pleasant Stay in Firenze

The house had everything we needed, it was clean and the landlady was really really nice.

It wasn't as close to the center as we thought but was really near a bus station with two direct routes to the center that took between 10 to 15 min to the center.

Our host was great, very helpful with helping us with everything, accommodation was nice clean and we had everything there.

Tiles are a bit cold, good to have some slippers there, I guess. Other than that, ideal, good connection to city centre.

Place was warm and full of mosquitos, pillows were too hard.

The host is living next door so she can be reached out easily. However the communication is limited to Italian language

The room is actually part of a bigger apartment which has been split by the owner. Unfortunately the finishes of the rented space are quite cheap. Pillows to hard to sleep on. Not suitable for more than 2 persons, if privacy is needed as the separation between bedroomand living room is only virtual. *However, the price we paid was lower than the average in Florence
