very old hotel lacked basic maintenance with stinking rooms, carpet and air conditioning. only good thing it’s very near tram line 1. I would never recommend this place to any.

The cleanliness of the room, bedsheets, curtains and the mattress could definitely be changed

The freeparking is correctly indicated but that might be the only positive thing I have to say about this hotel.
We have travelled a lot and it is safe to say that this hotel is the worst one we have ever stayed with. The pictures do not coincide with the reality of the hotel. For reference we stayed with three adults in room 107.
The rooms are outdated, not properly functioning and downright disgusting. You do not get a duvet, simply a sheet with a decorational bedspread. There are blankets in the closet but these were also filthy. We spent the night freezing. The lamps did not work and flickered constantly. The only way to regulate the room temperature was with an old airco machine that no longer had a cover. There were (so it seemed) blood stains on the wall with hairs on it. There were sticky stains on the floor and door which we could not makeout what it was. There was also a strange and unpleasant odour in the rooms and hallways. We could hear everything in the surrounding rooms. The hallways are also outdated with carpet that is falling apart and wallpaper stained and ripping off with moisture. The pictures show a breakfast room with a breakfast buffet, however you only have vending machines to get some snacks and drinks and there is no breakfast service.
This hotel is not worthy of any stars and portrays itself much better than it is. It is the epidamy of hotel catfishing.

The staff was friendly, hotel is close to public transport and to a big market
The AC was not strong enough to cool down the room during the night

The lady at the front desk was wonderful-- very cheerful and courteous.
The internet/wifi did not always work and eventually I had to change rooms because of this. It seems the wifi works up to the first floor, then it is sporadic from the 2nd floor upward.
