Perfect stay for Charis Bible Conference, about 13 minutes away. We stayed 3 nights, it was very convenient!

We loved the outdoor dining spaces most of all. A beautiful and peaceful setting that feels secluded, but is very conveniently located! Wildlife was a bonus. The house it just as described with plenty of rooms and great accommodations. Very grateful for the memories here!

It was a very nice place with lots of room and beautiful scenery. We were able to check in a little early and it had all the essentials at hand. Would be a great place for a larger group to relax and enjoy Colorado’s sites!

We loved everything about this house! Great location, very close to everything (walmart, walgreens, places to eat). Amenities in every room of the house well stocked. We got snow when we were there so we sure did get a White Christmas. Went to Pikes Peak wich was about a 20 min drive from the house. Also went to Breckenridge and that was about 1 hr 45 min drive. Definitely need a 4 WD (or chains on a 2 WD will work) when getting out of the house if it's snowing.

By far the best stay we've had. Fully stocked home with extra perks. Great location, very cozy and comfortable. Hosts kept great communication with us.

Beautiful house and setting. Exceptionally well stocked kitchen. Deer in the yard.

Fantastic home with everything you need to make it easy to eat, sleep, relax, play. And a perfect spot for all our adventures!!

Everything was good. Called the owner first thing to report a few minor issues so they would not think we did it. Very clean and neat. thanks for the basketball hoop and basketball.
I had one I used to rent and one of our renters took everything when they left. So they are very trusting. Driveway needs some branches cut. WE left a note for some of the other things that were broken or leaked so they could have it fixed.

Beautiful area and just a few minutes away from local attractions. The house has a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. There's no way to the main floor without stairs, so that was a little tough on an old chubby girl. However, the view was worth it!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home is lovely and well-equipped. The location is perfect. We couldn’t as for more and would love to book again!

This home provided great space for our family gathering. The teen boys enjoyed hanging out together downstairs, the girls upstairs and the adults on the main floor! We all appreciated how well stocked the property is! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare family meals and the closets were well stocked with linens. We were very comfortable durning our stay!

Beautiful home-very well stocked kitchen and pantry. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. Enjoyed the deck and the wildlife which came by. We were even blessed with the visit from a bear! No problem with it, just wandered its way through the yard and left.
Only issue with anything was the back left burner on the stove didn't work, but we dealt with it. We were able to cook every breakfast and supper at the house. Even the weather cooperated-we only had a light rain one night.
There is a lot of things to do within 45-60 minute drive.

We lived the home. Well kept and all necessary items needed to be at home. Great central location to local attractions. Went ziplining and white water rafting (only 1-1/2 hour drive). Close to Pikes Peak, Wind of the Caves, Seven Falls of Broadmoor, and Flying W western dinner show.
There were 6 of us and the house provided plenty of room to spread out. Deer in the yard. Baby deer born while we were there. Saw a Fox in the front yard.
Highly recommend.

This was the perfect locations for us! Our daughter lives in the same neighborhood and we were able to stay just down the road while other family members stayed at our daughters house. It’s a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to a lot of fun things to do. If you have a large family there is plenty of space to spread out.

The property was perfect for our family of 7. It feels like you are in the country but are close to everything you need. When we come back to Colorado, we will definitely try to get this place again.

I cannot say enough about this property. The photos do not do it justice. It's situated perfectly on a mountainside 11 miles up. Rural enough to be beautiful but a walmart a mile away for convenience. The home is spacious and very well equipped with everything you'll need. I found the amount of kitchen and bathroom items to be much more in quantity and usefulness than you get in a typical VRBO rental. This felt like a home. Deer grazed outside, snow covered the ground and Santa visited my kids in this beautiful cabin.

4 adults and 3 kids had the best time. There was room for every one and the kitchen was stocked well with pots and pans and dishes. I prepared a beautiful Thanksgiving meal.
4.8
Nice family home to rent. The house does heat up with warm temps but the fans help and it cools nicely in the evening. We did a lot of day trips so it wasn’t a huge deal. Kitchen is well equipped to cook in! Overall clean home, comfortable beds and great location.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Very comfortable, very quiet, very well stocked. Feels secluded but only a few minutes drive from town. Limited restaurant options for dinner in Woodland Park.
4.8
The owners were wonderful to work with and they let us check in a few hours early so we could unload our motorcycles and have room to go shopping. The cabin is set up nicely and will accommodate a good sized group. We hope they enjoyed all the beer we left in the fridge that we forgot to pack up. Will definitely look at renting this in the future.

This place was great! The house was beautiful and very spacious for our group. We have stayed at quite a few house in Colorado over the years and this one was one of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. They have thought of everything! There was even an instant pot which we used! There were toys and books for our 1 year old granddaugher and lots of space for her to move around. The outdoor spaces are wonderful. The location is great, close to Colorado Springs, but at a higher elevation so the temperatures are cooler which was wonderful. I would highly recommend this home!

We had a great time and loved this property. It was everything we expected and more!

Girls week in the mountains
This was a reunion trip for myself, my mother, and her three sisters. When we first got there it was wicked hot inside because the day had been unseasonably warm. They had a couple of fans we used and the basement stays cool all day. In the evening and at night it was wonderfully cool and we were able to keep the windows open. The neighborhood is super quiet and absolutely gorgeous. We loved to sit out on the deck and watch the trees, listen to the birds and occasionally see wildlife. There is a moderately difficult hiking trial just a couple minute walk from the house and there is breathtaking scenery in every direction. Everyone we met were so friendly and kind. The house was wonderful and clean (although the stove top was pretty dirty when we first got there.) The beds were comfortable. We ate most of our meals at the house. The kitchen is well stocked.

Our extended family wanted to be together for the holiday. This was the perfect property for the nine of us, ages 2-62.
A useful manual was available with all the home and area information. So very helpful!
BONUS!! There was a pair of foxes in the neighborhood. They liked to spend time in the yard here and it was fun to watch them pounce and hunt.
We prefer to do our own cooking when we gather and this kitchen was super-duper stocked with any kitchen tool and gadget that we could possibly imagine. We kept being amazed! The dining table sat all nine of us, with the two year old in the provided high chair. (another awesome item!).
The main floor living area was very sunny and kept the whole area warm and cozy. We played many games at the dining table, and with the others in the room we could carry on group conversations. We were able to play games, read books, and (of course) spend time on our phones keeping up with the world. Cell signal was very good. Wifi was easy to access.
The weather was mild with temps in the 20-30 range. We drove to the Rainbow Gulch trailhead and hiked to Rampart Reservoir. We hiked several additional days in the wilderness area within walking distance just up at the end of the road at the top of the hill.
We retreated to the lower level as the small ones settled in for the night. The convenience of the gas fireplace was appreciated, as the lower level stays a bit cooler than the main floor. Comfy couches and we watched our traditional holiday movies we brought from home. But there were tons of DVDs available if we wanted to see anything more. And TOYS for the kids (another great hit).
The master bedroom was large enough to set a camping bunk bed up at the foot of the bed for the 2 & 6 year olds. The kids loved the large bathtub and found the giant walk in closet to be a great hide and seek spot.
The cooler lower level made for comfortable sleeping for our Minnesota part of the family. (we prefer it much cooler than everyone else)
We all drove - from GA, MN, and CO. There was good parking space for the vehicles and being able to put two of them in the garage was nice. Our crew cab long box F150 pickup fit in the garage.
We had some questions in advance of our stay and they were answered promptly.
