Clean, neat and centrally located! The bedroom furniture includes a queen bed in the master, a queen bed in a second bedroom and bunk beds (sleeping capacity 3) in the third bedroom. Please remember to bring sheets and towels. There are three TVs.
The entire property has been updated inside and out.
If you would like access to the owner's private pool, (for an additional fee) this may be available. Please inquire with the owner to see if the pool is available during your stay, what the hours are and what the fee is.

PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY INCLUDED.

Property offers off street parking, screened in front porch, and three bedrooms. Outside shower, gas grill, full size washer and dryer. Two blocks to The Reeds (for those who need a weekend rental for attending a wedding). Two blocks to Freds and other local downtown shops, theatre and restaurants. Walk 2 blocks to beach. Enjoy the playground and basketball court directly across the street. Very close to WaWa and Springer's Ice Cream.
We are pet friendly... Please inquire with owner. There is an additional fee for a pet.

There are (4) beach passes for your use during your stay.

Long term off season (October through April) rates negotiable. Contact owner.

Another lovely stay at this house. Located minutes away by foot from downtown Sgone Harbor this lovely property is also walking distance to the beach and a perfect place to stay. The pool is a real perk (for an additional daily fee when you use it). The owner Lori lives in the upper unit and is such a gracious and kind host. We also brought our small dog (love that it’s pet friendly). Great place for all ages (and pets). We will be back!

This property was nice &clean. Great location right near downtown &the beach. The owner was responsive &friendly. HOWEVER, we werent aware the owner lives upstairs. We thought pool would be more private/accessible, but it's truly the owners pool &their upstairs apartment balcony looks over it, &they're out there a lot so it just felt uncomfortable. When I asked about the pool before booking that part WASNT communicated. They wanted to charge $100 for 5 hours of pool time. We were going to have our 2yr olds bday party out there but it felt awkward to rent the pool. You feel like you're sharing the property, which I wish we would have known when we booked with two babies. While we were there the owners family were there, not sure if its always the case. Where you have to put bikes is on "their" part of the house, so our bikes were moved without asking &we were rudely asked to stop pumping bike tires so they could let their dog out. The grill is also shared- not clear! The owners son wanted to use the grill the same time we did &made comments on our food. So we ended up changing our grilling plans. A grill was a must have for us so we were bummed. If we would have known these things, we would have booked a more private house. The pics are deceiving-NO outdoor space. Theres a front screened porch but its basically indoors and you're across from a basketball court where teens play until 12am. If you aren't spending a lot of time at the house with kids its probably better

We recently had a family wedding to attend and needed a place to stay for a long weekend that would also allow pets. Lori's home is exactly what we needed. It is comfortable and open concept, allowing for the family to always be together. It is clean and well stocked. Lori was wonderful throughout the booking process and responded quickly to any questions we had. She is very friendly and accommodating. The home is within walking distance of Town, which offered boutique shops, restaurants and anything else you could possible need. We had a wonderful stay, and hope to be back in the summer and fall. Great property for a group of friends or family...roomy, well decorated, nice touches. 2 short blocks to 96th Street & the Reeds with a WAWA in 50 yards. Read the fine print as you need to bring your own sheets & towels.

This was a lovely property. Modern, neat and convenient to downtown. Lori was a very accommodating host and we would definitely recommend this property. My only wish was that there was a clothes line (I know that sounds silly but coming home from the beach with a bunch of wet towels and swimsuits…I’m just used to hanging all that outside after a day at the beach)

Our family of 5 , including 3 kids and our little doggie, had the best time thanks to this amazing home! Very clean and well built home, awesome heated pool that we all loved, outdoor shower, super close to beach, restaurants, next door to wawa and Springers ice cream, and a playground was right across the street! Lori was great. Very friendly and helpful! The house is clean, nicely appointed, and set up great for hanging out and big meals. The cook and clean up crew (me) is not isolated from the activity. It is a longer walk to beach than we’re used to, but the trade off is being around the corner from the EVERYTHING! Especially WaWa, for those late night/early morning needs. Thanks Lori, we had a great time!

We have been to Stone Harbor many time but I have to say this was my favorite place I’ve stayed. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect, especially for families since it is close to town and next to a park. Can’t wait to come back!

Actual property even more beautiful in person. The owner was a delight. We rented to house our extended family to attend our son's wedding. Perfect location. Never had to move the cars. Definitely on our return list. 10 thumbs up!

Lori's house was perfect for our stay - we came to celebrate our daughter's second birthday and to take advantage of the heated pool as our local pool was closed this year due to COVID-19. Lori was thorough in answering my many questions pre-arrival and provided detailed instructions for the house and check in. We brought our 4 year old pup and he gets anxious when we go in and out of the house. Lori is more than understanding about it. Our pup hates the water but he's able to hang out with us at the pool area. The pool is nicely and consistently heated (at 88F I believe) even though the temperature dropped during our stay. The house is well equipped and provides many areas to lounge/gather! Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful and relaxing short stay in Stone Harbor at this small lovely totally updated home. We enjoyed biking , the beach , the heated pool, and breakfast on the screened in porch. This home has everything you need to feel like a true getaway. The owner was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend this rental and hope to return soon.

Lovely week at the Shore

We had a lovely week at the Shore. The house is beautiful- tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable and was a perfect get away for our family of 3 and a puppy. The kitchen has everything we needed. The covered porch was fun to hang out in. The house is 5 minutes walk to the beach, has an amazing pool, and is around the corner from Springers, and all the conveniences of the Main Street in Stone Harbor. Lori is a gracious and generous host and made us feel so welcome and comfortable at her home. We will be back!
