Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events.

You'll find the comforts of home and make lasting vacation memories in this charming three bedroom, two and half bath beach house, located one block from Center Street where all the restaurants and night life are and only a short walk to the beach.

There is plenty of room to relax in this newly renovated three bedroom, two and half bath cottage style home that is sure to fulfill all your vacation needs. On the first floor, this home has a living room comfortably furnished with a leather queen size sleeper sofa, a beautiful fully stocked kitchen, dining area, half bath powder room, laundry and master king size bedroom with a full bath. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Upstairs on the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed, each have high end mattresses, upgraded linens, flat screen TVs, and a full size Jack and Jill bathroom.

The yard is beautifully landscaped, with a BBQ grill, dining table and chairs, private outdoor hot and cold rain shower and completely fenced to offer plenty of space for the kids and/or dogs to play. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and four beach chairs. This home is 1,600 Sq. Ft.

We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed.

This home has a private driveway for parking up to 3 vehicles, and is located 20 minutes to downtown Charleston, shopping, restaurants and much more.

Absolutely amazing property in a quiet area that is just a few blocks away from everything. They even had a pack and play for our daughter, which made life soo much easier. Thank you for the great vacation! I highly recommend this place!

Property is as-described in the listing. Very clean, with a large open kitchen layout and a reasonably sized living room. We had plenty of space for 5 adults. Charcoal grill and outdoor shower in the back are nice touches. Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The home was clean and tastefully decorated. Beautiful kitchen with all that we needed. Plenty of space in the home for our family. We did encounter 3 large Palmetto bugs in the kitchen and master bedroom- the host was responsive and quick to send out a pest control company the same day.

The cottage is just 2 blocks off center st (the hub of Folly Beach) but the neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The house was clean, well appointed and modern. We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing visit in Folly Beach staying in this beautiful, clean, great location. We are a family of 6 and the house was a perfect size. The back yard was wonderful for our dog. We walked to the beach each day and we walked and enjoyed dining and shopping. We would stay again. We will be back!

We loved the house and the neighborhood! Wish we could've stayed longer. The house had everything you'd need to relax and enjoy your stay. The rocking chairs out front were the perfect place to relax and watch the kids run around, and the backyard was perfect, complete with a bird nest of cardinals that greeted us every morning. Very easy walk to the beach and the main strip filled with restaurants and shops!

Two older couples loves going to Charleston and many other interesting destinations within a few hundred miles. We are retired and like the beach and the mountains equally. We loved the house and the location was absolutely perfect. We walked to the Lost Dog for breakfast and drove to Lo Los for dinner. The house was very clean and the bedrooms were just right. The only way we could have liked it better would have been to stay longer. And of course we always enjoy Charleston.

Location was great; a 5 minute walk to the beach and all restaurants. House was just as described. Property manager was excellent. We had one issue and they quickly went above and beyond. Highly recommend the house.

The home was cozy aside from from the house guests that were already there ( spiders and roaches ). The Master bedroom toilet we notice the first day appeared to be backing up and we decided not to use that toilet. I Left a message about these issues and got no response. Realized we brought some roaches home with us when I found myself stripping in the median in the street because one was above my head in the car and dropped down on my back😡🥺another one in a family members luggage. As i statedI contact the hostess /management of property left a message and never heard back from her. It would've nice to have an exterminator and plumber come on that day and also respond to my messages considering the amount of money spent. Which brings me to the next topic. The house was cute but not worth the money. I stayed in newer, bigger and better for the same price range. There are a lot of house rules and guidelines ( washing a load before checkout, responsible for plumbing if it messes up during your stay). I'm on vacation and I don't want to worry about laundry and house repairs. Cleaning up behind myself is one thing and we did just that before leaving ,made a video just in case but, being responsible for plumbing and laundry is a bit much.

Everything was just as listed and described. We just didn't realize how wonderful it would be! The fact that we could walk to numerous restaurants and shops, not to mention the beach was something we didn't realize we wanted until we had it!! It was so nice to be able to walk around everywhere we needed to go. The ocean was definitely a bit too cold for mom and dad (late April) but the kids didn't mind a bit and enjoyed the waves every evening after we finished exploring Charleston. Traffic will be the biggest issue as it gets into peak Vacation season...but that was what made our location so great! If we wanted to walk to the restaurants and the beach we could very easily....no need to drive!! We even enjoyed live music at the local restaurants a couple of the nights as well! Having an outdoor shower, and beach chairs to use was such a nice touch! Highly recommend this property....I don't think you will be disappointed!

The property is in the perfect location to everything, restaurants, Center St, beach and Bert's Market. The house is a lot larger than it looks from the pictures and has plenty of room. My pups enjoyed the backyard and walks to the beach via greenway. The Sea and Sand festival was in full swing and we thouroghly enjoyed ourselves. The house is tastfuly decorated and had all the essentials needed for our stay. The beds were super comfortable. I would stay here again anytime. I hated to leave.

Our family absolutely enjoyed this house. We were here during the week of Thanksgiving with five adults, a six year old and two dogs. The fenced backyard and close proximity to the beach access made our stay perfect. The footprint of the house itself somehow provides a lot of privacy for individuals while also promoting togetherness. We loved how cute it was designed and decorated. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The first morning, we found that the coffee maker wasn't functioning properly and a new one was delivered promptly! Would definitely recommend this house to others.

This house was perfect! It is a short walk to the beach and all of the restaurants and shops. It was immaculate and very well equipped. The beds are super comfy and the water pressure both inside and outside was great The house is also a 20 minute drive to downtown Charleston. We absolutely loved our weekend stay!
