Welcome to the gated community of Charleston Oceanfront Villas! This 3 Bed/3 Bath condo sleeps 7 and offers direct private beach access and fantastic oceanfront views from a private covered balcony. Directly facing the ocean, guests will enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views of the beach from the 27-foot private covered balcony. This villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends and has an open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room areas. This oceanfront getaway is perfect for putting your feet up and enjoying the ocean breeze!

Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island!

Announcements:
If you are booking this property for a reservation stay between September 2024 and May 2025, the HOA will be replacing the windows on the beach side of the building, one stack at a time. They will be starting at the west end (near the column of units 123, 223, 323 and 423) and working their way towards the East end (to the column of units 101, 201, 301 and 401). At this time, the HOA has not disclosed any further information on this project.

You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.
Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date.
Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RV's, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property.
The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather) and the fishing dock is open year round.
Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site.
2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 7 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund. However, we are committed to your and our community's comfort, so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable

It was our first trip to Folly and we loved it. This condo was literally PERFECT! EASY Walking distance to everything. Parking, access to the pools and beach was perfect and communication with the host was ideal and fast! Something you may also want to consider is this unit is on the 1st floor, and that is a huge bonus. High enough because of the elevated parking, and VERY easy access from the stairwell. And, this unit is in the middle of the property and that makes it a very short walk to the entrance.

We had a great stay. The check in process was easy and flawless and contact with the property management was great, they responded immediately! Clean and beautiful condo, the big porch was amazing as well.

Loved staying right by bridge, easy to walk to restaurants, etc., parking is a big challenge around town. View of beach and water was wonderful, great deck furniture. We did have beach restoration going on a few days; loud and distracted from view but were compensated. We were disappointed there were no beach towels, chairs provided since we flew in. Rentals were not convenient for us. A few starter coffee pods would have been appreciated as the laundry pods were. Shampoo and lotion are available on request. All the extra charges added up so for the price per night we expected more amenities. Check the fine print of charges if you are new to area; evidently they are standard for Folly beach.

The property was ok. We have stayed with other places with much better kitchen set up...3 bunk beds and no plastic cups for kids? Master bath well suited for true WC bound adult, which is rare. Beach renourishment at the location left us awake all 4 nights and all kids developed violent rash after going in the ocean first day....sea lice rash we were told. Bad weather week too.

Great location right on the water’s edge and beach. Close to pier, restaurants and shopping. The unit was comfortable and spacious. Excellent balcony with breeze and views. The entire property is supposed to be smoke free. Unfortunately we had people on the balcony next to us smoking. There are also cigarette receptacles on property that kind of conflict with the smoke-free concept. Need way more signs stating no smoking in units and around grounds. But overall a fabulous experience! Will be back!
