This Non-Smoking home is one of the finest lake front rental homes available in Deerfield Resort, with all the amenities to make your vacation the most satisfying. A paradise for boating, water-skiing, fishing, and golfing. Near Knoxville and proximity to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, offering a wide variety of vacation attractions.

Stainless Steel Gas Grill: Professional, oversized and attached to house natural gas, so there is no need for messing with propane tanks on your vacation or running out.
Modern Kitchen: Includes large refrigerator with freezer and ice maker, additional commercial ice maker produces 100 pounds per day. A second undercounter refrigerator just for beverages. All cooking items and place settings for over 20 people. Downdraft cook top, oven, microwave, and central preparation island, makes it easy to prepare for multiple families.
Pantry Room: A very large room dedicated as a pantry has plenty of room to store all of your food, coolers, beverages, and extra gear.
Central Stereo System: Each room has it’s own volume control. Includes a CD player and tape deck so you can enjoy your favorite music anywhere in the house.
Great Rooms: Two separate rooms both with TV and VCR. Both include a card table and chairs, couch and comfortable side chairs. The lower great room also has a pool table. One of the great rooms has a gas fireplace.
Walkway: A paved walkway from the house to the dock. No steps to climb.
Dock: The boat dock has docking for four boats and a float for a jet-ski and plenty of other room for other toys to tie up. It has a roof over the walkway and one of the boat slips. Permanent bumpers assist in keeping you boat looking good. A large area for sun bathing and ladder for swimming along with two picnic benches that are covered makes it easy to spend the entire day down at the dock.
Game Room: The game room with a pool table, wii, xbox, xbox 360 and board games will keep the family busy in the evenings or on a rainy day.

Boat Rentals: Springs Dock is close to Deerfield Resort and offer pontoons, ski boats, fishing boats or wave runners for rent: 5 minutes driving / 2 minutes by boat. Oasis rentals will deliver their boats to the house for you.
Fishing Licenses: Licenses are NOT available at the marinas, but can be purchased in town at Walmart or by calling 888-814-8972.
Golf Course: The Greens at Deerfield offers a beautiful 6800-yard championship course designed by Bobby Clampett. The course also features a driving range and practice greens. The Golf Shop offers a full service pro shop with a wide array of clubs, accessories and apparel.

Swimming Pool: Open Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day Weekend. 9AM-9PM Daily. There is no lifeguard on duty. An adult must accompany children under 12.

Property was nice. We thought there were 4 private king bedrooms, but there were only 3 and a king bed in the loft which really had no privacy from below.

Everything was incredible, the location, the amenities and Joe answered all questions and checked in with us through out the weekend to see if we needed anything. Great golf course very close by!

This house is absolutely beautiful , VERY clean spacious and stocked well even down to two ice machines! Perfect location and communication with Joe was above and beyond. Even a phone call Friday evening to see if we needed anything.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Mr. Joe stayed in contact with me before during and after our trip. He made us feel so welcomed ensuring us he was there if we needed anything. His home is exactly how its advertised along with being extremely comforting. The view from his home is amazing whether it be day or night. My family and I were more than pleased. And everyone at the resort was just sooo nice and welcoming. We're already planning a trip back.

The communication with the owner before and during our stay were awesome. The descriptions don't do this property/location justice. Each sunrise kept getting better over the lake while watching the abundant wildlife scamper around the property. There is plenty of space throughout the house to have multiple activities going on at the same time and the hot tub and firepit were over the top.

Booking this place was one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had. The lack of communication throughout the process was unprofessional. If anything someone should be hired to manage this property for rentals. The place itself is very nice and kept up very well. Having the boat dock is perfect. The instructions on cleaning process are unclear with what todo with bedsheets and towels. But overall the place is nice somewhere to lay your head after a day on the water. Stereo system through the house did not work, was not informed prior about that.

Very convenient location to the boat launch as well as the Tiki Hut. Cove was quiet and peaceful as well. Would definitely recommend reserving a golf cart if even the slightest mobility issues, it was great to have for us and the rental service was great! There was nothing that we needed that this home didn’t have. Having two ice makers right at this property was so nice to have for filling our boat cooler as well. The only downfall I would say that could be an issue was that the bedrooms are located upstairs and downstairs, none on the main floor. It was ok for us but keep in mind if you have someone that cannot do the stairs. Boat dock is very nice and well kept and there was plenty of space!

The property exceeded our expectations. Joe was a very good host by calling and checking in with us after our arrival and providing a binder full of useful information. The weekend was unusually warm and Joe was able to help us with adjusting the temperature remotely very quickly. Everyone enjoyed the house and we were able to spend a fun week together.

This place was perfect! There was so much room and all of us fit comfortably! The kitchen is beyond stocked with everything and anything you need. We cooked a Thanksgiving meal and had all that we needed, even a crockpot! The ice machines are such a nice added bonus and we’re used! I will highly recommend this property to anyone looking!

Property was exactly a pictured: spacious, neat, and comfortable! Our family truly enjoyed our stay there. The amenities were great and fun to use. Be sure to follow the owner’s instructions about the driveway and try to arrive at the property in daylight. The area is mountainous so the roads twist and turn. The house has so many things to do, we simply couldn't do them all. The lake was awesome with amazing views. The driveway and walk to the dock was scary steep, but every other house in the area was worse. It was in a quiet neighborhood with nightly walk-throughs from non-threatening wildlife .It is a wonderful, wonderful rental for medium- sized family gatherings.

Trip included six adults and was the cleanest, most well appointed, beautifully designed VRBO any of us had ever experienced. Not much to do in the area during this time of year so we played games and just relaxed. Thanks to Joe for providing us a place for such a memorable time.

Highly recommend this place! House, lake, and dock are all amazing and perfect for a large group. Joe is great and easy to deal with. Everything in the house is labeled and easy to use. It has everything you could want in a lake house including 2 ice machines and a covered dock! It really is perfect!

The house is just as described. The driveway is steep and the walk to the dock is steep, but you will find that with almost all the houses. Joe was quick to reply and easy to work with. My family and I had a wonderful trip with many memories!

The home was very accommodating for our family. We enjoyed the large kitchen and seating for all our grandkids. The pantry, two refrigerators and freezer were handy for all our food supplies. We also enjoyed the ice maker in the kitchen by the refrigerator for beverages.
The dock is very nice, after a week of boating, it was nice just to relax and let the grandkids jump off the dock and swim the last few days. Lake Norris is very clean and we enjoyed having the dock right at the property even if it was a little hike for grandpa and grandma, we got our exercise. It was nice having our boats right there instead of driving to a Marina with the littles in tow. We all enjoyed our 2022 vacation and stay at Lake Norris! Thank you for sharing your home Joe!!

Great for a family vacation
There were 13 of us spanning four generations and we had plenty of room. Everything was clean. The pantry was a huge plus for storage! Lots of refrigerator and freezer space plus a drink cooler. The lake was amazing! We rented golf carts, a boat and jet skis. Nice large dock to hang out.

We had a great stay at this property and Norris Lake is a very pretty lake. Everything was clean and comfortable. Having the ice makers was a game changer. Very convenient. Loved how close to the marina it was. Only thing that would deter us from staying again is the amount of steps/stairs in the house itself. When you are not used to it, it can be very taxing at times. That isn't meant to be a negative on the property just for people with limited physical movement. We had a great time and would still recommend this place.

But one thing I can say is that if you’re going to be trapped inside, a house made of glass with plenty of indoor space and plenty of things to do, there is no better place to be! Watching the rain, playing music throughout the house stereo, playing pool and hanging out around the 20 seat kitchen and countertop was enough for me and my guests. The hot tub was clean, the beds were comfy, everything worked, plenty of towels, a kitchen with everything you would need. Steep driveway but we got cars in just fine by pulling in parallel with the street. While most guest won’t experience the property during a storm I was bummed that the fire pit area was unusable after the rain. Also, I did get a call from the owner, who mentioned that the house manager came by to check the hot tub and was concerned about the 4 cars in the driveway because my booking was for two people. However, with such a beautiful house it would be impossible for someone not to want some friends to stop by and check it out! Also, I do believe the owner was genuinely checking in to see how my stay was going and simply curious while being extremely polite. Hmmmm, well, for any one complaint I have there are 10 positive to go along with it. Recommendation, make sure you bring a family or multiple guests because the place is truly made for entertaining, and also make sure to put the right amount of guests lol. Would recommend for entertaining, large groups, multiple families, lake activities and water enthusiasts, and people who aim to impress!
