About this house rental
The Park City resort base is an EASY 3 or 4 minute walk. If you choose, the free shuttle stops near the condo to take you to Park City Main Street, Deer Valley Ski area, the Canyons area, or to the Outlets at Kimball Junction. We like to walk the 10 minutes to Old Town for Breakfast rather than take the free bus but the the option is yours. The Townhouse is non-smoking with no pets. Children welcome.
Our Townhouse has been recently refurbished with new quartz countertops, new King beds, mattresses, end tables and bedding, new Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher, new sliding doors (18 feet of glass to the deck), original artwork, new TV, new BBQ, new flooring, new tile showers, new dining chairs, new bar stools, new sectional, couch, ottomans, new Private Hot tub, new steam shower and other additions that add to the Park City themed rooms. We have two King beds, two Twin beds, and two Queen sofa sleepers for 10 guests.
Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bath. Each is decorated to represent the activities Park City has long been known for. The spacious rooms, unique furnishings, and comfortable setting provides a wonderful getaway retreat.
Summertime provides a beautiful mountain setting for biking and hiking as well as fun activities and ball games in the city park adjacent to the condo. Located in a historic part of the town, this condominium's location puts you close to so much that is Park City.
A car isn't necessary since you are within walking distance to most everything: Historic Main Street, Park City Mountain Resort, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, movie theater, the summer skate park, ice skating, Park City park with baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and children’s playground. The free Park City bus system stop is steps away from your front door. The bus can take you to skiing at Deer Valley and The Canyons, additional movie theaters and shopping at Redstone Shopping Center, the Outlet Stores, and the Utah Olympic Park (2002 Winter Olympic games site)as well as many Sundance Film Festival venues. During the warmer months there is mountain biking at all 3 ski resorts, plenty of golf, hiking, world class fly fishing, ballooning, and 2 nearby lakes for water activities.
The layout of the condo is as follows:
Upstairs there are two bedroom suites: The Ski Room with a new king size bed, double closets, and a full bath/shower. The Wildlife Theme Room has a new king size bed with a bathroom and shower. We have two big NEW water heaters so you will not run out of hot water.
The main level has a full sized kitchen, dining room, family room with gas fireplace, and access to a full balcony. Two couches on the main level convert into queen beds. The main level bathroom has a washer and dryer, as well as a large steam room/shower.
Downstairs has the Silver Mine Bedroom with two twin log headboard beds and a full bath/shower. The PRIVATE hot tub is located next to the entrance door in its own Cedar walled room. Two covered parking stalls are located next to the front door on this level. Additional parking is available on site.
Payment through VRBO only. No checks. Our condo is professionally cleaned for each guest. Security cameras are used in the carport and driveway to help protect the guests and property.

My family and I had a wonderful ski weekend staying at the Struggler condo! Location was fantastic, steam room was awesome, and communication was great. The walk up to PC mountain base was doable, even in ski boots. Only one of the 4ish blocks is uphill, and it took right about 10 minutes to get in the lift line. 11/10 would recommend!

We had 7 adults staying at this condo and it was great! Plenty of sleeping space and great bathrooms. The owners were super accommodating and generous when we had flight cancellations. The location is excellent. 10 minute walk to ski slopes and to Main Street. 3 minute walk to gricery store and Walgreens. No need for a car! Beds were comfortable and kitchen is everything you need. Thanks for a GREAT stay!

Perfect Location
The location is ideal for walking to downtown Park City and easily accessing the main resort base to go skiing. The steam room was excellent. The hot tub needed to be cleaned, unfortunately, so we didn't try it out after seeing the water was fairly cloudy and didn't look appealing. Outside of that issue, it was a great spot.

The place was incredibly convenient and nicely kept up - the master room mattress was too short for me 6’3” as my feet hanged off the end- and the middle floor bathroom sink didn’t drain properly- but that’s all that needed improvement- the rest was very good- will be back

Great place to stay for a week of skiing!
This was a wonderful place to stay for 5-6 people for a week of skiing in Park City. The apartment was cozy, well maintained and close to the mountain. However the steam room was not functional while we were there- everything else about it was fanstastic!

Jen was a great hostess during our stay. She was very responsive to all communication! We had 3 adult couples and had ample accommodations for everyone to have comfortable space whether eating or hanging out in the den area. Two couples had their own king rooms, one with a tub/shower, one with a small shower. One couple had Ozzie and Harriet beds but they could be pushed together for a split king. It also had a tub/shower combo. Just for info purposes, the two king rooms are on the the third floor. The kitchen/den and a full bath /steam shower on the second and the twin bedroom and hot tub closet are on the first floor with the garage. The long porch was nice aprí ski as we had warmer temperatures than normal. We had a quick walk to the grocery/Walgreens and ski rental shop (5-7 min), the Eagle ski lift (15-20 min) or main street (20-25 min). The bus stop is only a block and a half away in either direction, but we never actually used it so I can’t speak to that. There were several perks to the condo that were such nice small things: big bottles of lotion and body wash in each shower, hand soaps at each sink, dish detergent, dish pods and laundry pods available for use. There were also condiments, spices and coffee filters in the kitchen! Such a nice change to not have to run those down! Particularly when we are big cookers for b’fast and dinner and packing lunches for the slopes. There was a nice, new steam shower that held 4 people, and was delightful. We even enjoyed the owner’s beautiful art on the walls!We recommend this property and would stay there again! Thank you!

Fantastic for a ski trip
Condo was in fantastic condition and very clean. Floor plan gave plenty of space for 6 college students on a skiing trip and had every amenity which we could've wanted. Easy 5 minute walk to the mountain and a 15 minute walk downtown. Also right on the free and easy to use bus route if you would rather take that around PC. Jen was very helpful and made it a simple trip for us.

The location is great, and the property is exactly as in pictures. We did have one minor issue where the hot tub was left a bit dirty and only lukewarm when we arrived, but Jen was very responsive and had somebody out within hours to fix it. Overall a great stay!

Fabulous - where do I begin?
Our group absolutely loved the condo, location and especially working with Jennifer. The condo was so spacious, comfortable and in close proximity to the slopes, the town and Fresh Market. Our group of 6 women really appreciated having an en-suite bath in each bedroom, as you can imagine! The steam room in the 4th bathroom was a special added bonus which we used daily. The living area on the main floor is so open, comfortable and easy to maneuver, including the kitchen while all were cooking. Loved it!
The first day we arrived, we scouted the slopes and town. It took us apx 15 minutes to walk slightly uphill to the Crescent and Payday lifts. Since our group of women ranged between 60 and 70 and perhaps not as strong as younger skiers, we chose to take the free bus our first ski day wearing walking boots and carrying skis and ski boots. We then checked our walking boots during the day and checked our skis each night which allowed us to take the much easier and short daily walk to and from the condo. So fast and convenient.
It was also an easy walk to town to explore the stores, galleries and restaurants. Fresh Market is also close and very well stocked.
But most importantly, Jennifer was outstanding. I’ve been organizing our ladies’ ski trips for 35 years and she is by far, the most responsive, engaging and helpful owner I’ve encountered. I would highly recommend this property!

Cozy and convenient
Spent 4 days on the slopes — it’s only 10 min away by foot and 2-4 min by car. Super close to the slopes. The condo is warm and cozy. The decor is bright and bathrooms for each bedroom is a real plus. Loved the views of the slope from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The hot tub was in close quarters. The steam room was super nice. Parking under the condo is great for keeping the snow off your car. All in all a great spot for spending time in Park City.

Awesome location and host!
This property is perfectly located with a 10 min walk to the lifts and village, a 10 minute walk to the grocery and restaurants. We had 3 children under 10 and walked everywhere! The property was very well kept and was a perfect size for our 5 adults and 3 kids. Jen was a gracious host and answered our questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again when we return to park city!
