About this house rental
You found it! The best value home on the best street. 402 Woodside- google it. Local real estate agents call this area the “Gold Coast,” due to premium location. We are right next to the 4th Street stairs on Woodside. You walk down the 4 Street stairs, across Park Ave, and land on Main & 4th Street with 1/2 of the shops and restaurants are to the right and the other half are to the left. No Name Saloon, The Spur, 350 Main, and Chimayo restaurant are right there at 4th and Main. Hit Java Cow for morning coffee and breakfast treats or Aura Spa for massage after a hard day of skiing. If you're into shopping Gorsuch, Kühl, and Lululemon couldn’t be closer.
See map photo: House is circled in red, yellow shows walk to Main Street, Blue shows walk to ski run.
For boarding and skiing, you walk one level block to 501 Woodside in your boots (2 mins, I timed it), go up the stairs, and you are on the Quittin' Time run. Click in and ski right down to the Town Lift. This is the best of both worlds for EASY Main Street and ski access. We don't rent a car when we're here- we just use Uber for the rare times you need to go beyond skiing and Main Street. If you want to ski Canyons, they are now connected by a Tram so you can access from this house. Deer Valley has free buses running from the Transportation Center to the base at Deer Valley.
The house is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a large living room/ common area with an open plan to the kitchen, dining, and living room. All common area is upstairs and the 4 bedrooms are downstairs. In the fall of 2022, we remodeled the bathrooms, installed new carpet throughout, new appliances, and fresh paint. The Primary has an en suite bathroom, bedrooms #2 and #3 have Queen beds. The 4th bedroom has 2 bunks w/ 4 twins. Sleeps 10 total. You can see from the photos that the bedrooms are relatively small compared to the large, open family/common area upstairs. We installed a new flatscreen TV in the living room with Comcast. There is High-Speed WiFi throughout.
The living room has 2 dedicated seating areas with the ability to watch the TV from any of the 4 couches. There is a large dining table with seating for 10. The owner is a gourmet cook and has outfitted it with all you need to prepare and serve meals. New toaster, new coffee maker, new dishwasher, crock pot, new cast iron and non-stick pans. There are all new serving platters and bowls, and everything you need to host a family gathering or small party. Washer/ Dryer in the house.
No garage, but there is a dedicated single parking space large enough for a Suburban, parked parallel to the street. 2 cars are not permitted. Skis are stored securely on the upper deck, only accessible from the living room. There are cubbies by the front door for keys, helmets, gloves, etc...
Check the map photo to understand just how well-located this one is. You get a premium location with reasonable rates. We have 43 Five Star Review and counting- please read them to get the best idea of what to expect when you rent this house.

Arranged a bachelorette group trip up to Park City for some of us from SLC and some from out of state to visit for the first time! Such a perfect location. Walked ~1mile up the road to do the Miner's trail hike which was very fun and doable for us, even with 2 pregnant guests! And great access to main street for brunch, dinner and the bars.
Had a rainy afternoon one of the days and was SO grateful we picked this house because of the abundance of seating in the living room to chat / hang out / play trivia on the TV screen, and the HUGE dining table for an intense game of Nertz with 8 of us playing!
Beds were comfortable and although we were here in the summer, did appear to have plenty of storage for ski gear inside / outside and on the two private patios.
And the host was SO responsive and helpful ahead of time!
Thank you thank you for hosting us! Couldn't have had a better bachelorette party :)

This was a great crash pad for 5 dudes shredding Gnarr on the PC MTB Trails.
Kitchen has what you need. Beds were clean. Easy walk to downtown.
Driveway/parking has seen better days, but this place is priced right.

It has a great location in Park City, but the driveway needs some serious help. The A/C wasn't turned on for the season, and for two days, temperatures inside the house were 83 degrees in the afternoon. It finally cooled off at night, but it was hot. A technician showed up (two days into the stay) and turned the outside unit on. A couple of weird things- a bathtub in the overgrown backyard and the liquid soap in the bathrooms and kitchen were so watered down that they were useless for cleaning.

Great house and location. The second deck could use some furniture. Entrance into house across driveway is dangerous definitely need to watch your step.Otherwise great space and location to walk to Main Street

We loved our stay in this property! The location was perfect - just steps from Main Street. Plenty of space for our group and loved being able to walk into town within 5 minutes.

Great stay. Some lightbulbs out and it gets pretty cold downstairs vs upstairs. Lower sink is clogged. Overall great. Thank you.

The home is centrally located. It has updated bathrooms and nice furniture. Plus, the owner was very prompt with my requests.

The house was just as described. The only problem we had was the front of house driveway has only one parking spot for a vehicle, which needs to be parked horizontaly, and is on a steep slope and the cement is cracked with unlevel surfaces, which was difficult for us (one of our family member who had a broken ankle), and to load and unload groceries and suitcases. The house was well equipped with bath towels, but (only 2 kitchen towels). Good location to walk into town. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hope to go back in Winter.

Convenient location to Main Street. A short walk from this quiet neighborhood down the stairs, places you in the heart of old downtown. Our hosts were wonderful. The bedrooms were very nice with comfy cozy bedding. Enjoyed our stay there very much.

Fantastic location that is essentially ski in / out and 3 min walk to main street shops, bars and restaurants! Very clean and functional property with an overall one great room - open living space floor time to enjoy time with friends & family.

VALUE - Location and Price
If you're doing a ski trip you are going to have a hard time finding better value than this property. Two blocks and you're either in town or on the slopes.
As far as the home, this is perfect for a large group. The upstairs is an open space with the living room, dining room (check out the big table!), and kitchen as well as a deck outside. Plenty of space for our group of ten. There is a toilet upstairs as well, which was great so we didn't have to keep going downstairs to use the bathroom.
Downstairs is where the sleeping areas are. Having it separated from the living spaces was great for those who wanted to turn in a little earlier than other. *One thing to note is when you are downstairs you can hear people walking around upstairs. No one in our group complained about not being able to sleep because of this, but if you're a light sleeper maybe bring some white noise with you.
Hosts were great with communication. Even allowed an early check in and late check out. Very accommodating all around.
There is only parking for one vehicle, which is made clear by the hosts. If you have more than one car it's about a five minute walk to the downtown parking garage. But you don't need a car!
The Quit N' Time run (this is the run you take at the end of the day to access the very short walk back to the home) is what I'd describe as a tougher blue run. If you have beginner skiers they will need to "pizza" down the very end of the run. Not trying to discourage, but just know if you're going to take advantage of the ski access that you will need to factor that in.
Kitchen is stocked above average. We cooked a few meals and everything we needed was available.
If you're expecting a luxury home then this is not the spot for you. The pictures are accurate and show exactly what you're getting. But I'd take this home at this price over the luxury homes in the area every time. We actually asked someone across the street what they were paying for their similar sized home and they were paying $8,000/night!! (hope the hot tub was worth it!) This home is kept clean and comfortable and is stocked with everything you need.
Book early and book often. This is a great home. 10/10!!

Great location in Park City
Our stay was terrific. We really enjoyed Park City. This was our first trip to Park City and the location of the house was great. We took the stairs next to the house and could be on Main St in a minute or two. Tons of shopping and restaurants on Main St. You are also a block away from ski access. We did not rent a car for the stay - we walked or used the bus system to get around. Communication with property owner was outstanding. The property is as described in the listing. We had 4 in our group (my wife and I and two teenage sons) and had all the room we needed plus some. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for providing us access to your property.

Came for my bachelor party and there were 6 of us and the place had plenty of space for everyone. Location to the slopes can’t be beat!

Great for large family!
We just completed our stay with our family of 8 adults. The living area was large, cozy and comfortable. The location was great for an easy walk to Main Street. The walk and stairs to the Quitin' Time run was easier than I expected, however, the Payday and Quitin' TIme runs to get to the stairs to go home are true Blue (intermediate) and not meant for Green (beginner) skiers.

Excellent stay
Location was perfect, short and easy walk to town and skiing (even after skiing all day). Place was comfortable and exactly advertised. The only issues were that it is an older house so a bit squeaky, but that is to be expected. And bunk be sleeping is tough because of the noise/movement of getting up and down, but again, totally expected. Besides those two expected things, it was an absolutely great experience and I would definitely stay again.

Everything you need…
This property was perfect for our family gathering over Thanksgiving week. We prepared dinner for our family and a few friends and we found everything we needed in this well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed the great dining space. The location was perfect for allowing easy access for any/all to stroll in to town whenever it was convenient. We appreciated having a well stocked unit with all the little necessities as well. Excellent communication with the owners!

Convenient location, quiet and comfortable
Our family enjoyed relaxing in this home. It is very convenient to Park City town shops and restaurants and nearby hikes in hills surrounding the town. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and it was very quiet at night. We enjoyed playing games on the table on the deck that overlooks the town. Millie was very responsive and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our family time in this home.

Great location in Park City
The place was exactly as described. House was clean and rear deck had a nice view. The front porch needed a bit of work, but the owner said it would be repaired in the off season. Good communication with owner. Thanks for the great stay!

This house was perfect for our group! There was plenty of space for a large group for eating, cooking, and lounging. The large decks were are favorite for hanging out after skiing! The host was very helpful via text with questions and suggestions. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials and plenty of dishes. I will definitely be back to this house next time I’m in park city! Only thing I will note is to ski down to the spot closest to the house, it requires a blue run that was difficult for our first time skier. She was able to easily take the town lift down instead though.

Fun Family Vacstion
Thanks so much for sharing your home with us! We had a wonderful time full of memories and laughter! Loved all the room in the den for family game time every night after skiing! The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect! So nice to run down the stairs for shopping, lunch or dinner. UBER is super convenient for a grocery store run and the free shuttles were easy to use also. Truly no need for a rental! Communication with the Owners was fantastic! We are looking forward to coming back! We highly recommend this house for others.

Great location! Great place!
Really enjoyed our stay at this property! We spent Thanksgiving week here and couldn’t have been happier. It is ideally located near Main Street as well as skiing and hiking and is well stocked- we even cooked our full Thanksgiving feast in the kitchen while the kiddos played games. Homeowners were very responsive at all times. In a year of chaos, it was a respite for us.
