This house was very clean. The location was awesome as it was across the street from the bus and walking distance to Silver Chair. If I had any questions the host would reply immediately. We would definitely look to stay here again.

House was very comfortable and the location is spectacular. The only thing that was not clear in the listing is thatbthe access to the top room is through the 2nd floor bedroom so the only private couples room is the one downstairs Other than that, everything went perfectly!

We loved staying at John's ski house. Despite the nearby lift not yet being open (early Jan), we found the shuttle, with some car drop offs, fine for accessing the Park City base even with 5 and 7 year old kids. The house itself is comfy and much as per the listing. It's good for three subgroups with two of these sharing the upstairs bedrooms and one the more separate downstairs ensuite. The living space is comfy and accommodated our group of six adults and 3 kids fairly comfortably although the high top chairs were a little tough for the kiddos. There were some minor maintenance issues that I'm sure will get fixed quickly and the attic bedroom was colder than the rest of the house, but plenty of blankets provided. Parking was convenient, and the shuttle stops literally 25 yards from the front door. The hot tub was a nice bonus to relax after a day on the slopes. John was an attentive and welcoming host and we would happily stay again.

We spent 6 great days here with our adult kids for skiing, hot tubbing, lounging by the fire and grilling. What a perfect facility for us! Our host was accessible and helpful in all communications and suggestions for making our stay in Park City a success. Everything worked as described and we even had a Christmas tree waiting for us. So convenient to skiing and town.

Great stay at this property. Location terrific next to Silver Star lift which accesses blue runs to get to the rest of the Park City Mountain/Canyons resort (not ideal for novices). Convenient free shuttle at end of driveway will take you to/ from main resort base if you prefer to start or end there. Well equipped, bedroom layout ideal for two couples whose combined four kids enjoyed room with two bunk beds. Kitchen equipment including pots, implements and knives etc way better than typical rentals, since we cooked most nights this was appreciated. Hot tub aging but enjoyable out on private deck, gas fireplace a plus. Communication with host very prompt. Would not hesitate to stay again.

The place was well stocked and the owner super helpful from the time of booking until the day we left. The property is located within walking distance to the Silver Star chair lift as well as across the street from the free bus shuttle to town. This was amazing as we received 23 in of snow the second night we were there and we never were not able to drive as the parking lot did not get plowed for a few days! Beds were super comfy and kitchen well stocked as well. Thank you John for everything!

Excellent location, easy walk with kids from Condo to Silver Star chair and never a wait to get on the lift. Silver Star Cafe was great for dinner! Condo was clean and well stocked. Accommodated 2 families (4 adults, 4 kids) easily. Owner was super helpful and quick to respond. Only thing worth noting is that 1 of the bunk bed rooms is only accessible through another (adult) bedroom.

This property was great for a family of 8. Hot tub was a bonus after a long day of skiing. Location and access to the silver star chair lift was less than a 5 minute walk from front door to chair lift. Bus stop right outside of back door. Short drive to town and to Canyons Village. Close to all shopping restaurants. Property owner responded quickly with any questions asked. Definitely will stay again!!

We had such a wonderful stay here. There was plenty of room for our group (2 families with kids- 9 people total). John was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was fully stocked which was so nice. The location was perfect being right on the bus line and within walking distance to the Silver Star lift. We couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely consider coming back. Thanks again John!

5 stars across the board! My family and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely Park City condo! It's in the perfect area, located in a quiet neighborhood next to the golf course and just a short walk to downtown. But more than that the condo itself is awesome. It has such a comfortable, welcoming vibe to it, and we all fell in love right away! On the inside, the home was very clean and well organized, and it had everything we could ever need (coffee, kitchen gadgets, toiletries, etc.). We all agree that the condo really made our trip exceptional, and we can't wait to come back! I'd also like to give a big thank you to John for being so accommodating and providing such great communication!! I can't say enough good things about this place, and I would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent location to Silverstar lift. Bus stop and a short walk to Park City Resort center. Less than a mile to Main Street, grocery, pharmacy, and fuel. Excellent communication with owner. Plenty of amenities in condo. Ground level condo only feet away from parking.

This was our first trip to Park City, and the host was so helpful with a booklet of suggestions and local tips. The location was perfect, being only a 3 minute bus ride to the Park City Mountain slopes and 10 minutes to downtown Park City. There were 10 in our group, and the cabin was perfect for our group. The kids loved the little extra games and activities provided, and the hot tub. The host let us check in early, and got back to us so quickly if we had any questions during our stay. We definitely recommend this host and stay for your trip to Park City! We will be back!

Everything was awesome--we are a group of friends who travel to new ski locations each year and ended up in Park City this year--John's home was perfect for us. The kitchen was fully stocked (we cooked 2 large dinners for 9 people), the rooms were great, and the hot tub was perfect. You are steps away from the bus stop to get into town, and a two minute walk to the Silver Star lift, which never had a line the whole time we were visiting. If you are looking for a convenient location that is comfortable and well maintained, look no further! 5 stars for sure!

This place worked perfect for our group. The walk to the slopes(Silverstar) is actually easier than you’d think by google maps directions because of an elevator that is very close(150~ yards from condo). Hot tub that was in great working condition, and 3 full bathrooms that made for getting cleaned up before heading downtown Park city quick for a bigger group. Kitchen and baths well stocked with plenty of the essentials. Great place!

Great place to lodge kids and grandkids for 3 action packed days of skiing! Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was very well equipped. Close proximity to shuttle bus but also short walk to Silver Star lift which wasn’t in operation during our particular ski days( opened day we left) but it was an easy ski down run at end of day at end of day, with elevator taking you to street level! That was so much better once discovered at end of 2nd day! Owner very easy to communicate with!

Absolutely the best possible location, we've staying in this area twice now, once to ski and this time to hike and explore. Nothing short of perfection, walk to the ski lift in the winter and trailheads in the fall... a short drive or walk to the quaint Main Street area. Easy to check in and out, hosts were welcoming and full of helpful tips. The town home is perfect for families, clean and has everything you need, plus the hot tub was a perfect way to wind down in the evening. We will be back! I always look for cleanliness with good bedding and pillows and this place was an A+. Look no further, this is where you want to be for your Park City adventures in any season.
