The Wyndham Grand Desert Resort (Wyndham Timeshare Resort) is located just one and a half blocks from the Las Vegas Strip and is located just down the street from the Planet Hollywood Resort. This stunning property is located within walking distance from some of the world’s finest dining, shopping, live entertainment, nightlife, and gaming. Amenities at the resort include, a fitness center, game room, business center, on-site deli, hot tub, and three pools with one being an adult only pool.

The condo available for rent is a 2 bedroom - 2 bath furnished condo. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware and dishes. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bath that includes a Jacuzzi jetted tub. The second bedroom has 2 double size beds along with a second full size bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The condo has a nice size living room with a queen size sofa sleeper.

The name provided will need to be the name of the person responsible for checking into the condo. The name on the reservation with be the only one allowed to check in with the resort front desk. The remaining guests will be added at check in with the resort front desk. ANY CHANGES TO THE GUEST CONFIRMATION ONCE CONFIRMED REQUIRES A $129 CHANGE FEE.

The person responsible for checking into the condo with the resort front desk is required to be 21 or over with valid ID. The resort front desk requires a refundable $250.00 credit card hold at check in.

The resort is a Club Wyndham Vacation Resort. The resort front desk assigns all resort condos. If you have any requests it is best to call the resort front desk 7 days prior to the check in date. The listing photos are of one of the resort condos. The condos may vary slightly.

This is the fourth year my brother and I have stayed at this property and we come back every year. We love the two bedrooms and a full kitchen. This allows us to cook and eat in the room rather than always going to a restaurant.

We had a fantastic time and were able to walk all over the strip for the four days we were there. The property was perfect and allowed us to cook dinners to help save money. Parking was easy and secure. I enjoyed mornings at the pool. The property was beautiful and well-maintained. We would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Resort grounds were clean and secure. Location is very close to the strip. Resort shuttle was dependable and ran close to the schedule. Pools were clean and hot tubs were nice. Overall great stay.

Our family came to Las Vegas to see U2 at the Sphere. The condo was in a perfect location within walking distance to both the Sphere and the Strip!!

Excellent location next block over from the Las Vegas Strip Basically a spacious 2 bedroom apartment Host is an excellent communicator and we were very pleased with the service. Check in at front desk was a breeze.

We had a trip that included our 2 daughters ages 7 and 12 there was plenty for both the kids and the adults, including a theater and game room 3 pools one opened 24/7 and an adult only pool.

Perfect for families

Perfect for families

We used this condo as homebase for a trip to national parks and state parks. This was a FANTASTIC unit. We loved how spacious it was. With two adults, two teens, we never felt on top of each other. The pool and staff here are fantastic. Hands-down the friendliest people ever! So great to have a washer and dryer in unit. They even have BBQ grills for guest use. It is an easy walk to the strip if you cut through MGM parking garage/underground access and then the casino. We made wonderful memories on this trip! I wish it had been made more clear that toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, dish soap was provided-we had purchased those for our use before check in.

We enjoyed our stay with this booking. The suite was very spacious for our group of 7. When we needed extra towels or soap the resort delivered in a timely fashion. The suite was set up with all the dishes we needed to cook in the room. The only downside of this resort was the walking distance from the strip to the resort after shuttle hours. We made the mistake to carry grocerys on the long walk one day but discovered the Instacart delivery app for the other grocery needs. We very much enjoyed the 24 hour pool in tower 3 and utilized it every day. This place is a great stay and The owner Matt communicated very well with us and we had no problem with checking in and out.

My stay was great however I was disturbed that it was never disclosed to me that I had to pay a $150 resort fee upon checking in. I feel that this type of information should be shared with the guest upon booking.
