Not very good. First night TV didn’t work. Last night the curtains wouldn’t close and the lights wouldn’t go off. The room was not dusted well, the table between the beds you could write your name in the dust.

The Aria is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. The rooms are always clean and the staff is exceptionally friendly and professional!

Awesome stay! Clean, smelled good, helpful staff. Room was spacious. Loved everything! Can’t wait to go back. Went to visit several other casinos and was so glad we chose Aria.

It was the best 5 star resort I have ever been to! Aria Las Vegas is so friendly and warm, they got my booking next time for sure

Nice hotel overall. My only complaint is that the room was super dusty with visible build up on most surfaces and beneath the glass that covered the desk and other furniture.
Not sure why as the rooms obviously get cleaned frequently but it looked like they had not dusted in months. This made the room look worn down, and made me question the air quality, whereas it would have otherwise appeared clean.

Got the side corner suite which was great
The spa and the gym are one of the best in Vegas !

You know your vacation is going to be good when it starts off with an amazing welcome & check-in. Kendall is a star and made a difference. We really enjoyed our stay. Great service. Enjoyed Lemongrass & Javiers restaurants along with great secret speakeasy bar (dont want to give location away).

It was amazing hotel and I will stay there again

I was shocked to find that Aria (and the majority of the other hotels on the strip) still allowed smoking inside the hotel. We were forced to walk through a 100 yards of nasty cigarette smoke each time we left or returned, just to get to the guest room elevators. There are a few other non-smoking hotels, but are hard to find online because Vegas hotels will list as non-smoking if they have a few non-smoking guest floors. The Park MGM is one of the few completely non-smoking properties. The service from the Aria staff was excellent!

The stay was ok, but honestly some other options available that are better. The condition of the rooms is not great, with weird/outdated lighting controls that force you to use a cumbersome tablet app. Sometimes less is more. The floors had some weird stains, the mattress was too soft and we found amour backs hurting. There are no kits in the bathroom for some essentials, the bottles of shampoo and soap need so many pumps to just get a decent amount. It’s just not what I expected for the money. The restaurants are great, but you don’t need to stay in the hotel for that.

Check in was long. I had back to back reservations because I decided to add another day to my original stay. First of all Hotels.com sucks because you can’t change any dates even adding days on you have to make a whole new resi. The Aria is a dump, they are really disorganized. They screwed up my reservation and shut access to my room off in the middle of my stay. I’ll never stay here again. Management didn’t really seem to care

My room keys wouldn’t work. I had to walk back and forth to the front deck 3 times where they attempted to fix the issue. After an hour and a half they finally sent a technician that opened my door. Management was unavailable to speak with. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Amazing stay. Even was upgraded.

Really nice hotel and casino. Clean and comfortable. Good location on the Las Vegas strip

It was short but was good. After a long hike in the Grand Canyon it was a nice stop on way home. Very large hotel! Confusing as to where to check in and walk around forever finding places was annoying!

Very pleasant stay but now will have to fight with hotel to get the $30 credit offered through hotels.com reimbursed.

Holy cow. Great place to stay. Easy to access other hotels and events. Staff is amazing. I would definitely stay again. And my wife loved the place.

Stayed at the Aria because I was attending an event at T-Mobile Area and they have easy access. Rooms are nice with a nice view (two lamps in my room did not work however). Amenities are nice and staff friendly. Would stay here again.

Had an awesome experience in Vegas. My wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. The place was clean, very beautiful. E are not gamblers but we played $20 at 1 slot machine see we were checking out and won $400. That was super fun. Plenty of good food around, pool’s were easy to get too. The staff were super friendly!!

The hotel amenities are of a high standard, but the rooms are basic and lack basic amenities such as coffee facilities or free bottled water.
The hotel also charges to use the spa facilities and for the nicer pool beds.
1.5
The stay was great. But stay away from the convenience of the waters and snacks left in room. I had one smart water and was charged $26.00. That is robbery plain and simple.

The room type I requested was not available, and I had some issues where housekeeping came into my room at 5 am, waking me up. The hotel provided compensation for these 2 issues, so to their credit they made it right. Late night dining options were somewhat limited, so if you plan to eat at the hotel's restaurants, check the hours before you go. Check in/check out were not very efficient - lots of staff, but all on the phone and not taking care of the hotel guests waiting in line. 15 minutes passed without handling a single new guest. If speedy check in is what you want, this is not the place for you. Resort fees of $56 / night were quite expensive.

Great central location right on the strip. It’s connected to a few other hotels so very easy to get around. Really great restaurant options. We will be booking it again.

No clear full transparency on cost. Payment was made via Hotels.com, then taxes were paid at check-in as noted at confirmation screen. However, additional service fees were charged at checkout which was not stated at time of booking. Also, my room was not serviced at all during my stay, so paid a service i did not receive.

Not so great
Lady at the reception didn’t even give bottle of water when we asked for it. Ladies at the reception terrible.

We had such a wonderful time at Aria. It was our 30th anniversary and Cassidy (front desk check in) upgraded us into a beautiful room. The whole staff made us feel special.

Great location. Clean rooms. Helpful staff.

We had a great time- excellent atmosphere and environment.

No place to have some items in the refrigerator, we could of get a better room :/

Checked in and as opened the room , there were other people inside “our” room. This made huge screaming and almost risky intrusion on our part. Fault was of system glitch I was told that they gave us keys to a room that had people in it. Wish they could have done more than just not charge resort fee of $100. Left a bad taste.

Really nice property with great freeway access

Good service

Wonderful king room with super bathroom. It was the service that lacked..did not service room last day despite room service light on from 9am. Bar staff at casino bars ignore you and at Gem bar I was asked for ID! I am over 60 years old! Had the room key and room card..so rather humiliating. Pool closed at 4pm for function first day and second day closed all day due to weather..yet Bellagio pools were open.Did not spoil our trip to Vegas, but be aware... $25 plus plus for room mineral water?!! Walgreens is close...who pays that price for water...? Unjustified.
2.0
Staff is unfriendly and only looks at you as someone to buy something. If you want to spend time sitting in an area, people watching, etc, you will be asked to leave unless you are constantly purchasing food or beverage.
2.5
Friendly front desk. Attentive housekeeping. Beautiful facilities.
