Located in Princeville on the island of Kauai, this beautifully fully redone property will have everything you will need for your vacation in one of the most beautiful places.
The master bedroom features a king bed, television and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Breville Barista 870XL espresso machine and Vitamix blender. The main living space is an open concept with the kitchen and dining area making it easy to enjoy your time together during your vacation. The entire space has been elegantly decorated with brand new modern furniture and over-dyed authentic wool carpets. If you wish to spend time outdoors, the patio is set up with furniture and an eating area. The third room features a desk and computer with internet access.
Property includes washer and dryer.
You will have access to surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels to make your visits to the beach the best it can be. The property is located near the stunning beaches where you can surf, swim and snorkel.

Additional air bed available for children under 12. Maximum occupancy of 6 persons.

Our stay was perfect! The townhouse was peaceful and really felt like home. They equipped the house with everything you could imagine. We will definitely visit again.

The condo is beautiful and just as pictured. Everything we needed, this condo had! No need to rent beach gear (toys, umbrella, chairs, ice chest, surfboards etc.) because they have everything in the garage for you to use. The pool was heated and so nice. We will definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed her for 4 days. All the pics are accurate. Good location. Place feels modern and fresh. Really appreciated that every cooking tool we possibly could have thought of was here and easily accessible. Beds were comfortable, and porch was a really nice way to spend down time. Also appreciated the beach chairs, towels, cooler etc. We had some minor trouble on arrival when the door lock battery had gone dead, delaying entry, but the manager/owner was so responsive that she arrived within 5 minutes to help us in. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

This is what all VRBO experiences should look like. This place was extremely clean, well appointed furniture, so well stocked kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable as well as the the rest of the unite. We stayed at a VRBO at Nihilani about 12 years ago, so I had already experienced the wonderful pool, spa and neighborhood but his place was really something special. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We loved this place, very comfortable and clean! Perfect place although we did end up having to drive a bit for most of our excursions as they were on south end of island. We loved Hideaway beach, were able to see turtles and fish galore a bit of a steep hike but so worth it. Highly suggest renting snorkel gear or at least having goggles. Many other attractions nearby, so beautiful and peaceful at this place. Highly recommend.

First time in Kauai, and we settled on Princeville. Solid choice. Gorgeous area with views and beaches. This condo is in a great location. Impeccably clean. Owner thought of every touch. Plush beach towels , a wagon, hair dryer, etc. The pool in the complex is really lovely with a hot tub too. I would rate this higher than 5 stars if I could. Tanya, property manager super awesome too!

The condo, property, and staff were great. The condo was ground floor with a large outdoor deck. The furnishings are generous and very comfortable. Leaving us with beach toys including surf boards, chairs, cooler, and a wagon to tote it all was very nice. Of course Princeville is beautiful with easy access to Hanalei and tunnels, etc. Communication was great. A huge thank you for a great stay. We really enjoyed your place.

We really enjoyed staying here - it was impeccably clean, in a nice neighborhood and we had access to the shared pool. The host had left loads of helpful provisions for our 2 year old child - a high chair, crib, beach toys, a cart for getting to the beach, spoons, plastic plates etc. The only downside was that the people in the apartment above were pretty noisy.

My family and I enjoyed so much staying here. The condo has everything we needed and much more. The rooms are tastefully decorated, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location of the condo is perfect for golfers and beach goers. Lucy, the property manager, is very responsive and helpful. We only wish we could stay longer and look forward to coming back.

The place was beautiful as was the neighborhood. For the most part it was very clean. I would recommend the cleaner dust the vents really well though. Everything was updated and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. I was a little bummed that the espresso maker mentioned in the ad was not there upon arrival. When I checked the ad again, the owner had removed this amenity from the description so I supposed it stopped working which is a bummer. The chickens and roosters that were around the property were so entertaining! I read another review mentioning they were waken each morning by them, but that was not our experience. I could barely hear them when we were inside. We would definitely stay at this property again!!

You HAVE to stay here! This home is so well stocked, beautifully decorated, so clean, and peaceful. We loved having chairs, surfboards, and beach bags at the ready any time we wanted to head into Hanalei, was so insanely convenient. We would 10000% stay here again!

We had the best week in Kauai! This condo was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. Kitchen has everything you need, we loved eating breakfast on the back porch! Condo is very clean and loved having chairs,, umbrellas, wagon, etc for days at the beach!!!

We loved this rental in Princeville. Unit actually felt bigger than it looked from the photos. It is beautifully decorated and well stocked. There was nothing we needed to pick up other than our own food. We had four adults in our group and we were very comfortable and enjoyed using the spacious lanai as well. The roosters were noisy in the morning, but we found that is not unique to this unit, but is more a reality of Kauai. There was an issue with the owner not sending us the code when we arrived at the check-in time, but it was resolved shortly through two phone calls.

Great location in Princeville. Enjoyed our stay. Queens bath trail is just right down the street. Foodland right down the street. And just a 5 minute drive to Hanalei! Would stay again next time I go to Kauai!

Our family loved staying at this property. You can walk to several beaches and all of the north shore sites are within a short drive. The property is spacious and exactly like it’s pictured. Owners supply everything you need for a great beach vacation.

The location is the best. Close enough to the Hideaway beach so we walked there. It’s a challenge to find a parking spot otherwise. The property has everything we need including the surfboards. The kitchen is perfect! The management is excellent. We arrived early so they accommodated us with several hours earlier check in. It’s amazing! Thank you so much!

We loved staying at this property. It was comfortable, clean and very well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch with our morning coffee and using the supplied beach equipment to relax at the beach.
