This is an outstanding property. The pictures don't do it justice. The kitchen was fully stocked with items you did not know you needed! Wow. Loved that there was a backyard to sit and watch the sunset in the evenings. It was easy to locate and the surroundings were just beautiful. Definitely a winner!

An absolutely beautiful property. Perfectly clean and kept. We arrived late Friday evening and the instructions to enter were easy and made checking in seamless. Private patio with gorgeous views made for delightful mornings drinking coffee together. We couldn’t have chosen a better spot to retreat to!

We absolutely adored our stay at this lovely villa at Ali'i Kai. Super well appointed, comfortable beds and beautiful views from every room. We’ve stayed at several units at Alii Kai over the years and this was by far our favorite. We loved that it was a stand alone cottage with no one above or below. It’s meticulously decorated and clean as a pin. The AC units were a wonderful addition and it was very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach equipment was well cared for and in good shape. The next time we are back in Princeville this unit will be our top pick!

Beautifully appointed, great location for north shore beaches and restaurants, beach chairs and umbrellas were in great condition, ocean views from both bedrooms was awesome, enjoyed the outdoor living space.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo. The interior design Is just beautiful and the host thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable. The ocean view is gorgeous! We will definitely stay at this property again when we’re back on Kauai. Mahalo!

The minute we entered the property, we felt the spirit of aloha. Accommodations are pristine, kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Great nights of sleep and beautiful mornings overlooking the ocean. We even saw a pod of dolphins swim by and the binoculars provided were a great touch! Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was truly stunning as the listing suggests. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully organized with everything you need for a great vacation in Princeville. The back lanai was so tranquil to enjoy the company of the local chickens and soak in the amazing view which was better than pictures suggest! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo with a wonderful view. It was furnished with everything we needed. Parking is close and there are no stairs which we appreciated when bringing in luggage and groceries. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and hope to return in the future!

This condo is the perfect place to stay for people who enjoy serenity and peace. If you like to watch the waves crashing on the cliffs, glorious sunrises and the Milky Way at nights I would highly recommend you to stay in Suzie’s condo. You will find everything you need for your relaxing stay in this nicely decorated in costal style cozy apartment. The view from the windows in all rooms is amazing. You can walk to Turtle Cave and to Sealoge Beach and snorkel there. I also recommend Anini Beach for snorkeling. We found out that the AC in the master bedroom was making noises. Suzie informed the maintenance people about this problem, but they didn’t show up during our stay. However, we were turning AC off at nights and opening the window in the master bd enjoying fresh breeze from the ocean. Again, Suzie, thank you very much for sharing your amazing condo with us!

The cottage was exactly as the pictures posted. So adorable. Clean, beds comfortable and a beautiful view of the Ocean from the living room and bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. We will definitely be back.

If you are looking for a place that is clean, newly renovated and furnished w/ top of the line everything...and with amazing views and location then look no further. Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay and have zero bad to say. Just a lovely property that has everything you need! We look forward to coming back again in a couple years!

It was a wet visit to Kauai and the best condo to be at! Amazing views from bed, easy in and out location and luckily on the east side of the bridge that was shut down to weather. Loved that we could wash our wet clothes, cooked many meals in their extremely well equipped kitchen, and enjoyed many sunrises from the property.

I’ve stayed at many rental properties in Hawaii but this one beats the others hands down. The oceanfront views and the birdlife on the property was amazing. We appreciated the beautiful interiors and the well stocked kitchen. We will definitely come back again. Mahalo!

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and it's gorgeous. The decor, design and location of the unit are outstanding. The views are so good we didn't want to leave to tour the rest of the island :) The condo is well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking, and the Foodland grocery store is just a 5 minute drive. If you're in decent shape take the trail down to Turtle cove, the entrance to it starts at the building next door. We'll be back. Aloha!

Of all the vacation rentals we've ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a large number over the years, this may just be our favorite! It's fabulously beautiful, comfortable, impeccably clean, quiet and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. The knives were the BEST we've ever used in a rental - sharp! The view is stunning - and from ever room. The back patio is well outfitted with comfortable furniture and we loved having coffee and meals outside. The location is great - close to all the fantastic things to do and see on the North Shore. There are beach towels, nice beach chairs and good snorkeling provided for borrowing. Great communication with Susie who was very quick to respond. I felt like we could've lived here! I wish we could've stayed longer. I'd definitely come back!

I would rather not say very much about this property for selfish reasons - don't want it to be booked. This property is perfect. The 'Devil is in the details and someone put a lot of time, effort in the details of this home. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

It is the perfect base camp to have an excellent time exploring the island. The condo has all the comforts of home. Suzie was extremely responsive and addressed any questions immediately. What an awesome house! Designed to perfection, with beautiful decor, high-quality furniture, gorgeous master bath with a view of the ocean, clean, very well equipped, with probably the best location at this complex. The best part - is your view!!!! From every single room in the house, you can see turquoise water and blue sky... we had to wake up every morning just to catch the sunrise on a huge private green lanai. with plenty of comfortable chairs, couches, coffee tables, etc, ... we also ended up having many dinners outside, instead of going out. Hidden Cove where you can see resting turtles is within walking distance from the house as well as Quinn Bath is around the corner - 0.5 miles. We had a great time, very happy with the house we chose. Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Suzie’s place. It is beautiful decorated and clean. You can’t beat the views. It was really quiet and more like a little cottage than a condo. We truly enjoyed it! We had a couple of issues but hosts were very responsive and tried their best to help out.

The short review: stunning and perfect.... It is everything the photos show off and more. I can promise you that you have not stayed in a condo in Kaua'i like this before and if you have, I want the information. The design is like stepping into a high-end remodel on HGTV. No detail is missed. If you appreciate decor and interior design of where you stay like we do (it's what makes our breaks a condo for us outside of view, which you also win here), you cannot miss this rental. As my oldest daughter said, she felt like an old Hollywood movie star from the 40s. She nailed that review. Other surprises; the lighting is stunning. Dimmers everywhere to set the perfect tone to your trip. We keep finding with condos that people are mixing LED lighting everywhere and it ruins the interior of a living space. Plus, there is a full in-ceiling bluetooth speaker system throughout. If you want to set the most amazing vibe, connect your phone and play the best of Ella Fitzgerald and tell me this stunning condo hasn't transported you in both place and time. It's what we did and we are still talking about it. We will DEFINITELY be back to this stunning rental and this is coming from very picky renters when it comes to design and how a place makes you feel. If that is you and you are looking for a place on the North shore, stop and book this now. It is stunning!

As you pull up, there isn't anything that remarkable, but as you enter and then see the view from the back, you are blown away. The inside design and decor are more than magazine worthy, and the whole vibe is comfort. My party just wanted to stay here, relax, enjoy the view.....

The condo was very well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Perfect for what we needed. It's located along the shore and we never noticed traffic or neighbors. Occasionally you'd see others walking to/from their place, but overall very quiet location. The view was wonderful and we really enjoyed listening to the waves crash against the rocks at night and in the mornings. Lots of beach equipment available to use. Owners were great. Highly recommend if it suits your needs!

Wow!!! Hands down the most amazing rental I’ve ever booked. The place is absolutely gorgeous with a view you can only dream of! Every morning we looked forward to having coffee on the lanai watching the ocean and the birds. We were even lucky enough to watch whales splashing around! My 9 year old son would get up to watch the sunrise every morning too. The house was better than a 5 star resort with all its amenities to make you feel at home. The house has everything we needed to take with us and explore the beautiful beaches all around us. And the location is key. It was close to everything: beaches, golf course, hikes and shops. Kauai Haven is the perfect location to explore. Lastly, the host, Suzie, was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. We can’t wait to hear back to this property.

We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful property. Peaceful location, with a fantastic view across the ocean. We saw whales from the lanai, which was very special. The property itself is very well appointed, we all had a great sleep in the very comfortable beds. We hope to come back and would absolutely recommend!
