I love this property. The owner replied to me in a timely manner. Walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Getting a Grab ride to and from was so easy. The mattress and pillows were a little too stiff for me which is why I had to do a 4-star rating. Sleep was not that restful bacuase of that.

I would highly recommend this property if you are planning on a visit to Manila. The location is perfect! Extremely walkable to everything (shops, restaurants, parks). It is also pedestrian friendly with many walkways and pedestrian crossing. Very accessible to international airport. The condo has a lovely setting, overlooking American Filipino cementary ( a must visit!). It is well appointed and tastefully decorated. Welcome amenities such as bottled water, teas, snack, soap, shampoo, extra tooth brush and tooth paste was available. That's such a nice touch! I would have given a 5star is the bed was more comfortable. It was ok but a little stiff. There were extra blankets available in the closet. Towels were ok but has seen it's time and can use a refresh. Owner was on vacay so was not readily available, unable to communicate with property management as I did not have an international calling plan. The WIFI worked very well and was my way of communication- what a life saver! I think if you rented here, you will not be disappointed. It is well priced and I've stayed at other places where building and condo were not as clean. I recommend this place and was happy with my stay.

Excellent Host
Marissa was very gratuitous and accommodating. She responds right away to answer any questions you may have. The condo was very clean and well furnished. The location is incredible. Next to High Street, Market Market and SM Auta among other places. We really enjoyed the pool in the hot afternoons. It’s a great condo. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Taguig!

That apartment was very nice and well organized. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. There are two points of criticism though. The washer/dryer was out of order which was not stated in the apartment description or emails prior to arrival and the building staff in the lobby was rude upon arrived. Other than that it was an excellent place to spend 4 nights.

Our 17 days at your condo was awesome! It was clean, tastefully decorated and a safe place to stay. The staff was very helpful, polite and courteous. We liked the location because it was accessible to grocery stores, shopping malls and the must-see places at BGC, Taguig. Walking to these places was convenient and we didn't need transportation. It was a good exercise for us to walk almost everyday. Although we didn't have time to cook, we like the kitchen where there's everything you need. The hot water is a plus and the bathrooms are clean. We would love to stay here again in the near future. Thanks to the friendly staff and to the owner, Marissa Magno.

"17 days at your awesome condo"
Our 17 days at your condo was awesome! It was clean, tastefully decorated and a safe place to stay. The staff was very helpful, polite and courteous. We liked the location because it was accessible to grocery stores, shopping malls and the must-see places at BGC, Taguig. Walking to these places was convenient and we didn't need transportation. It was a good exercise for us to walk almost everyday. Although we didn't have time to cook, we like the kitchen where there's everything you need. The hot water is a plus and the bathrooms are clean. We would love to stay here again in the near future. Thanks to the friendly staff and to the owner, Marissa Magno.

Really nice place and the location was terrific. The owner was always helpful and more importantly very accurate with all the info. The apartment was well appointed and we enjoyed our brief stay. Hope to stay again .
