This amazing 3 story, END unit townhouse is located in Downtown Winter Park, steps away from Hideaway Park (music venue, playground, skate park and sledding). Whether you are here in the winter catching the shuttle to the ski slope or hiking/biking in the summer, you have found the perfect location! This townhome is fully stocked with everything you need for a fantastic getaway to the mountains. Trails are a block away and provide miles of scenery along the Fraser River. Restaurants, pubs, and retail are less than a 5 min walk. When you return to the townhome will feel spoiled as you sink into the comfy leather furniture, enjoy a glass of wine on one of the several patios, or take a soak in the private hot tub. Perfect walking distance to the Winter Park jazz fest. House was VERY clean and communication with the host was second to none! Will definitely book again!!

We were two family groups of three that included teenagers and stayed together for 4 days in Winter Park. This property was perfect! It was clean, pet friendly, the kitchen well equipped, the beds super comfortable, the location very convenient to the paved river trail, and the hot tub was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Due to pet friendly, the inside of the house was too much cat hair everywhere. Not safe for children/people with allergies.

This was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. Clean, well-stocked and wonderful layout: room to be together, but bedrooms private for a good night's sleep. King bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

First of all we arrived at 4pm which is checking time and had no codes and no way to get in the place. We sent an email to the property manager and 30 mins later they responded saying it should have already been sent but they were out of the country and service was spotty. We were finally able to get in after sitting in the car for 30 mins. Once we got in the first thing we noticed was all the dog hair on the stairs. The unit is a nice unit and well appointed except for the mattress in the “2nd master” which is actually a smaller bedroom and the bath is so small you can’t even get to the sink unless you completely close the door. The mattress was very hard and had nothing but a mattress cover on it and an old I’ll fitting sheet that came off if you moved on the bed. We noticed when we got up the next morning we were sleeping on a mattress cover that was not clean and had lots of hair on it. The comforter also had dog hair on it. I went to swap out the flat pillow for another down in the bunk room and both pillow cases had mold and mildew on them and one pillow case had been chewed up by something. The ceiling fan hasn’t been cleaned in some time and was dripping in dust so much that if you turned it on small pieces would start flying off. There were no bags in the bathroom trash cans and only 1 wash cloth 2 towels and a wash for a hand towel in the 2nd bath, no wash cloths at all in master bath, and no dish towels in the kitchen to dry dishes with. The second night we found some towels and wash cloths in dryer but still no dish towels. There were no check out instructions anywhere and we had to email the property manager again and were told there really weren’t any but if we could strip the beds that would help them out. We wanted to use the vacuum cleaner for our shrink bags for ski clothes but couldn’t because it was so completely packed with dust and pet hair and smelled so bad we decided to just do the best we could without the vacuum. The hot tub was great after a long day out in the snow! We absolutely LOVED Winter Park and have stayed many places including other pet friendly units but have never had an experience like this. I took pictures of some things but haven’t found a place to upload yet.

We loved our stay over Christmas, the property was located walking distance to everything and when we didn't want to go out we had plenty of cookware to make a meal in the home. After a long ski day coming back to the hot tub was terrific, our favorite part! My whole family loved our holiday here, the host was even kind enough to put up decorations so that we felt right at home. We will definitely be back!

This townhome was a perfect set up for a small group of people with everyone getting their own bathrooms. It was clean and well stocked. The hot tub being backed up to open space was very relaxing. Great location for going out to dinner and close to the mountain. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Spot
The location of this place is perfect. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. The place was great too. Lots of space with multiple balconies. The private hot-tub is clutch after a long day on the mountain. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

Wonderfully stocked condo
Wonderfully stocked condo and excellent location. Everyone was comfortable.
We were able to cook our whole Thanksgiving dinner with the great kitchen.
So many outdoor activities within 5 minutes. Also easy access to the ski slopes. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived to find the hot tub completely unusable to bring dirty. PM did arrange to refill and clean, but that took a whole day only to turn it on the next day and watch stuff shoot out from the jets. The kitchen cabinets had dried on food on them and the shower had a mildewed bath mat. Something sticky on the couch had us sitting outside all evening. We frequent Winter Park to bike in the summer, and this was the most disappointing accommodation in years. Management did credit us $61 for the hot tub, but hardly makes up for the filth.

Great Winter Park Condo
This is a great property for a family who wants walkable options in the town of Winter Park. It is also close to hiking and mountain bike trails. The condo is nice, well stocked and well furnished. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and being close to town but also having mountain views. The only negative was one set of sheets was not clean and had to be changed (probably just overlooked by the previous housekeeper). Other than that, this was a great place and we would absolutely stay there again.

Thank you for a wonderful trip! This home is fully equipped, clean and comfy! There is a cozy seat for everyone and so many patios and decks. We appreciated the quality of the home and furniture, cleanliness, dog friendliness, garage, and beautiful views.

Great condo, convenient to ski shuttle
The condo was perfect for our family - very comfortable and well-equipped. We enjoyed the private hot tub. The ski shuttle stops a block away on a twice an hour schedule - convenient for anyone who wanted to come and go at various times. Sonia responded instantly to any questions. Two weeks was great; we would have been happy to stay longer!

Super comfy stay with great views of the mountains from the kitchen/dining area and hot tub! Close proximity to Winter Park and Main St. Perfect after a day of skiing. Highly recommend!

This is a perfect location for anything you would want to do in Winter Park. The bus stop to the ski resort is really close. The end unit was perfect for great views and relaxing in the hot tub. Kitchen is well stocked and all the beds were comfortable.
