We truly enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The trails behind the unit were used everyday. It is comfortable and clean and well appointed.
Lots of stairs but it get your flights climbed up on your fitness tracker!
Everyone enjoyed the seating area by the kitchen. What a neat layout.

I had a fantastic stay at this townhouse and I can't recommend it enough! The photos and description were spot-on. The location was simply wonderful, offering stunning sunrises and sunsets. The townhouse was clean, spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was also conveniently close to biking trails, which added to the overall experience. This is the perfect place if you're looking for a serene mountain retreat with amazing views and great location.

The unit was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for all of us, plenty of comfy seating, beds and bathrooms. We appreciated having storage space for the bikes in the garage and direct access to biking/hiking trails. The hosts were very welcoming and on top of communication. We enjoyed our summer stay in the beautiful mountains.

Great property. Had everything we needed including stocked kitchen. Layout perfect for both togetherness and spreading out -- and loved the entryway off the garage to store our skiwear. Would highly recommend.

The trails right outside the door are amazing! We ventured out daily and loved the fact that the ski resort was only 10 minute drive from our condo. Just be aware this unit has a LOT of stairs. Otherwise we had a fully stocked kitchen (freezer wasn’t cold enough to make ice regularly) but we had everything we needed to make meals. Beds, linens and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental. Great place if you want easy access to some beautiful trails!!

This property checked a lot of the important boxes for us (3 bedrooms, accepts dogs). It was lovely and clean, and conveniently located close to hiking and biking trails. But a major disappointment was the construction down the hill, which woke us up at 7am each day of our stay. I understand that construction is in high gear during the summer in the mountains, but the fact that it wasn’t mentioned in the property description was frustrating. If we had known we definitely would have picked somewhere else to stay. I will say that Management was responsive, taking the time to call me and update the description. Overall it was a nice but noisy stay.

Rented 1390 Bear Crossing for a last minute trip to the mountains while visiting Colorado. Looked like a nice property and they allowed a dog, which was a requirement. Our expectations were exceeded from the moment we arrived. The unit was clean, clear instructions were provided for everything, a nice welcome package for us and the dog were waiting on the counter. Views from every bedroom were spectacular, complex was quiet and well maintained. Beds were great, kitchen well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, and the hot tub was a nice way to end each day. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Winter Park.

Lovely home with trails right outside the back door. Comfortable and great flow between elevated kitchen area and lower family room. Two flights of stairs to the top floor. Beautiful view!

Escape to the slopes
Love that this townhouse allowed us plenty of room to spread out. We were 5 and had our own bedrooms/bathrooms. Management was great at communicating, property was very well equipped and there were great views of the snowy wonder land. Minutes drive to shopping, restaurants, the WP resorts and slopes.

Was wonderful!
Loved the townhome, especially the hot tub after a long day of exploring. Did have some difficulties figuring how to enter the key code but they immediately responded to our call and helped us get in.

Lovely property with gorgeous views
We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and updated, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We watched hummingbirds and chipmunks from the balcony every morning, watched a deer walk through the wooded area at the back of the house, and watched beautiful sunsets every evening.
We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us and she appreciated the dog biscuits left for her by management. The management company kept in touch via text throughout our visit and the no-contact check in/out was a breeze.

Great access to trails right outside the back door!
Amazing location for downhill mtn biking, hiking, trail running and walking the dogs plus only a few minutes from main street Winter Park. Watching the sunset off the back patio was one of the highlights of our stay. It was hard to leave the quiet location.

Winter escape
Great property with lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. Close to skiing at Winter Park, cross country skiing at Devil's Thumb and tubing in Frazier. We walked to town for exercise and fresh air and swam at the Winter Park Rev center. Nights in eating “at home” and playing games and we were even allowed to include our little dog! The service was incredible, the manager checking in many times to make sure everything was great. They delivered humidifiers late one night because the ones at the property had stopped working.

Spectacular location
The views at this place are AMAZING! We went out daily to cross country ski and snowshoe right out the back door. there is also a small hill my kids were able to sled down right out back. It's quiet and in a great location. About a 7-10 minute drive to the resort (depending on weather) or you can take the shuttle. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Great home
Everything was great. The place is very nice and accommodating. The only recommendation I have is that you print up an instructional sheet or label the tv remotes. There are remotes everywhere and it's very frustrating to operate the tv's. We finally figured out what to do but to prevent any future frustrations some guidance there would be good. We had a great time and look forward to coming back to visit WP.

Great Accommodation for Skiing Family of 4 + Portuguese Water Dog!
Bear Crossing 1390 was a good fit for our needs. We could drive 5 min down to the free parking garage and catch one of numerous free buses to WP Resort. In addition, the town home backs up to open space allowing us to snowshoe with our dog without driving anywhere. Great house layout to give each of the kids their own bedroom and bathroom.
MANAGER COMMENTS: Oh fun! It's always terrific when your dog can join you for a getaway. We are all so pleased everyone enjoyed the Bear Crossing 1390 location. Please do give us a call when you're back this way to visit.

Beautiful and quiet
Was a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the views! Only one slight downfall-Master bedroom doesn’t have shades on a good portion of the window. Makes it for a very early morning wake up.

Excellent experience
My family of four had an excellent experience with Winter Park Lodging Company Spring Break 2018. The company reps were helpful and friendly without being intrusive, and the accommodations were spacious, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Best of all, the view/natural surroundings are gorgeous! We would recommend Winter Park Lodging Company and this particular unit without hesitation, and will absolutely plan to stay here again.

Huge and gorgeous
Beautiful condo with lots of room and a very large (long) garage that fit an SUV and a truck. The only suggestions I would make are to deal with how overheated the place feels. We turned the thermostat down to 60 and it still registered 70 degrees. Not sure why. Two of the humidifiers don't work so check which they are before just putting them back in the closets. And a decent large nonstick frying pan would be a much appreciated addition. Otherwise it's a wonderful place. The couch in the kitchen was a novel and useful seating area. And Winter Park Lodging is the most helpful company with genuinely nice people that I've worked with in all of the mountain towns. We'll be back!

Beautiful home in a great location
The house was perfect for our family winter get away!! We loved the layout of the house... the living areas and kitchen are spacious and very comfortable! We also like how each bedroom has a bathroom. Perfect location with a short drive to all Winter Park has to offer, but nice and quiet with beautiful views! We hope to enjoy this place again!

Great property with all the amenities you could need. Comfortable beds and sitting area, always a must for us! Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Kids loved the hot tub and view!

Great views
Nice condo with beautiful views. LOTS of stairs, one flight up to front door, one flight up to living room. Six steps up to kitchen..another flight up to bedrooms. Six steps down to laundry room, garage from the foyer. Very clean with lots of ameneties such as hot tub, fireplace. I would definitely rent here again!!
