Wonderful hotel

Nothing about the hotel. But Ashwem itself is pretty much closed down due to police and saving the turtles

Waste of money!! Much better property in same price available

The entire property is going under renovation and construction and is covered with plastic. It was really a horrible experience. The management should have highlighted in the description that construction is going on so that we would have been aware. Nothing was visible from the room either . Only thing good was the staff who was quite good. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as they hid this vital piece of information due to which our trip was messed up .

The entire hotel is going under renovation and construction and wrapped in plastic.

Great location, superb resort, a great place to stay in north goa, food is delicious but costly. Well mannered staff.

The water that you provide in copper bottles is not good. Actually customers prefer sealed water bottle but despite of requeating they did not provide us sealed bottle they stated sealed bottle is chargeable. Also the bed sheets were not changed on daily baisis which is again an unavoidable behaviour.

Very good

Stay was very good at regalia , cleanliness spacious room , friendly staff and quite place to be and enjoy your stay They allowed us to checkin and hour early.

What I didn't like is actually i got hurt on my leg in hotel itself as cut the was deep there was continue blood flow and staff gave us first aid also. We did dressing and went to sleep when i got i saw there were some blood marks on their blanket from my leg. Manager called me was like why didn't you tell me n all. Then we personally went to show him that see i got hurt and we had gone to doctor. They charged us extra 1000 for that blood stains that were there. Thats very cunning part that i saw as if we did it purposely

disappointing and dissatisfied

location

staff is very rude, hotel management is just passable, no proper toiletries were given, no towels were given, we made to cal the house keeping for towels, there was lizard in bathroom., rooms didnt have any view., with all these negatives i forced myself to checkout a day before my checkout date and had to choose another hotel., this is not a star hotel as per my knowledge, there was the worst options of breakfast., radher would prefer eating out. this resort is very disappointing and dissatisfied.

Overall pleasant stay

I had a nice view from my room. Room was spacious and had all basic amenities. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location was good, just couple of mins walk from the beach.

The phone in our room kept dying.

All the personnel were friendly and willing to assist us. Thank you to Eric for all he did for us. The staff even assisted us in booking our flights to Kochi. The Ragalia and all the staff will definitely see us again.

Would choose different place for quiet vacation

Very good restaurant in the hotel near to the beach

Very noisy- you can hear every step. saving of toilet paper everything in the bar of the room costs- even with the high cost per night

Memorable stay!!!

Near to beach. just 2-3 min walk to beach. Quality of food is excellent. Behaviour of staffs is very good. If you ask for help then within minutes it is being addressed. Biswajeet and Ganesh Mandal have been excellent from the Monarch restaurant. Always a smile on their face.

For our room, Balcony door is not working. it cannot be closed. it’s a feedback to the resort to get it fixed though we did not complaint about it to them.

cleanliness, amazing and smiling staff, theme of the resort, room, proximity to the beach, almost everything

toiletries could be better, a few more options in breakfast to enjoy for a third day, and an elevator access to rooms higher up

Great VFM, good food.

Staff were exceptionally helpful - Dipankar and Ganesh in the resto bar helped us get early breakfast on the day we were leaving. Property and staff seemed effortless

No onsite parking and the property is not the best for the differently abled.

Staff is very roud not all That one guy I asked for water and he gave to my family member I didn't know that and he came and very ruedly spoke. No manners to talk

Avoidable & Mis leading pictures

Very basic, Avoid able.

ZERO Value for Money. booked a Suite room for 9000/night & it was moldy and fungus on the walls. the bathroom was smelling awful. the rooms are made of wood so very squeaky and outside noise is disturbing.You can totally avoid the hotel pictures are misleading. very very poor service.
