check your room properly atleast for 15-20 mins

room was so smelly, my stay was for three days, i asked them to change many times but they didn’t change my room even after requesting all three senior staff members

Cool place at a walking distance from Mandrem beach and market.

The huts are beautiful and give you a sense of privacy. The staff is extremely warm and cordial. The outdoor sitting area in front of each hut makes it ideal for work/ vacation travel.

There was some issue with the septic tank smell especially if you use the exhaust fan, though it was rectified soon. Also, We lost one of the slippers which were placed outside the hut, as some dogs visit the place at night (as told to us). It was a bit disappointing.

Great value!

Great prompt staff, all needs were taken care of. Rooms are as advertised, beautiful and large.

Limited breakfast options, no juices, no toaster for bread. Sometimes no buffet, order on the phone and get room service, but only limited options then too.

Exceptional

This place was lovely. Very comfortable and clean room, clean pool and lovely garden. Very quiet and relaxed atmosphere. The pancakes were also amazing. Only 5 mins drive to the beach or 20 mins walking. Great beaches and things to do nearby. Would 100% recommend.

Enjoyable especially the pool and the quiet room and bed,

Value for money. Clean. Friendly. Comfortable bed and very peaceful. Food was good if limited breakfast choices and some dishes came out the same as others maybe difficulties in interpretation.

Menu should give better description of what is offered. Very friendly and enthusiastic staff but need more training in their work. Beeches far away needing transport, maybe hotel should consider some in house transport for guests. Immediate area not conducive for dining. Hotel needs to consider better dining facilities to attract guests to stay at the hotel.

Mostly good!

Good location (as long as you aren't walking). Modern cabins which had been well cleaned. Nice spacious and well designed resort

There was a couple of mix ups with drinks we ordered, and the breakfast selection could be better, the choices at the buffet were limited. It didn't feel like the staff were proactive in helping guests, but things did get done if you asked.

10 days in a good place :)

Territory, very clean everywhere.

You need to call reception to turn on hot water. For 10 days cleaning was only 1 time. Staff may offer services more frequently.

Superb

The masala cheese omelette was out of the world. Everything was fresh and customized on demand.

The toilets have a peculiar smell of sewer sometimes due to rain water. I am sure it can be rectified easily.

Comfortable stay

The location is calm and peaceful and on the road itself .. so no need to go in gullies .. it’s a new property and staff is very courteous especially reception. Best part is they have swimming pool..

Value for money & Family friendly !!!!

Staff was very helpful. Food was exceptionally good even though they don't have full-fledged restaurant. They should start full fledged inhouse restaurant.

Last 2 days was having Hot water problem but they fixed it very quickly. More so as an apology they offered us Complimentary late check out.
