This is one of my favorite homes. It is perfectly renovated to keep the old world charm while bringing in all the comforts of today. Each room is furnished with the highest quality furniture and accessories. You will not want for comfort or beauty. From the memory foam beds to the Egyptian cotton towels, we spared no expense to give our guests the most comfortable stay possible. Located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Albuquerque, this home is perfectly situated to access all of the amenities of the city.

We had a great time at Doug's house in ABQ. Very comfortable and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking projects. The house is in a great location within walking distance of the University.

This house is beautiful. It's a great combination of old character and updated modern convenience. It's spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our favorite was the sunroom with the colorful tile table, matching chairs, and views of the backyard. Also love the oversized master bedroom. All beds were so comfortable. Doug responds very promptly. Hoping to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this house! It was a walk down memory lane with friends and family by staying in this neighborhood. The house is centrally located and provided easy access to wherever in ABQ we wanted to go. The house is beautifully restored but still keeps the character of the original architecture and the neighborhood. We would love to stay here again next time we are in town!

Doug's house is located in the center of town. The neighborhood is beautiful. The home is nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Everything you could need is available on site. We enjoyed our stay and recommended it highly.

Great house in a great location

The house is wonderful. It's very nicely appointed and equipped. The location is in a cool university neighborhood within walking distance of some great restaurants (I'm look at you El Patio). It's also a short drive from the airport, which is nice. The owner is very organized and responsive with lots of clear instructions and communications. On top of all that, there's wicked fast internet access. Highly recommend. Would rent again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Silver Hill. This home is in a great location. Quiet neighborhood. Close to airport and freeway access. Close to Nob Hill neighborhood with great restaurants and people watching. Would happily stay again!

The house is very cute, very clean and a perfect place for a short stay. Everything you need (including a corkscrew) is available. The only issue was with the VRBO app itself. It made communication with the property manager less than efficient. The house itself was very comfortable and clean.

This was a great location for us! The house is amazing. Douglas was very accommodating when we had to reschedule our trip. The house is very roomy and clean. New appliances in kitchen and neat high ceilings throughout house that don’t show in photos of property. Lots of fun nooks when you need a moment to yourself. Neighborhood was quiet. We didn’t have time to utilize outside space but looks really nice. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We love this house!

This was the fourth time we have stayed at Doug's house on Silver in Albuquerque. My wife and I love the house: its design and layout, the amenities and features, the front and back yards, and just about everything else. The house's location, near the university, the airport, and two freeways is hard to improve on. The neighborhood is quiet, and we have always felt secure there. We hope to return again to this place and recommend it highly.

Wonderful House in Great Location

Loved staying at this house! Very nice neighborhood, the neighbors were often outside and very friendly. House is centrally located, so it's a quick drive to anywhere in the city. Plus, very close to the highway for any out of town trips (we went to Santa Fe for a day). The house itself was wonderful. The kitchen was really amazing. Everything we needed (plus more) to prepare meals for the week we stayed. Lighting inside the house was great. Natural light in almost every room, and plenty of lamps for various levels of nighttime lighting. Everything else was great, lots of towels, access to laundry, plenty of space, super clean, and price was right. Only tiny nitpicky things I'll mention for possible improvement is the front door handle got stuck a few times, and there was no kitchen sink garbage disposal. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Our group of five (mama, papa, oldest daughter, youngest daughter and a bf) spent three days and nights enjoying Albuquerque from this home base. The interior space is well suited for casual hanging out. The master bedroom is an absolute delight - the desk and sitting area are great adds to this wonderful room. The five of us spent a lot of time in the sunroom because of the abundance of natural light.
