About this apartment rental
This non-smoking, no-pet, luxury Juniper Springs Lodge condo is a top-floor unit with amazing panoramic views of the ski mountain. It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 6 adult guests. One bedroom has a king bed (sleeps 2), while the guest bedroom has a twin XL over queen bunk bed (sleeps 3). The spacious living room has a queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), a stone gas fireplace, and a large-screen HDTV. There are spectacular views from the living room and the large balcony porch. One-car parking is included in the building’s heated underground garage with direct elevator access.
This unit is especially coveted being one of only a few units in the entire complex to offer spectacular views of the ski mountains. It is just steps from Eagle Lodge and the Eagle Chair. On the inside, you will find the creature comforts of home including a gas fireplace, microwave oven, dishwasher, iron/ironing board, high-speed internet, flat screen TV, Direct TV, VCR, DVD, and more. Laundry facilities are only steps away.
For summer rentals there are 2 10,000 BTU portable A/C units in the condo connected to in-wall vents.
Sitting slopeside on Mammoth Mountain's southern rise, Juniper Springs Lodge is the High Sierra getaway you have always dreamed of. Adjacent to the Eagle Express six-passenger chair lift, it presents a quiet air of sophistication while at the same time standing strong as a rugged, yet distinctive Mammoth landmark. The architecture is dramatic and romantic, its scale and styling subtle and in harmony with its surroundings. Upon arrival, you will pass through the grand, multi-story lobby into the Hearth Room. With its timber-beamed ceiling and massive rock fireplace, it is the ideal place to meet family and friends at the end of the day.
Condé Nast Traveler selected Juniper Springs Lodge as one of the premier ski-in/ski-out resort properties in the country (with 150 runs)., and our 2-bedroom condo is a great option for a weekend or week-long getaway. All the amenities you'd expect from a top-notch resort are here: a large outdoor swimming pool heated to 86 degrees year-round, three hot tubs, two barbecues, a game room, a business center, fitness center, and underground parking (which is an incredibly nice perk, especially after a full-blown Sierra powder dump!).
Skiers and boarders will enjoy the convenience of purchasing lift tickets on-site at guest registration (located in the main lobby), and the free seasonal shuttle runs every 30 minutes during ski season making traveling into town, the Village, Main Lodge, or Canyon Lodge an effortless affair.
Beyond the abundance of outdoor activities -- golfing, hiking, fishing, biking, horseback riding, cycling, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, hot air ballooning, etc. -- the town of Mammoth offers a nice medley of restaurants that run the gamut from casual fun to fine dining. Ultra-hip boutiques and day spas can be found in the Village and on Main Street.
Mammoth also has a growing arts and cultural scene with performing arts, live music, and arts & crafts festivals throughout the year.
And finally, there’s incredible nature to explore, such as Mammoth Hot Springs, Devils Post pile, Horseshoe Lake, Owens Valley River, San Joaquin River, Lake Crowley, Mt. Whitney, Yosemite, Mono Lake, Death Valley, ancient bristle pine cone forest, a western ghost town, fish hatchery and more!

Love it but I would like instructions on opening the patio and locking instructions. We plan on returning every year .
Staying here adds to the ambience of Mammoth.

Our stay here was perfect. The place came with everything we could possible need. It was very clean. And, super well located. Host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Juniper Springs is the perfect location, our favorite part of the mountain. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Good Times I would like information to rebook for next year!

First, the location is awesome. Right outside eagle lodge. So easy to get the family out the door and onto the slopes. Second condo felt clean, had all the necessities, and the resort5amenities were awesome. So much fun hitting the 3 hot tubs and heated pool after each day on the slopes. Tons of families and kids for adults to chat in the hot tubs and kids to play in the heated pool. The only complaint was no bathrobes in the unit to take down to the pool (and the resort staff told us they aren't willing/allowed to help the Vrbo guests with anything). Lastly, Mammoth is so much fun. Awesome mountain, cool people, great places to eat. Can't wait for next year's season at Juniper Springs!

There’s something wrong with the heater, the thermometer didn’t work, we couldn’t sleep through the nights because it’s either too hot or too cold. Except this issue, everything was fine.

My family and I had a great stay here. The location can’t be beat. Clean, comfortable, and with a nice view from the balcony. I would stay here again.

Fantastic stay at this property. Wonderful location, so convenient to Eagle Lodge. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Beds we're comfortable and top floor location kept it quieter than average.

The unit is in a good location. We have stayed at Juniper Springs multiple times and like the fifth floor units. The property owner offered no assistance with trying to find alternative parking. The hotel staff were much more helpful than he was even though they don’t manage the unit directly. Maintenance of the unit needs improvement. Tub valve in master tub shower has been leaking for a long time, drain now rusted out, shower curtain hooks broken, heaters in bedrooms malfunction. Will stay at Juniper again but not go through the mountain for better management.

TOP FLOOR, QUIET, MOUNTAIN VIEW, SKI IN/OUT...what more could you ask for? Can't beat it for quality. As for price??? I don't know. You should do your own shopping...

perfect place Eagle Lodge ski in-out condo with a great view and lots of resort amenities--heated pool, 3 hot tubs, coffee shop, etc. except (a) Eagle Lodge doesn't typically open until mid-December, and for early season skiers/boarders, you have to take a 15-minute shuttle to Canyon Lodge or 30 minutes to main, depending on traffic.

This Hotel/Condo complex is our favorite. We come in August every year after the crowds are gone and nearly have the place to ourselves. Free shuttle to almost anywhere in town. This unit was clean, with plenty of dishes and a gorgeous view.

After hiking all day, this condo was the perfect place to relax.

Great location!
Our place was clean and location was good. The unit was lacking adequate glassware. Bathrooms were not supplied with soap. There were no instructions on how to operate the TV and no information about mammoth lake and the surrounding areas. We did have quick response with the property manager when we contacted him. That issue was resolved in a timely manner. Overall, it’s a cute place, just needs a little tweaking.

Weekend getaway
Everything was as expected. Check in was easy. The listing is very clean. The beds were very comfortable I wish I had them in my home.
Overall, my family enjoyed our trip so much! The highlight was getting to watch the snowfall on mother day! Best Mother’s Day ever. I’m looking forward to our next trip!

We had another great stay at Juniper Springs! Great location - right next to Eagle Lodge. Condo was clean and comfortable! Perfect for our family of 4!

Cozy cabin
We had a great experience here. It was very cozy and nice. The only disadvantage is that it is not part of Juniper Springs, so we could not order room service, more towels, or toiletries.

Great location & amenities walking distance to the chair lift! Would definitely come back!

Great 2 bedroom ski in/ski out room
Only constructive feedback is room needs to have all carpeted areas steam cleaned. The carpet was very dusty and I like to stretch and exercise on the floor before skiing. Otherwise a great unit and well appointed.

Great condo - great location
We loved staying at this condo! Super close to the chairlift; it was so convenient! And the condo was perfect. Comfortable beds, enough space for the 4 of us, and it had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again.

snowy mammoth stay
Location was excellent. Easy check in process. Owner was very responsive. Although the Property Manager was not. No major issues though. Just a suggestion would be to provide some games to play. We were snowed in for one day and didn't have much to do because WE forgot to bring games. Thank you for a clean place to stay.

Perfect location for exploring Mammoth Lakes.
We stayed for 4 weeks and the condo met all our needs. Clean, well equipped, great location, great views, and the A/C was a must. Loved Mammoth Lakes. We will be back and would stay in this condo again.

Greet Location, Nice place
The condo was nice, clean and equipped. Description is accurate. We stayed at the end of the season so nearest lift was closed. A couple of caveats: Couch is unbearably uncomfortable. Nothing worse coming back from skiing to sit in a couch that makes you more uncomfortable as to force you to sit instead on dining room chairs. Water tastes awful, ok for cooking, maybe for coffee/tea; do yourself a favor a pick up a gallon at the major supermarket down the street. I wont deduct a star just for these caveats. Depending on your purpose you may not drink the water or use the couch. This place is as described and recommended by us.
