This property is even better than we expected. Comfortable, clean, spacious, and in the perfect location for access to food, attractions, and transportation. It was surprisingly quiet for an inner-city property. And the air conditioning kept us cool during this year's insane Boston heat. When we return to the area, we'll stay here for sure.

Way too many stairs!
Great location but the apartment was only okay. Also two flights of steep stairs just to get to the apt and then two More flights once in the apt. Not easy if you have suitcases! Plus kitchen did not newly renovated as described.

The perfect spot!
We stayed here for a weekend family reunion recently and the property was absolutely perfect. It was spacious and well appointed and felt like an oasis in the city. The location is great, too. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend this property for your next Boston stay!

Great Apartment in Premium Location
The apartment had plenty of space for my family of four. All the beds are very comfortable. We didn't cook in the kitchen, but it's very nice and seemed well stocked. The bathrooms are nice, and are stocked with lots of towels and washcloths,. It really is a lovely place to come back to after a long day of exploring the city.
The apartment is less than a ten minute walk from Boston Common, the start of the Freedom Trail, and the Charles River Esplanade. You can walk everywhere from here if you want to (Fenway is about a 40 minute walk - Faneuil Hall Marketplace is a 20 minute walk). There are a lot of nice restaurants and stores in the neighborhood.
Jason is super responsive and helpful. He answered all my questions almost immediately.

Amazing apartment in amazing location
Spent just over week in the apartment. Location is fantastic, as is the apartment. Can't rate it highly enough. Whole process from booking to entry to departure was seamless.
If i had to be really nit picky and pick out one are for improvement - we did a lot of cooking and there's only 1 saucepan. Also no oven gloves! Very small things and as i say being really nit picky!!
Overall loved our stay and would stay again in a heart beat

Fantastic Apartment in Perfect Location
Apartment was spacious, clean, nicely decorated at the base of Beacon Hill. We were walking distance to many good restaurants and Boston sites, and the T station was nearby to go further.

Can’t imagine a better place to stay
The location is fabulous and the unit is charming - very attractive, relaxed decor. Everything was immaculate and the one small glitch we had was immediately taken care of by Jason- who was extremely attentive and prompt with his communication. The only drawback is it is probably not ideal for anyone who has trouble with stairs.

Spacious, clean, great location!
This is our 2nd time at this property. We love how clean and spacious this apartment is. The location is perfect for us! We love the coffee shop a few steps away, and the cute boutique shops along the street. Jason is great to work with, from booking the apartment to the clear billing and his communication is fantastic! He is always available!
We look forward to coming back again!
Thank you Jason!!!

Great apartment in a great location!
Jason was very attentive prior to the trip and on arrival. Three good bedrooms and a perfectly comfortable fourth alcove bed more than big enough for our six foot two son! The location is excellent and the local eateries are amazing from delis to pizzerias to restaurants. Perfect place to start our New England trip

Great penthouse apartment in a great location!
We stayed in this house over the 4th of July week. It was a wonderful location close to the Esplanade and the Charles River. The location was within walking distance of downtown and the waterfront. There is also a subway stop at the end of the block. Lots of great places to eat and shop along Charles St. The apartment was very nice and well appointed. There were seven adults along on the trip and there was plenty of room for us to spread out and not feel cramped.
Jason (the owner) could not have been better to work with. Very helpful before we came to town in terms of making plans for the visit. Once we were in town he checked in on us several times just to make sure everything was okay.
I would very much recommend this house and would stay there again without question.

Perfect Location, Perfect Size & Clean!!
This apartment was a perfect fit for our 2 families to share. In total we had 4 adults and 4 children. The space upstairs is an awesome playroom. I'm very particular about cleanliness, which this place was absolutely clean with nice fluffy towels to use. The beds are very comfortable and the decor is beautiful. Having the kitchen with coffee and tea already stocked was a lovely touch. As for the location, we walked a lot (even though it was 0 degrees). There are cafes very close, cute pubs up the street, and a CVS very close for those last min needs :). Its close to everything! We would definitely want to come back and stay in Jason's apartment in the future!
Thank you Jason!

Truly a "home" away from home
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Beacon Hill in this property. The furnishings were lovely, the bedding amazing, and it accommodated our group of 6 very well. (one member of our party was set up in a day bed). Jason was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Location
We had a wonderful time during our stay. The only problem we ran into was that the in unit dryer was not working correctly. The apartment was in a fantastic location for our visit to Boston and it was a great size for our family. There was great space to visit with local family when they came to visit us. There are a lot of steps to this apartment so keep that in mind when booking - we didn't have any issues with this. There is a parking garage in the block that was very convenient to use. There were many great restaurants and shops very close. We would stay here again if we were back in Boston.

Excellent location in a charming neighborhood. Owner is extremely accommodating and responsive. The pictures represent the property very well and don't disappoint. The beds were extremely comfortable; we melted into the linens. Would definitely stay here again while in Boston. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Great Location!
The location was excellent! Great shopping, food, neighborhood. Everything was in walking distance. We had 6 adults in condo, plenty of room. Everything was there that we could need and having stores close by for some essentials was nice. Thank you for helping to make our trip to Boston a trip to remember. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Jason.

Great condo, Great location, Great Owner
For our 2nd vacation in Boston we choose the Beacon Hill location for its location and old charm. From my first inquiry with Jason Post I knew this would be a location to remember, and I couldn't have been more correct. We had just arrived and were out picking up some groceries when Jason called to inform us that there was some reports from the previous renters that one of the bathrooms had a weak shower head. Jason was calling just to say that he was leaving the condo after placing it and didn't want us to be concerned in case we would have noticed it. I knew at this point that the Post's family's focus on customer service was spot on and our stay would be great.
The location of this property was 'fantastic', Charles street has a great vibe to it and is a close walk to Boston Common, Cheers, Boston Library. There are several grocery stores, liquor stores, bakeries, restaurants, antique shops all within steps of the condo. The condo itsself was super comfortable, lots of room and well appointed. The Air Conditioning worked flawlessly and was a welcomed relief as the temperature was in the high 90's.
Without question I would stay here again.
Thank you Jason

This apartment is absolutely perfect. We had a group of 6 adults staying in the apartment. There are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with the most comfortable queens size beds ever, and a very homey type of atmosphere. There was a large living room area on the main floor with a flat screen television with many channels, for everyone to kick back and relax before heading to bed. The kitchen area was very spacious and fully supplied with everything you need. On the second floor there is a huge space with a foosball table, another tv and huge living room space. The only down side of the upper floor is that the 2 twin beds are not private and are in the same space as the living room area.
The location of this apartment could not have been better. It is in the middle of both sides of town, and in walking distance (for adults) of shopping, many restaurants, parks, the subway, groceries, alcohol and many attractions. We did not rent a car on our trip and i'm glad we did not. It is not necessary at all. The owner of the apartment and his father were absolutely fantastic. If you needed the home owner he was readily available and wanted to do anything to make our stay better.
The only down fall to this apartment was the amount of stairs. It was not an issue for us being middle aged adults and younger adults, but it may be a lot for children and or seniors who choose to stay. We would definitely stay in the apartment for our future Boston trips. The city is absolutely breathtaking.

Beacon Hill, Boston
My group consisted of seven adults and two children and since we arrived way before the check in time we were allowed to leave the bags in the basement meanwhile. The apartment was very nice, two bedrooms on the first floor sharing one bathroom, one room on the upper level with a bathroom and a trundle bed and on the same floor a large family room with a big tv. The location of the trundle bed was a little uncomfortable because it is under a skylight without any covering, so you get the bright sun on your face early in the morning, not for somebody that would like to sleep in late. Location was perfect! a lot of little restaurants and pubs and a walking distance from many great places. The owner was gracious and attentive and very easy to reach. We had a situation in the kitchen and he showed up five minutes after my call. The station for the commuter train, the "T", was conveniently close. We were there for a wedding and we had a wonderful time! What a beautiful city! Without hesitation, I recommend this apartment for many reasons, his owner was always eager to suit our needs from the moment I first contacted him.

Beacon Hill, Boston
Arriving at this location my group, a party of nine (eight adults - one child), arrived in two vehicles. We stopped curbside and unloaded. The apartment is located up a few flights of stairs, no elevator. Around the corner we found a parking garage ($42 a day). The parking attendants were great. We explained we would be there for a few days which was also the July 4th holiday. They made room for our vehicles and saved our "spot" when we left. Maybe it would be worthy to note, the parking garage only accepted cash or check. The home owner greeted us shortly after arriving confirming we had found everything we needed. He gave us a phone number in case we had any issues, we did not contact him during our stay. There are three bedrooms with queen size beds. Everyone loved the pillow top mattresses. In the upstairs loft area there was two twin beds. These beds are located in the living room area with a shaded skylight above. If you need to sleep in and have trouble with the morning light, these twin beds would not suit you. A few meals were prepared in the fully supplied galley kitchen. Whole Foods was conveniently located.
The reason for our visit to Boston was to experience the Boston Pops fourth of July concert at the Hatch Shell, Esplanade. The Esplanade was located with in a few blocks. During our stay our group split up to tour the city: Some of us took the commuter train (the "T" - the nearest station was a short walk) to Fenway ballpark, walked the Freedom Trail, had a drink at the CHEERS Bar, walked through the Boston Garden and Commons, shopped at Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, visited the Sam Adams Brewery, toured the Children's Museum and the New England Aquarium, also a few of us took a day trip to Rock Port. Wow, Boston is a great city, rich in history!
I would recommend this modernized city apartment, it suited our needs perfectly.
