The Coop was absolutely lovely.
The Coop was absolutely lovely. In a wonderful quiet location, spotlessly clean, all modern facilities, we loved it.
Elaine was such a welcoming host. We want to go back for longer and in summer so we can spend more time chilling in the little garden. We took our two Westies and it was perfect for them too.
There are lots of walks from the doorstep and within half an hour of the coast - go to West Wittering Beach - gorgeous.
Thanks Elaine for a wonderful stay

A lovely property in beautiful surroundings. Elaine was very welcoming, the brownies and fresh eggs were delicious. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. In an ideal setting for exploring the surrounding areas. The village shop in Kirdford was brilliant too!! Would highly recommend for a relaxing break.

A very smart, light and modern property, tastefully finished with good quality furnishings and fittings. Despite conversion being five years ago, it still looks as though it has only just been done. Significant effort had obviously been made to present the property in a welcoming way for guests. Overall, a quiet, calm and relaxing place to which to get away.

As good as it gets. A pub within ten minutes walking distance would have made us move in!

The Coop was absolutely lovely and Elaine and her staff also very friendly. Good walks for the dog on site, although a 2 stiles and footpath right on site all wired up and not maintained so not walkable, but plenty of other paths to go on.
Area absolutely beautiful, mature oaks no litter on the road sides a credit to the local councils.

We had a wonderful time at The Coop, as soon as we walked through the door we felt at home.
We had a wonderful time at The Coop, as soon as we walked through the door we felt at home. The property was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, very well equipped and comfortable. The photographs on the website do not do it justice. Although the garden is small it is delightful and a wonderful place to sit in the evening and big enough for our two small dogs who also had a lovely time. It is just a short walk to the local public house, which does lovely food and is very dog friendly.

An incredibly clean and comfortable cottage with all the amenities required.
An incredibly clean and comfortable cottage with all the amenities required. The owner was very welcoming and provided us with a much appreciated welcome pack - we even got to hear a nightingale sing (which was a first for us!). The location was ideal - close to a lovely village with two pubs and an amazing village shop which was well stocked and also doubled as a cafe. We will definitely return to this cottage again and would highly recommend it.
