Very comfortable Apartment

Very comfortable apartment, well equipped and on ground floor. Also very quiet area, though not far from centre.

We had asked for the bed to be split into two singles, this had been done but one bed still had the double/kingsize bedding on it which made it not so comfortable, also no mattress or pillow protectors.

Look elsewhere if you want Luxury and you don't want to pay for extra's on top of your stay.

Good location very close to the town, easy parking and clean spacious facilities

For the price you pay there is certainly no luxury. Would you like to check in 1hr early that will be an extra £25, if you would like a cot that £10 for your stay. They even charge you extra to add hypoallergenic bedding????? The complementary tea and coffee is poorer than that you find in most budget hotels (UHT long life milk blisters etc). Despite the £70 cleaning fee they also want you to strip all the beds which on vacating the premises which if you are disadvantaged is unbelievable. Whenever we stay places we stay mid range to high end and frankly I was I felt cheated by my stay with items that should be complementary as part of the price (we payed almost £300 a night). Furniture and Fittings are all IKEA...which in itself is fine...but don't label something as Luxury when it is far from it for the reasons I've highlighted

Nice apartment but need to look at the beds and pillows, which we poor quality

Apartment was well equipped and spacious. Very clean apart from the patio doors which were really dirty.

We had a nightmare getting the keys as the labels which told you which key safe to open were all faded. One was actually open with the keys inside but it wasn't the one we were staying in! It took ages to get the keys-not a good start. We tried to get injto the bin store but couldn't even after we had rung for the number. We paid over £800 for 3 nights and though it a bit much we had to strip our beds.

Great property, great location.

The location of this property is excellent, everything within walking distance thoroughly enjoyed staying here and we'll be back again in June!

The beds weren't the comfiest unfortunately, a little softer would be better but difficult to get something that suits everybody. My friend will take her own pillows on our next visit.

location was perfect bright apartment, the facilities are excellent and the property is lovely, super comfortable and well maintained. lovely to have the garden area too. good communication with the property management too

Perfect apartment!

The apartment is very well kitted out, comfortable and in the perfect location for exploring St. Andrews and the surrounding area. This was a return visit because we found it to be so good the first time round. I’m happy to say we were not disappointed!

There was a light flickering in the bathroom which needed changing but this was a very small detail that is easily fixed!

We would normally stay at the Fairmont and decided a more central location suited our needs better. The location and qua

modern and spacious property in a great location. 5minutes walk to centre of town

The en-suite shower screen and timber skirting looks untidy and stained. needs some routine maintenance urgently as it can only get worse. We arrived early as planned to park up and head for lunch. We checked that the keys were in the key box only to be asked which apartment we were going to by a lady who had just checked the property was cleaned and ready for occupation. she gave us the keys as the apartment had been cleaned and was ready. This was a great result. HOWEVER we were then challenged by email about arriving early and suggestions that early check in is available at extra cost!! The email read as an aggressive challenge and was not warranted or received well!

Apartment was spotless and was self contained, had tea and coffee and beautiful toiletries. We loved it@

We paid a £70 cleaning fee but were asked to strip beds, which we thought was not good as we were on holiday. That needs to be changed as does not bode well.

It was perfect for our family getaway to St Andrew's - we will book again without hesitation.

Wonderful modern apartment, free off-street parking, great location for all local amenities - literally ticked all of the boxes.

Location, garden, excellent facilities and overall cleanliness of the apartment. Loved it and i would recommend, just need a softer bed.

Beds were really hard, affected the whole groups sleep. Blinds really didn't stop the light so very bright bedrooms when sun came up. The back bedroom nearest front door was very noisy when residents entering and leaving the building, sometimes late at night

A very lovely home from home

Beautifully furnished, absolutely spotless. Great wee touches with cleaning products available, lovely clean bedding, towels etc. Tea and coffee available, and fully equipped kitchen. Garden area is a great bonus to have, especially in good weather. Really close to main thoroughfare in a very quiet area.

it was spacious, well appointed with modern decor

the only problem we encountered, due to high winds, and no curtains in the main bedroom, there was a very strong, cold draft coming through the top of the French doors, making the bedroom cold through the night.

Nice apartment, but having to clean some of the fittings before we could use the left us unimpressed

Central location, well maintained property.

I am presuming the honesty box for the whisky was aimed at an American market. The whisky isn’t a particularly special one and £3 a nip is not value for money. The soundproofing in the flat isn’t great.

Lovely well equipped apartment.

Self catering so no breakfast. Location good,not far to shops and restaurants

Keypad difficult to open. Had to phone office to get someone to open it.

We enjoyed our stay but the owner must fix the above comments asap for the price.

Location is very good Flat is very modern and well equipped.

We are a family of 4 but were only given 3 towels and even after asking we were never given a fourth towel. There is obviously an existing problem with the boiler , asking residents to re pressure the boiler is not acceptable especially at the price. Get the boiler fixed.

Great place to stay during your golf trip in St Andrews

The apartment is very comfortable. We spent 3 nights during our golf trip and it is a great place to stay. Everything was clean and new. It is expensive, but high quality.

Fantastic spacious apartment with great garden. Has every thing could could possibly need. Decorated to a high standard

The glasses and kitchen worktops could have been cleaner Water heater wasn't switched on so we ran out of hot water as we weren't aware. Stopped me from have a relax in the bath. When I emailed about the issue, however, someone was sent out straight away to help resolve, although we had found the error by them

the property was modern and very clean plus it’s a great location with parking.

It can be a little noisey in the front bedroom, both nights we heard people coming home from nights out about 3am, the window is right at the main block front door. Everything else was fab.

Perfect St Andrews apartment for 4

The apartment was spotless and spacious, and had a fabulous sunny private garden. Comfy beds. A 5 minute walk into the town centre. Luxury Highland shower products and whiskey with an honesty box were lovely added touches.

Poor service but nice apartment

Getting in to the property was a nightmare. We arrived out of office hours. The front door key was in the keysafe but was broken. There was no response from the emergency number we had been given. If a kind neighbour had not let us in we would have been stranded.

Spacious, well equipped property in great location

Spacious rooms and outdoor terrace. Parking also a bonus.

There wasn’t anything we disliked. Only thing stopping us giving this a 10 was terrace could perhaps be weeded & cleaned a bit.
