Perfect location in a fabulous flat.

Location was excellent. Flat was spacious and comfortable. View was amazing. There were numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Windows needed cleaned and outside at front of flat needed cleared.

Fabulous location. Nicely decorated.

Great location. Nicely decorated. There is free parking.

Not enough stuff in the bathroom - missing a rubbish bin, something to hang towels, a glass/cup for toothbrush. Otherwise very nice.

Great stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Overall the apartment is beautiful, fantastic views, all the amenities you could need and very relaxing. It's also in a perfect location for exploring st andrews. The bathrooms are beautiful and the bath tub made the stay feel luxurious. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a handy manual to let you know how everything works.

The bed needs upgrading. For the price of the property, and the quality of the rest of the property, I would expect a comfortable mattress with top quality bedding. Unfortunately the mattress is lumpy and worn. The bedding was not of a high quality and the pillows need changing too.

Great location and great apartment for 2 couples or 4 single beds! Loved being able to walk!!

Convenience and location. The space and bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. Would recommend this to anyone.

Unfortunately they were redoing the road right in front but with The Open coming we get it. Just would have been nice to know. So hauling luggage was kind of a pain. But we endured.

Perfect place to stay for a golfing break.

Ideal location. Free on street parking outside. Perfect for walking to restaurants/local amenities.

Perhaps some mattress protectors on the beds.

Great apartment with a great location with adjacent public parking .

The apartment was very nice and decorated to a very high standard . The bathrooms were excellent .Lovely view and excellent location. Well equipped .

The parking is actually just public parking across the roadway , so its "no space - no park" , St Andrews is busy so we frequently had no parking - as the description features parking , i think thats misleading. The apartment is excellent , however the entrance hallway and stairs is at a much lower standard. The apartment number was not on the door , so we rang to find out which one it was .

The accommodation was really good. Great location and views. Lovely big lounge.

We could have done with better instructions for the hob and oven. They were not in the folder.

Perfect Spot

Location is perfect, fantastic views, spacious. I think the owners have taken on board previous comments because the main bedroom and bathroom have had a wonderful makeover, particularly the bathroom which is fabulous. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t close the blinds in the main bedroom. I think a cord was missing. This should be easy to fix and it seems a shame cos the room is lovely. At least we got up early and had the beach to ourselves.

Great location and views. Property getting really tired and in need of updating and new furniture

Location is excellent and the view is just stunning

Property is getting really tired and the furniture is really getting very shabby. Drawers in the main bedroom falling to bits and the grout and sealant in the shower is getting really grubby. Great location but really needs a good bit of refreshing. Clean enough, but just getting really shabby.
