This second (top) floor luxurious, open and spacious beach-rustic Santa Monica loft is cool, cozy and well appointed. With 17 foot high ceilings at living area, wood floors throughout, modern furnishings, mosaic art mixed with rustic and beach design, and endless light, this unique home will truly make your vacation memorable.
Newly installed mini split zoned Air conditioning/heat in entire unit. Santa Monica is known for its mild temperatures due to being near the ocean. The unit also receives wonderful cross ventilation when windows and screen door in loft are open.
On the first level, the property features two bedrooms (one on suite master), two full baths, kitchen, dining area, living area and laundry (washer & dryer). Dream sweet dreams on the queen pillow top mattresses wrapped in high thread-count sheets and cozy, high quality duvets and pillows. A full closet, dresser and bedside table accompany each of the bedrooms. Bathrooms are equipped with high quality cotton towels and shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you ll need to be your own chef. Enjoy your home-cooked meal or take-away from any of the many diverse and prestigious local restaurants seated at the cozy dining room which seats 6. The open-concept living room features a super comfortable large couch, a new 55" Samsung flat screen TV with basic channels.
The second level features a separate loft/lounge overlooking the living space with a day bed set up for extra sleeping. The loft leads to your own expansive private roof-deck where you can lounge while enjoying our amazing weather and SM breezes.
Included in the home are high speed Wifi.
We have an iron, ironing board, and clothes drying rack upon request. Baby items such as a pack n play and high chair can be provided.
PARKING: You'll have one dedicated parking space in the underground secure parking garage. I may be able to accommodate two cars in the garage but this is not guaranteed so please ask if this is desired upon booking. There is a parking pass in unit to park another car on street 24/7 in front of building, however please read street signs to avoid parking tickets on street cleaning days. Parking is very easy on street and there is always plenty or space anytime of day.

You'll be close to all the Santa Monica attractions with easy access to the 10 and 405 freeways. The property is 10 blocks from the beach and a straight shot down to the famous Shutters and Casa Del Mar hotels. It s a 15 minute walk to Santa Monica s Main Street, Promenade, Beach, Pier and Downtown Santa Monica. 1.4 miles to Montana Avenue, 2.5 miles to Venice Boardwalk, 3.9 miles to Marina del Rey, 7 miles to The Getty Museum, 7 miles to Beverly Hills, 12 miles to Hollywood, 16 miles to Universal Studios, and 42 miles to Disneyland.

This was a great sabbatical stay! Amanda was wonderful to deal with, before, during and after our stay, she would answer quickly and fix whatever it was we might need (although there was not much we needed as the place had what we needed). Amanda really made us feel welcome and the place felt like home. The place looked like the pictures. The location was great, our children, 6th and 9th grade went to the the middle school and high school, it was an easy walk for both of them. You can easily live there without a car as the bus and metro are close by and we bought used bikes to get around and to go to the store and the beach. The beach was really close which was nice. We're going to miss living there!

The apartment is on the second floor, up a set of fairly steep steps, in a small multi-unit building. It is exactly as seen in the video and in the written description so there are no surprises there. The kitchen is a bit out-dated but is fairly well equipped. When a couple minor issues arose, the host, Amanda, was exceedingly responsive and helpful. All in all, this is a great apartment in a very convenient location within a couple blocks of the I-10 and walking distance to downtown Santa Monica.

It was a perfect location. Host was great, easy process to enter VRBO, communication was great and very accommodating. Amazing space. Safe area. Would highly recommend.

We felt so taken care of during our stay at Amanda's property. She goes above and beyond to make sure every little detail is taken care of. Great kitchen tools, bedding, towels, toiletries, cleaning supplies...everything we needed was there. The unit has an amazing cross breeze! We loved sitting on the roof deck and getting sun. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo was in impeccable condition and extremely clean. The open floor plan was just what we needed. The location was excellent with close proximity to Santa Monica Pier and 3rd Street Promenade as well as easy access to the freeway. It is tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable and inviting. Amanda was very responsive during our stay of just over a month. She was happy to suggest places to eat and kid friendly activities. We will definitely plan to stay again next time we travel to Santa Monica!
