About this house rental
Come and enjoy our peaceful lakefront home away from home. We have enjoyed trying to furnish our home with luxurious items for your comfort & enjoyment and have tried to think of every possible thing you would need to have the most relaxing vacation of your life.
Our home is perfect for enjoying peace and quiet, located near the end of a dead end street. We have ample off street parking including a 2 car attached garage and RV/boat trailer parking.
The main living/dining area is very spacious with vaulted ceilings & sliding glass doors to overlook the lake. A 50'' flat screen with HD, satellite, & DVD player are provided. We also have a DVD library for your enjoyment. We have a brand new reclining, leather sofa & love-seat plus an over-sized rocker for comfortable seating. The combined dining area has seating for 6.
The kitchen is very spacious & fully stocked if you wish to prepare your own meals. Kitchen towels & starter paper towels are provided for your use. We have a bar with 3 bar stools & also an eat in kitchen table with seating for 5.
There are 3 bedrooms on the main level with 2 full baths. The 2 guest bedrooms are situated on the opposite end of the house from the master for privacy. The guest bedrooms each have brand new queen pillow top mattresses with 600TC sheets and flat screen TVs with Direct TV.
The master has a king bed with brand new pillow top mattress, 600TC luxury sheets, full bath with soaker tub & separate shower & a walk in closet. The master has sliding glass doors leading out to the large upper deck & allows you to wake up to the beauty of the lake each morning. There is a 42'' LED TV with Direct TV as well.
The lower level living area has comfortable couches with seating for 5. Curl up on a cold winter night in front of our gas fireplace with a good book from our library. There are also sliding glass doors leading out to the lower covered patio & they allow for perfect water views. There is a 50'' flat screen with Direct TV, DVD player and board games to keep the whole family occupied on a rainy day.
Adjacent to the living area is a game room with pool table & bar area. We have bar essentials provided so all you have to do is bring your own drinks.
A very large 4th bedroom is located downstairs with a queen bed with brand new pillow top mattress & twin bunk beds. Luxury linens are again provided & this room has amazing lake views with sliding glass doors leading out to the lower patio with hot tub. There is a 50'' flat screen with Direct TV provided.
Down the hall is an office in case you must bring your work with you & high speed wireless internet is throughout the house so you can stay connected. There is also a full bath downstairs with washer & dryer for your convenience. We have also added a full size air hockey table.
Outdoors we have just as much to offer! Relax in our 6 person hot tub with radio, led lights & waterfall. We have ample tables & seating on the new upper deck with trex decking & lower patio. We have a gas grill for those family cookouts or you may want to roast marshmallows by the water at the fire pit area
(seasonal).
Bring your own boat or jet ski or rent from one of our area marinas & launch it just 2 lots down at our private community boat ramp. We have a covered dock with electric & bar stools for seating. Bask in the sun on the sun deck or jump in for a swim! We are located in a very quiet cove that has almost no traffic. Feel free to take our paddle boat out for a venture in the cove as well. Some life jackets & swim toys/floats are provided.
We hope that you will enjoy all the amenities that our home has to offer but if you need to venture out we are only 8 miles (15 min) to Mooresville with a vast array of shopping, restaurants, & activities for the whole family. This house was set up with you in mind & it's our hope that many wonderful memories will be made with your family & friends on the water!

Overall the house was very good. Kitchen could be better stocked. There was plenty of silverware, plates and glasses, but pots and pans were lacking. Had a mi or problem with lower level AC, but was repaired within 24 hours.

Our family went for a relaxing long weekend trip. The pictures don't do this property justice. We really enjoyed the game room and the gazebo by the dock. The fish were biting which made for an even better time. The house had everything we needed and more.The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions. We

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at this property! Always a great experience, great communication and always clean. The house is near great places to eat and convenient shopping for all needs. We rent a boat from Salt Shakers and can pull the boat right up to the dock. We will be back.

We have stayed at several lake homes; this one was exactly as pictured and listed. We loved the layout and location. The house was clean and worked well for the 7 of us. Kids enjoyed the basement and the adults enjoyed the upstairs. We rented a boat, which was a great access for the home to get anywhere we needed. Would 100% rent again, thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home,

We chose this property because one member of our party is handicapped and the home entrance had no stairs. Additionally, the main living and bedrooms were all on one level. This was great for someone with mobility issues. The basement play space for the kids was great. Fishing and swimming off the dock was so much fun. We rented a pontoon boat that we could keep at the house’s dock. We grilled every night on the deck. We even got dressed up and took family photos with the lake as a backdrop. Amber was great to work with and easy to reach at any time. I would absolutely have another family reunion here!

Our mom is 85 and on hospice care and her kids/grandkids met halfway with her for a couple day visit. She was able to sit on the top deck and watch everyone fish and kayak. We made great memories with her. The house was very nice and accomadated us perfectly. We are grateful for this special time together. The top level is very handicap friendly.

We love this lake house. This is our second time renting. It has plenty of space. It’s a beautiful view! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Beds are very comfortable. It’s close to the grocery store, gas station, docks to rent boats and restaurants. It’s so peaceful to sit on the deck.

This was just right for our family. The surrounding community seems fairly new and quiet. I would imagine that the new construction will. Ring in more people, business, etc. There's a Publix less than 5 minutes away. There's plenty of spaces and activities at the house. Host was supper accommodating and responds quickly. I really hate that it rained all weekend so we did not get to enjoy the outdoor activities. The only suggestions would be to refresh the outdated pantry items, throw away the old or broken toys, and add some outlet covers. Definitely not a deal breaker but it could be a safety issue in the future. Thanks again!

This is a wonderful property! The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our group! The game rooms and multiple TVs made for many happy family members. My nephew caught 3 bass the day we arrived. In fact, all of us enjoyed time on the dock. I would highly recommend this property and it's owners! I wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

This place was absolutely perfect. My siblings and I gathered here with our kids and mother. It was very accommodating, big enough for us and our kids to comfortably be with each other without being on top of each other. The only problem was the WiFi wasn’t they great but we were spending time with each other and barely noticed. We definitely will be renting here again when it’s warm.

Love the area, stayed in this area 2yrs ago. Home was clean. Convenient to grocery and restaurants. Property sits on a quiet cove. We brought our two jet skis. Short access to the lake. Next door neighbor was friendly/helpful. He gave us a heads up of potential harassment from neighbor two houses down beside the community boat launch. She did harass when we launched the skis but that was the last we saw of her. Convenience of the launch was a deciding factor for this property. We would stay again.

We very much enjoyed the location with easy lake access, comfortable dock with room for 6+ chairs, boat slip and outdoor amenities. Did note safety issue with dock having electrical outlet that didn’t have a cover. Kitchen was amply supplied with pots/pans and utensils. Game rooms with pool table and air hockey were great and laundry facilities were very nice. The one drawback to this house is it’s bathrooms, with only one of the three having adequate water pressure and the basement bathroom was damp, tub didn’t drain well and numerous spiders were present.

From the start of the rental process, I have been extremely happy and would recommend this rental as a "must have"! The host, Amber, was very responsive to any questions I had before and during our stay. The room descriptions were right on. The place was very clean and well cared for. The pool table, air hockey and hot tub were just lovely extras. We enjoyed the quietness of the cove yet we were very close to whatever we may have needed; Publix, restaurants etc. This would be a great weekly rental for a family looking for lake time/family time/relaxation time. LOVED IT!!

This property was great liked everything about the house.
Downstairs was great for our teen boys. Bedrooms were really nice. Kitchen was stocked well. I would highly recommend. Boat launch right down from the home made it so easy getting boat in. Owners were kind and accomodating.

We had a great time and the property was exactly as described. The owner was always available and responded to any correspondence we sent, whether it was before we arrived, during our stay or after we checked out.
The area was very quiet - no loud neighbors or boat traffic.
The entire house was clean. However, all of the bathrooms could use some TLC.
All in all, a very nice house, great location and terrific owners.
