About this house rental

4 spacious bedrooms all with large beds for your comfort, 2 baths, fully stocked kitchen. TV's for watching the game. This home is 1875 square feet. Book confidently as we less than a mile away and have multiple options for additional services from our full time staff: Uber, food delivery from multiple restaurants, immediate help from staff with questions and suggestions if needed at anytime via secure communications. Feel free to ask questions.

House Rules

• Maximum occupancy of the home is 8 for overnight guests. Must be registered as guests when booking or upon arrival.
• NO PARTIES- Neighborhood quiet time is 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM and is enforced by law enforcement if complaints are made by neighbors. If law enforcement is called to the home, there will be a fine of $500 per occurrence.
• IMPORTANT: Parking is limited to the drive way of the home, and directly in front of the home on the street between our driveway and the red mark on the curb before the neighbor’s driveway. Vehicles should be limited to a maximum of 4 at the home. Park only in the direction of the traffic if you have to park in front of the home. Do not park in front of any of the neighbor’s homes or in front of the fire hydrant as it could result in fines or a ticket.
• No smoking in the home. If smoking outdoors, please dispose of completely extinguished cigarette butts in a bucket available on the back porch or in the outdoor trash can in front. If smoking occurs in the home, there will be an additional $200 cleaning fee.
• No burning candles

This property was perfect for our family to stay in during TAMU move in. Very convenient to easy to get to TAMU. The property was clean and lots of space for our family to relax after moving in. Highly recommend staying here.

Great communication with Amy/Hans. The place was nice, clean with space to spread out. As advertised - lots of positives and would definately rent again. FWI notes: Master room bed is very high (uses a step stool); not an good option for disabled/elderly people. There are other bedrooms that are handicap accessible. Livingroom TV has very basic channels; would be nice to have cable tv in common area (not that the tv is a make it or break it deal - bring your own streaming device for options.) Master bedroom does have a Smart TV. All in all, it is a great rental in a great location. Thanks Amy and Hans!

I must say this is the first VRBO of many that we have rented where you did not need to rush out to purchase extra garbage bags, dish soap etc. but the main surprise was the spices and oils and coffee filters the first night. The house had AC which I did not see when renting but was ever so happy when we arrived. There was plenty of room the only thing I would suggest would be more outside seating and better tv reception but I can understand with it being a rental. All in all we would stay again, thank you.

We needed a house for the weekend, as we had a family wedding to attend. The house has a great set up for families and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had no issues. The house was clean and well stocked. If I was to nitpick, I’d say the home could use some updating. It’s very early 2000s and has some slight wear and tear. But it really didn’t matter for a short trip. I would definitely stay here again for my next family trip to College Station.

We stayed here this past weekend for a family wedding and a football game. This house was clean, The beds were very comfortable, great sheets, and it had everything we needed for the weekend. The owners were quick to respond and accommodating. It was very convenient to Texas A&M/Kyle Field and the Moore Ranch wedding venue. We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean and just as advertised. Notes: (Not bad just informative) 1. For grill, bring charcoal, cleaning tools 2. Master bed is VERY high. Not suitable for ederly or disabled. 3. TVs very limited, bring casting device or your own streaming device.

Great alternative to hotels

Great alternative to hotels

We stayed at this lovely house for a week this summer and it was a perfect alternative to living in a hotel for a week! The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the hosts were extremely responsive to questions. We had to drive to the Texas A&M campus every morning, and it was a short, easy 12-13 minute drive from the house to the MSC area. There is a TON of shopping and restaurant options right around this neighborhood. I highly recommend it! One side note: the master bed is very comfortable, but sits pretty high up. If you have any type of limited mobility, getting in and out of this bed might be difficult. The hosts do provide a step stool to assist. All the other beds are normal height. Still recommend for any family stay!

We had to buy some general supplies that should be kept at the house for guests. The refrigerator never truly kept our food cold. It was cool, but not cold enough to keep butter solid. I messaged owners, but never got anything fixed. Overall, the house is nice.

Excellent home away from home with all the comforts and space! Wonderful pillows, linens and beds made the stay even more relaxing. It was a very quick trip so we didn't have time to take advantage of the spacious backyard. Great communication with the property managers as well. And quiet neighborhood and so close to everything. We'll look forward to coming back again soon!

Hans and Amy were amazing with communication anything I needed they were prompt with responses. The house was beautiful and spacious for 2 adult and 2 kids with a adequate size backyard for them to release their energy. Good location, close to stores and restaurants. Next time I'm visiting family in College Station, i will rent Hans and Amy's cozy home if it is available... 😁

As parents of the bride, we had a long, busy weekend. House was roomy enough to have several family & friends come & go. Easy to sleep well & relax in quiet, established neighborhood. Highly recommend! Owners exceptionally attentive, & courteous, respond quickly to emails/texts. Will stay here again!

We enjoyed our evacuation “vacation” in this house. You are centrally located to fast food, restaurants, wal mart and our favorite, Bahama Bucs sno cones! House managers were easy to communicate with, friendly and helpful. We would most definitely stay here again.

Well equipped kitchen, excellent appliances/laundry, modern/simple temperature controls. Convenient location in a good safe neighborhood. Close to shopping and lots of things to do for all ages. Nice fenced backyard for kids. I’d recommend Aggie Land Safari (all ages) and Little Land Play Gym (ages 1-5) if you are traveling with children. Several parks near by. The VRBO owners are great and respond immediately if you have any questions. Will definitely stay here again.

This property is lovely and comfortable. The owners are gracious and wonderful to work with. We did have one issue. It was our son's graduation and we hosted a gathering with his friends the night before he graduated. We wanted to meet his friends and he wanted a chance to see everyone before all went their separate ways. This was a gathering with no music and no one hanging outside, The immediate neighbor, however, wanted no one to park in front of his house. My husband diligently patroled and made sure that no one parked there and if they did, he moved their car. The neighbor stayed angry nonetheless. If there had been cones available, we would have put them out. When I use this place again, we have a freshman as well, that is what I will do. I will bring cones to keep him happy. I was made to understand, from a neighbor, that the HOA does not allow rentals, have no clue if this is true, so there is a chance he cannot be made happy! :-(
