Location in Northgate. New front staff was great. She just came over from Marriott. Good hire!
Ran out of coffee. Food attendant did not have a sense of urgency to help get it replaced.

Location and the front desk manager was fantastic.
Rooms were musty, smelly, and dirty. We had to leave due to a severe allergic reaction to the room.

The rooms are great they have a refrigerator all the plates and silverware very clean will put together
I hate the bathroom door I understand you need one but the thing is so big it always is in the way also the breakfast ended at 9:00 I thought it was a little early I thought 9:30 would be more appropriate they also started charging for dogs they never charged me in the past now they want to charge so I had to leave my dog in the hospital an extra night we came there to Texas a&m for him to get a pacemaker

Missed it, fished 0900 and we only made it down 0915 and all packed away.
Unavailable breakfast, finished too early.

The location was good. 3 minutes from our destination.
The breakfast was minimal. Oatmeal, cereal or cold eggs.
The facilities were terrible. The worst I've stayed at. The desk clerk had to come open my door because she forgot to tell me to pull the handle up instead of pushing down, like a normal door. The floors were sticky, stained and just gross. The couch was stained and worn and literally coming a part. My co-worker said her room was just as bad and wasn't even comfortable taking a shower because of the mold on the walls. While checking out, the clerk was unfriendly, barely looked up from her phone. Another guest was checking out and trying to tell her about their accommodations with nasty floors and tattered and torn couch, etc.

Amenities and layout of suite
Location
Shower stall and showerhead
Lots of pillows
Couch and ottoman
Air quality - too much air freshener. (Air purifier would have been better.) Had to wear a mask all night because of allergies.
Shower door at inside bottom was dirty
Towels were rough
Fridge door opened the wrong way.
Kitchen provided everything we could possibly need.

The rooms were clean and spacious.
For the price point the breakfast offered was a huge disappointment. Very few offerings for those with dietary restrictions and there were no freshly cooked offerings.

Breakfast was good but it close at 9:00 am during weekdays and weekends at 9:30 which is very early and not have much options for vegan and vegetarian. Room size was good, kitchen is good, bathroom is good. Gym room attached with laundry room is smelling and not that right environment. The price paid was not worth I felt since I went last year in the month of June for two weeks in other hotel it was almost half of the price with very good breakfast and options to get water or milk incase I needed anytime. Staff was very welcoming there very specious and open place. Nice kitchen, bathroom and room. Front desk lady in the morning while I was checking out she is the best. The one at font desk the day I was checked in was not that great.
At night time while sleeping realize that our bed all pillows, bed sheets and quilt were very dirty when I tried to call front desk the room phone was not working then I have to call from my cell phone and then have to go down carrying all dirty bed sheets, quilt and pillow at the front desk and front desk lady said she doesn’t have much things with her and she gave again bits and pieces not matching well no good quilt or fitted sheet or flat sheet. Also she said we have to carry back the dirty quilt and things she doesn’t have space to keep it anywhere. We felt really bad the way it treated and things were not available what we were supposed to get by default.

I like the location. The breakfast had a decent variety of items.
The staff upon arrival was not was not very friendly and did not communicate well. The the hotel air was turned off in the hallways and an elevator so it was quite warm and smelled. There were water damage issues in the bathroom and mold and mildew in the shower.

Great location for Texas A&M. Spacious room with good amenities. Free parking. Internet was OK.
Breakfast was ridiculous. They run out of almost everything so quickly by 8.30am that I did not manage to have breakfast on any of my four mornings.

The breakfast was not very robust. They were out of coffee and not able to refill it in time before I left. I headed up to the room to brew some before heading out. There was mold in my shower and hair in my bed. The sheets were rough and had much pilling. They needed to be replaced. The door to the bathroom blocked the shower and the toilet so the door had to be closed to access these. The morning staff was super friendly though.

Very comfortable, the room amenities were great. Pillows and bed were very surprisingly comfortable. Centralized location to TAMU vet hospital. They might of been short on staffing the trash was overflowing in the breakfast, sitting areas in the lobby and at the entrance trash as well. You could tell they have maintained the property very well. Just needed that daily cleaning to be maintained.
The breakfast was ok, we stayed thru the middle of the week. I think the person in charge must of been on their days off because the breads were not freshly kept and filled. The coffee was Luke warm. They could of added a few more things to make it just a little more enticing, maybe fresh pastries. Cleaning around the breakfast area needed to be maintained throughout breakfast times.

Breakfast was good. The room was spacious.
The pool was closed and wouldn’t let us cancel are booking, kids were upset there was no pool. The tv in the room did not work had to send someone up to fix it. The lady doing the breakfast was very rude
