Close to everything! Social hour!!

Bait and Switch

I stayed there with my son, my friend and her son for 2 weeks. I was at the front desk often, but they waited until the day before my last night there to tell me there was a charge of $5 per night per person for more than 2 people in a suite with a king size bed and a queen size sofa bed. No where in their paperwork does it list this specific fee, only place it exists is on a sticker on their computer monitor, and not even where a guest can see it. I am living in hotels at the moment, and really couldn't afford to drop $140 additional that I hadn't budgeted for, but can't be without shelter at night so it got paid. Also, on the last night that we were there, we were moved to a room that was not what I had booked for $99 for that night, but again, I couldn't argue it, can't be homeless with my son and pets. It was a great experience right up into that moment

the service is very good and facility is also very good. This hotel has a courtyard inside so it is very safe. It also provide a Gym room, I like it. The housekeeping is good, didn't take tips. This hotel make me feel very warm and sweet, like a big family.

The only issue is, it doesn't have an elevator

The breakfast was so limited. It was nothing like hotels. The location was good. The suite didn’t have any toothpaste and when we asked for one, they brought an expired one. I think the rating on booking was so high for this quality.

Worse experience ever!

Nothing staff is very rude! Caution when trying to get some help.

Everything, room was messy. Room had leftover rappers in the back of bed. Looked like it wasn't wiped clean.

Depends on what you want

The checkin was wonderful. The location was perfect and the stay was quiet. Also, the shower was great.

The walls were filthy, furniture old and damaged, tvs are small, mosquitos were terrible in the room (worse than outside, place smelled old and musty, beds were terrible, and pillows were like foam from what they make vehicle seats.

Not idea of a good place to stay.

Broken hideaway bed, T.V. remotes didn't work,some of the guest were of questionable character, the room was not well keep and was dirty.

was a little unsure driving up but inside was lovely. staff was very welcoming.

I felt at home.

it was very quiet. clean it didn’t smell people were very nice. close to all the stores & school . it also had a kitchen & it had everything for it. pot & flatware . my kids loved it

We checked in at 9:30 Friday for a 2 day stay and checked out as soon as the office opened Saturday at 6 am. they refuse

nothing.

mold in the kitchenette, the floors were sticky in the bathroom and kitchen. the head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed. the office staff kept calling while we were at dinner. apparently you have to check in before 10 pm, not midnight, as stated on your website.
