This second-floor condo provides you with the comforts of home with two championship golf courses, a beautiful swimming beach and a first-class resort just a short walk away. Located in Kuilima Estates West, neighboring the luxurious Turtle Bay Resort, the condo overlooks the 3rd fairway of the George Fazio Championship golf course with stunning mountain views beyond.

The condo has recently been remodeled with new carpet, tile flooring, kitchen appliances, countertops, shower/tub, paint, furniture and Hawaiian décor. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed for an especially comfortable night’s sleep and the screened-in lanai provides extended living room space to enjoy the beautiful outdoors without the critters. This unit also provides you with wireless internet, cable TV, DVD, telephone with unlimited long distance, washer and dryer, and a brand new Lazy-Boy sleeper-sofa in the living room. There is also a pack-n-play crib for a little one to sleep in. The refreshing Hawaiian trade winds flow though this second floor unit regularly, and if you’d prefer it even cooler, there is air conditioning in the master bedroom.

The condo complex has three recently renovated swimming pools, tennis courts, and barbeque cabana areas for your enjoyment. Casual and fine dining, cocktails, and spa services are just steps away at the beautiful Turtle Bay Resort. There are also miles of scenic walking, biking and horseback riding trails, and a perfect swimming beach.

A short 20-minute drive brings you to the historic North Shore town of Haleiwa with excellent shopping and dining choices, and don’t forget shaved ice from Matsumoto! On the way you can enjoy many of the North Shore’s beautiful, world-famous beaches such as Waimea Bay and Sunset beach. The Polynesian Cultural Center and the stunning Waimea Falls Park are each just a quick 15-minute ride.

You can also enjoy snorkeling or SCUBA diving at Shark’s Cove, only 10 minutes from the condo. And for all you surfing enthusiasts, the Vans Triple Crown professional surfing event is held on multiple North Shore beach breaks just 15 minutes away from the condo during the months of November and December.

Clean and comfortable condo. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. We enjoyed the pool just outside of the condo, and the many beaches a short walk or drive away. Not a ton of shopping nearby but several yummy food trucks a few minute drive away. We appreciated that the condo is equipped with a few pool noodles, beach chairs, and 6 beach towels.

The property was beautiful, the rooms clean and comfortable. We appreciated the beach toys and towels for our stay. The boys loved playing tennis every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Owner has great communication and getting to and into the property was easy. Beds were comfortable. Only trouble was my 6’3” husband bumped his head on the ceiling upstairs due to the vaulted ceilings.

The location was perfect, the complex is quiet and beautiful, the unit was perfect for 4 adults and a child. We had plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and everything was extremely clean, and I’m really picky about that. The manager was informative, friendly and responsive. The only bad thing was that we had to leave…😢 We will definitely be planning another trip to the North Shore and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else.

The unit had everything we needed! Clean, comfortable, lots of fans everywhere to cool off rooms, and AC in master bedroom was key. We had one hiccup with TV but the property mgr texted immediately to help us. Very nice place and so close to Turtle Bay Hotel.

The condo was accurately described in the listing. We really liked the screened in porch. It was a little tricky to figure out how to keep the upstairs cool, but there were plenty of fans. We set up the pack and play in the master closet. It was a little further walk to turtle bay than we were expecting, but no worries.

It was a nice place to stay. However I should have read the description more thoroughly. The only air conditioner was in the master bedroom. The loft was very hot at the time we stayed (even with all of the windows open).

Great Condo - we stayed with a family of 6 - worked perfectly for us. Located in the spacious Turtle Bay park, it provided all, what we needed. We loved the Lanai for enjoying Hawaiin morning and evening. Located perfectly at the North Shore to travel either eastward or westward. Great beaches close by. ENjoy Sunset cocktails at turtle bay cocktail bar. We can only recommend this place.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed including some beach gear. It was a great location for us as we planned a lot of activities on or near the North Shore. We were there in the middle of June and it was hot in the loft so my kids ran the fans all night in order to sleep. My husband and I slept great with the AC in the bedroom.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was warm in the condo during the day but at night cooled off beautifully. I preferred the couch and the fan to the air conditioning in the Master Bedroom. Beautiful grounds well maintained and a pleasant walk to the beach at the hotel. Loved the seaside restaurants! Great hosts: had no issues at all!

Our experience was just ok. First, so many reviews stated that the place was so clean. But the place was not clean- dirty baseboards, dirty showers (downstairs one had slimy stuff around the drain and a moldy shower curtain, upstairs one smells of mold/mildew), bathroom vents are filthy, and worst of all, we found bugs in the upstairs beds. They were small, skinny and black. Not bed bugs but bugs nonetheless, and we found about 6-8 per bed. Second, and many have stated this, there is only one A/C unit and it’s in the downstairs bedroom. If only it worked! It blew warm air. The upstairs loft was reallly warm at the start of the evening when going to bed, even with fans going. Third, our power went out one night and I was woken up bc I was so darn hot, and lo and behold, it’s because the fans weren’t running. I can’t imagine staying here in warmer summer temps. Fourth, we stayed a week and only had one extra roll of toilet paper provided. It would’ve been nice to have an extra roll or two so we wouldn’t have to purchase them ourselves. I didn’t bother bringing up any of these issues to management because I had a feeling nothing would be done. So I just want to make sure others are properly informed. Location-wise, it’s right next to Kuilima cove and the Turtle Bay resort so that’s nice. I think we’ll stay there next time! We did like being away from the chaos of Waikiki.

The unit backs up to an unused but somewhat maintained golf course that makes a good play area for kids. No ocean or Mountain View. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. The furniture and carpet are a bit “tired” and could use refreshing. We enjoyed the trails, beaches and 2 of the hotel restaurants that are nearby and within walking distance.

The location and unit was so beautiful. Very easy check in. The air conditioner in the master bedroom only blows hot air and the living room fan did not work. But we made due luckily there is a lot of proratable fans. I would add a pizza cutter to the unit. Overall we loved our stay. We would definitely come back.

My family had a amazing staying at the condo. Beds were super comfy! Perfect location and great amenities. Maybe could use some better cooking pans but that didn’t matter when the hostess was so nice and mailed my daughter s favorite shirt behind. She mailed to Oregon and did not charge. Just that alone speaks volumes on how kind the hostess is and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Nichole

This condo is spacious and bright! We loved opening the lanai doors to the condo and having coffee while we watched the sun rise! Very comfortable for 5 adults! We enjoyed the uniqueness of the loft and staircase. We appreciated the fans in every room. We had everything we needed including laundry soap! We all enjoyed our stay! We would book again for sure!

Beautiful condo, beautiful area. Perfect for our girls trip. The walk to turtle bay resort is short but we preferred to drive. We dined and had drinks at the beach house which I definitely recommend. It is a little pricey but worth it.

Our family of 5 stayed at this condo for 30 days the month of July. The location is perfect for beaches and food. The area is well manicured and the security staff is nice. The condo is spacious and the kitchen is clean with many utensils to cook meals. The beds are comfortable. The upstairs gets warm in the middle of the day and into evening. We had to run the fans constantly to get it cooled down. The fans are older and could use a good cleaning. Overall this was a nice place to stay with our family for 1 month while we enjoyed beautiful Hawaii.

This has been an easy process, start to finish. Older couple, slow on internet, but the host kept us informed so we didn’t have to worry about schedule, updates, reminders etc. Lanai was perfect for morning coffee. Beds superb! Laundry and dishwasher were used regularly during our stay. Clean, safe, very comfortable. No problems. Definitely recommend.

Experience overall was good and pleasant. Communication could be better. It was late when we got in and had trouble finding the place. Couldn’t get a hold of property management what so ever. Terrible service regarding that way. The place was nice once we found it. It could have more towels though.

The condo was perfect for 2 couples. The location is great for golfers. The beach at Turtle Bay is great for swimming and snorkeling. This was our 2nd stay on the North Shore because we loved it so much! You get a true sense of Oahu and all of it’s beauty. Beaches are accessible all along the coast. There are a ton of things to do and the best frozen yogurt is at Ono Yo.

The condo was clean, comfortable & stocked with plenty of supplies (kitchen, beach, etc). Location was great…with access to activities (fee) at Turtle Bay. Access to nearby towns was perfect (Haleiwa, Waimea Valley, food trucks, many beaches, Polynesian Cultural Center). Day trip (1 hour or so) to Honolulu. Would definitely stay in the North Shore & this condo again!
