Perfect for relex

Nice location right on the beach. If you are a peace lover, it is a perfect place for you. Away from city, cool, peaceful and perfect for couples.

stray dogs everywhere. rude staff.

reception staff was exceptionally rude. property is in a remote, isolated corner and tough to get to. there were stray dogs everywhere sitting on all furniture.

overall, it was nice but I only hated transport system. Goa People are literally looting visitors .

the view was beautiful, right on the Agonda beach. if you don’t have much to do and you have only planned to relax, then this property is fantastic.

it’s literally the last property in that area, so everything is far, it’s a problem of you don’t have your own vehicle . Transport is so expensive in S. Goa anyway ! it has a restaurant at the property, but it was taking a lot of time to prepare the food ,because of the lack of worker. wi-Fi was okay.

amazing stay

location we amazing and clean . everything perfect . staff were friendly. Akshay . jadeja and one more server not remember the name , we called him bunty . such a nice place . and highly recommend for the relaxing holiday

Max Rs.3000 per night - Nothing More

The fact that the property was right at the Beach was nice. The food was great and Vicky was a great guy. He made us a custom cocktail which was out of this world. The staff was overall very helpful and had a great attitude.

I initially booked the place for 5 Nights and paid Akash 15k. Once we reached the location we decided that we would only stay 3 Nights and asked Akash to adjust the amount and let us stay 3 nights for 15k, but he gave some reason that booking.com was to be contacted and that it is out of his hands. This was quite surprising since we were paying him the money directly and not booking.com - We didn't bother to have an Argument and were pretty much forced to pay a total of Rs.30,000 for 3 nights. - Another thing that I didn't appreciate was the so called Mountain View Stay. It was more like Restaurant View. - The A/C didn't work when it was required - The wifi was not at all available in the Mountain View Room

Not worth the money

It's right on the beach, but extremely isolated.

Firstly, It's very isolated. Facilities are very basic like for a room of 7k per night, you don't even get a fridge in your room. There is no phone to call kitchen or housekeeping, you have to get out even if you need a glass of water. Power is erratic, you have to be ready for moments of absolute darkness. My biggest problem was the breakfast, at the cost of a 5star room, you get the breakfast of a peasant. We had a breakfst inclusive room and they gave us a choice to have either poori sabzi Or an omelette and toast. I mean you can't have both. You can have one... For every poori after three you are charged. Absolutely pathetic. The in charge was kind to give us complimentary khichdi for our toddler... Staff is very sweet and kind. I think the problem is the management. I wasn't quite happy with the place. Last time i stayed at Mariposa beach Grove and it was far better in terms of services.

It was OK

The location & the view was good. The staff were good too. The stay was ok for a day.

Just that the room AC was fluctuating and was not being that cold. Esp during the day peak afternoon. The food was excessive salty.

A peaceful and relaxing stay with full access to the beach.

The property is at the end of the Agonda beach and next to a serene mountain. The beach facing rooms were quite big which can accommodate a family of four. Ample space available to place the extra bed. The staff is very generous and helpful.

Options for complimentary breakfast is very limited. No much food options for kids.

The location and beach is good . In the resort only good things is the location

Service is very poor, we stayed for 2 days , no cleaning staff has come , No bed sheet change, No floor cleaning. The food quality is good , but.not value for money, don't go for complementary breakfast it is pathetic , very limited option.
