Service and reception Staff were supporting and helpful

AC doesn’t work due to voltage issue. We booked 3 nights - Sea view villa and after struggling for 2 days we requested the owner to change our room as the AC during day time was not working at all! we were ready to shift to garden rooms as well. But the owner was rude enough to deny our request even when a lot of rooms on that day were vacant! For 3 days Stay, nobody came for room cleaning. Washrooms are below average in cleanliness. Also, there is no proper lighting in the place during evenings making it look dull and monotonous. There are other better resorts in the same lane and same price point, we regretted getting into this one. overall price is on the higher side when compared with facilities.

Very soothing and calm place, high recommend

Everything was perfect ans amazing ans soothing.. Just that the washroom maintainance is required.

fabulous bungalows in a fantastic location overlooking a beautiful beach

beautiful beachfront location. spacious and comfortable rooms with air conditioning

couldn’t get hot water to run for the shower (although not a huge problem given the heat outside)

I liked the location, the property is right on the beach. We had a garden view cottage under the shade of tall coconut trees, which I really liked compared to the beach facing cottages. The staff in the reception and the cleaning staff, everyone was very helpful from handling small issues to arranging cars for us. The food in the restaurant is good, the service was quick. We visited in the christmas eve and the following day, but it was very peaceful, exactly how I wanted it.

I only expected that there will be a small party on the christmas eve, but may be due to less occupancy, there were no such arrangements. There are a number of nearby restaurants though where we enjoyed the Christmas eve with live music.

EXCELLENT HOLIDAY.

Everything was lovely! The staff members are friendly, kind and very helpful. Cottages are very nice, comfortable bed, clean linen, clean bathroom, surounding area is also very tidy. It's also literally on the beach. Our stay was perfect.

Restaurant wasn't working as they didn't have a chef, bathrooms are so-so, AC doesn't cool very well.
