Great place to stay in Agonda.

Beach is only 2 min walk away. Resturant is one of the nicest & cost effective in Agonda. Lovely and welcoming staff.

Nothing really to fault. Very happy.

Good location

Expensive for what you get. Shower was very poor with very weak water pressure and no hot water most of the time. No mosquito net provided as in the pictures. The position of the room meant cooking smells from below were unpleasant when the window was open.

it’s simple but functional and clean

Bad communication with the staff, they forgot about our booking. Despite sharing flight details well in advance explaining we would reach very late at night, when we reached no one from the reception was there and the remaining staff had no clue of our booking. Even those people were about to leave, we were just lucky enough to reach on time. Had we reached 5 mins later we wouldn’t have found anyone and had nowhere to sleep.

hotel restaurant serves delicious food, the bed is comfortable, the hotel is close to the beach

smell of mold inside the cupboard I saw a cockroach in the room

Totally recommended

Totally recommended. Quick response to our queries from owner, clean rooms & bathrooms, just half a minute walk from agonda beach, hassle free check in and check out, value for money. Went with my family with senior citizens and kids and it was a very good stay experience.

Not worth the price

The location is quite good, just 1min walking to the beach in the main road, next to cute shops and cafes The distribution of the room: 2 separate little rooms with 1 double bed each, with one spatious common entrance. A big balcony Quite silent

The room was not clean when we checked-in (hairs on the floor, not clean bathroom, a lot of dust on the sofa). The bed linen also didn't feel clean. The towels smelled bad The hot water only worked once and partially The wifi and electricity kept disconnecting regularly No room service: we booked for 3 nights and nobody came to clean/change towels/bedsheets No way to lock the room if one person leaves and the other stays (whether you lock the person inside, whether you leave the access open to anyone) They only accepted cash, in a village where there is only one ATM and it is sometimes not working

Very nice cozy room with comfortable bed. The food was also very delicious at the restaurant and the service was quick.
