Recently remodeled with new appliances, quartz counter tops, new tile floors throughout, updated bathrooms and freshly painted. Living room features sleeper sofa, huge HD 2D/3D smart TV (55 inch screen). Smart tvs in both bedrooms. Master Bedroom boast ocean views with sliding glass door access to the porch. Master has a king bed and 2nd bedroom has a king bed. There are new mattresses, linens, dining & entertaining pieces.

St. Simons Island and Georgia’s Golden Isles are rich in history, relaxed charm, and natural beauty, making it the perfect spot for Georgia vacations. The King and Price resort is surrounded by countless recreational activities, historic sites, shopping, and attractions that offer something for everyone. Enjoy the day at the beach, on the water, or visiting the historic St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Christ Church, and Fort Frederica. After taking advantage of the abundance of outdoor activities, explore the Island’s numerous unique shops and art galleries.

The address is K&P North Villas (the villas with a beach at high tide), unit 281, 1300 Downing St., SSI, GA 31522.

Directions: Come onto SS Island and within a half mile, go straight on King's Way, - don't take the left fork. Travel down King's way (Ocean Blvd.) You will come to a traffic light in about three miles, which is the Village area (has the pier and trolley pickups, and shops). Continue through that green light, and go about 3 miles to the next light (a caution light), and turn right on Arnold. Then go 2 blocks, and just as you get to the K&P, go left to 'North Villas', about 75 feet. You will initially have to park outside the electronic gate there, and walk perpendicularly from the gate about 100 feet, to the elevators. You will see buggies next to the elevators, which will take you to the 2nd floor. Exit to the left, then go right and head toward the ocean side, you may hear or see the ocean, but you will soon see unit 281, and a lock box on the hand rail to the left of the entrance door. Get the pass cards and keys from the lock box. Go back to the gate. Insert a card into the slot, and go straight ahead to the unloading zone and park in that covered area there. When unloaded, back out, turn left, and go straight ahead to the end, and you will see 281. You can park in that covered area or in any area that does not have a unit number on it.

Also, there is a beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach wagon , and ice chest etc., in the hall closet that you are welcome to.

My mom and I travel to SSI every year for vacation and love staying at the King and Prince - just not in their condos. It's hard to find a privately owned condo that also gives access to the main pool, but this one has it all! The condo has been beautifully renovated, bathrooms included, and is so comfortable and sooo clean! We couldn't have been happier with the whole experience!!! Laura is great to work with, too. Everything is well-explained, and she really cares about her guests. We will definitely be regulars!!!

Our stay on SSI was absolutely dreamy. The most spectacular thing about our condo was its million dollar view of the large beach and majestic ocean. We were there for one full month and will always treasure our long wonderful walks on that beautiful beach. The condo was outfitted well and its proximity to the center of town made it easy to get around. We did loads of sightseeing and feel we really got to know the Island with all its beauty and history. The owners were available to answer any questions we had. An extra special feature is it his connected to the King and Prince resort and we were able to appreciate all it’s amenities. LOVED EVERYTHING!

Staying at this oceanfront villa was such a pleasure! The location was ideal -- so close to the beach, restaurants, & shopping. It was spacious, clean, quiet, everything worked, and no bugs. The owners were responsive and pleasant to work with. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had an amazing trip! We loved the beach Villa the view is priceless! Super short walk to the beach for little ones ❤️ my girls loved the kiddie pool with the slide. The owners were amazing and very easy to contact if need be! We will for sure be back!

We loved this condo! With young children, we split time between the beach and condo pool, which were both just a stone's throw away. The condo itself was very clean and well-appointed, and the property manager/owner was a pleasure to work with. We will recommend this property to our family and friends!

We stayed here as a family with little kids and loved not having to leave the property at all. Great condo and views, nice pools, easy access to beach and restaurants on site. The condo itself was clean and as advertised. We would stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay for our visit to the area. It was in a great location, perfect for getting anywhere on the island and off the island. The view from the balcony was wonderful, the sound of the waves, the kitchen was well stocked, the living area comfortable, and the bedrooms very cosy and comfortable. The check in process was very easy and the hosts wonderful and communicative. There was more than enough to do for at least a week - sunset walks on the beach, walks to town, bike rides on the beach and around the island, visits to Brunswick and Jekyll island, the home front and Harrington school museums, and the list goes on. Just a really wonderful place to stay in a really wonderful place to vacation.

Best place to stay in St. Simons!!! We stayed in this condo Thanksgiving week and can not rave about it enough! As soon as you walk in and see the view of the ocean, you immediately are thankful to be there. It was so relaxing to listen to the waves and enjoy nature right from the room. Although the weather wasn’t ideal, it didn’t even matter because the condo was so close. The condo is updated and the beds are very cozy. I don’t know if it was the beach or what, but I haven’t slept that great in months! The instructions from the owners were very thorough and they were very communicative. And you can’t beat having the King and Prince amenities included. We just love St simons and all that it has to offer for every age: the lighthouse, playground at the Pier, putt- putt, shopping, eating, riding horses on sea island. We didn’t even have to go to the beach to have fun! But we will definitely be back to stay here during the summer to enjoy that as well! You will not regret this trip!

We loved this beautiful condo. It is completely updated with everything you need. The location is right on the beach with a large balcony. We had excellent communication with the owner with directions that take you directly to the property. The location was excellent with lots to do a short walk/drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

We have been coming to the King and Prince for 30 years and this may be one of my favorite condos we have ever stayed in! You can’t beat the wonderful views and the remodeled bathrooms were a lovely touch. The host’s instructions were helpful and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We can’t wait to stay again soon. We wanted a relaxing beach vacation, and this property was perfect! View of the beach from the balcony, a 1 minute walk to the sand, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and a wagon to get it all there all in the front closet. We were on the sand multiple times during the day with lovely breaks (to cool off!) in the condo. A few lovely restaurants a very short walk away (The Cottage on the K&P property has coffees, ice cream, etc, too, plus the poolside food stand & Echo). Can walk to town - but it was steamy during our stay, so we were pleased to find parking easily available. Definitely check out Jekyll Island while you are at SSI - Driftwood Beach is amazing to see. Wouldn't hesitate to go again!

Pictures don’t do the view justice! The porch gives you a 180 degree view of the beach. Furniture and decor were great - very comfortable! Within a mile of the village - easy bike ride for breakfast at Palmer’s and quick pier/playground visit with the kiddos. Hosts were very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

We especially loved the little terrace towards the beach and ocean. Nice place to have cocktail in the evening. The apartment was also very comfortable and nicely furnished. The price of the rental was quite the limit compared to the size of the apartment. But it is a nice, quiet and safe surrounding and we loved staying there and would always return.

We come to St Simon and always stay @ a property @ The King & Prince. The North Villas are our favorite and this one didn’t disappoint! The calm views of the beach and ocean have an immediate effect on our senses and allow us to “melt in “ immediately~ We were grateful for the beach chairs, and there were other beach toys if someone had younger kids a few extra laundry pods were greatly appreciated as well! The floors were perfect and decor was beach chic. Would surely stay @ this property in the future! Thanks so much! Loved our stay -

Having stayed in VRBOs many times, the photos can sometimes inaccurately depict the quality of the property. Not here. The views outside and the quality of the interior furnishings for the property are incredible just as represented by the photos. My family was here for a destination wedding and we rented many units. This was absolutely the best and we will certainly return again.

Overall a great experience in this oceanfront beach villa. Amazing view with all the sights and sounds you’d want from this location. A couple of small mechanical issues though these did not detract from our enjoyment of the property. Inclusion of K & P amenities were appreciated.
