We love the view of the bay from every window and the closeness to everything. The house is fully furnished and comfortably suits are needs. It’s the first time we’ve stayed here and we hope to come back again in the future.

Pet friendly home in great location. Has a few issues but I am sure they will be resolved. Would consider staying again if I needed to have the space for several people.

We love the location of this home - easy access to a wonderful bike path, the aquarium, etc. Our second year here and we had a great time.

This was a wonderful location for our family with lots of activities available close at hand, some within walking distance. The inside space was just right and the view was beautiful!
The kitchen was well equipped with a few exceptions. We didn’t find a long handled spatula or tongs for the grill. There was nothing to scrub out pots and pans with. There were no working smoke detectors. The conifer trees on the ocean side need attention.
Hope this is helpful. We would come again.

Enjoyed the location and view of the bay, bridge, boats and people clam digging. Sleeping arrangements were good for the whole family. Some maintenance issues needed attention but they did not cloud our enjoyment of the weekend.

House was clean and had all the necessities needed. Amazing view of bay and bridge. Short walk to walking trails and Marine science center. We absolutely loved it here and will definitely come back. Perfect for our family of 7 and pup. Only thing that needs improvement is some of the beds were a little uncomfortable. But other than that it was great.

Beautiful home. Amazing view, great location. Definitely will be coming back.

We love this location. The view is amazing and it is just a short walk to the brewery. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group. We will be back!

Loved looking at the beautiful Yaquina Bridge. There were seals playing and splashing, bald eagles fishing. It's a lovely walk — either straight to the jetty or south into the State Park forest trails. Really nice place.

We had a great weekend. This is the second time we have stayed here and we truly enjoy it.

This house has a view of the channel and bridge. The bedroom arrangement suits our family, and the large kitchen and dining table facilitate family meals

This home is not luxurious but it was so very comfy. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed our stay there and hope to be able to use it again and again. The location is spectacular and the view was amazing.

We loved the location of this home and how much room it has for the price. Vacasa was wonderful and provided excellent customer service whatever we needed! We appreciate the service, having a garage to park in and the beds were very comfortable, which is a top priority! But the place is in dire need of some upgrades. The blinds in all the bedrooms are broke. They don't roll up at all. The heat came on randomly in the middle of the night and heated up to 85 degrees feeling like we were in a sauna! We have no idea and nor did anyone else, how that happened or how to even control the heat. The thermostat is set for cool only. We had to shut the breaker off. The cookware is awful with peeling teflon and extremely hazard to your health! They definitely need to invest in some new cookware, bowls and leftover containers. The toilet roll holder in the upstairs bathroom is broke. While we did appreciate the good things, we probably won't stay here again unless they can at least fix the blinds, heat and purchase new cookware.

The kitchen is plenty big enough, although the utensils are scattered throughout. The pots and pans are completely unacceptable. The furniture in the pictures of the living room are not the same as what is physically in the house. Lots of spiders and cobwebs. Several strings for window blinds are either broke or missing.
For the price, this house was not up to par.

Loved view and great upstairs kitchen, dining, living room. 9 adults 65 to 75 found the stairs very steep. Four single beds was misleading as the room would not support - lack of space. Trundle beds difficult and impossible to operate. Communication about parking was confusing. Told 3 in Email and written instructions at the house said 5. We needed 4. Bedrooms needed paint and felt dirty and walls are gouged.

We enjoyed being on the bay and watching the boats go in and out. The house was great for two families to share.

Overall it’s lovely.
The lack of enough paper towels and toilet paper is ridiculous considering the rental cost and booking fee.
The toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom needed repair.
Thank you.

Our stay was excellent! We will be back! This was a great house with close proximity to the South Jetty and the fishing/crabbing pier.

This was a great house. It has a beautiful view and easy to find. Will stay here again for sure

Our stay was great! We were on a yearly trip we take with friends. Perfect location, lots to do, great path right in front of the house to walk along the bay that goes all the way to the beach. The view is amazing and it was fun to see the commercial crabbing boats go in and out of the bay. The house was clean and the layout is great, open with lots of windows. We received a text around noon on check-in day that the house was ready and we could check-in early. We hope to stay again next year!

The perfect location, walkable to Rogue brewery... if you're feeling up for it, walk to the beach!
Felt just like home but by the ocean, can't beat it!

Over half of the blinds in the house were missing drawstrings, so the blinds couldn’t be raised in some cases or lowered in others. Many windows were missing screens, so we had to deal with gnats and flies when the windows were open. Some of the kitchen chairs were in need of repair. We felt this house was overpriced for the condition.

The property would have gotten a solid 4 stars if the central heating worked during our stay (it didn’t). There were other lesser issues that were corrected by the local team within a day.

We really enjoyed being close to the Aquarium and to Newport, as well as close to the beach. The view of the bridge was striking. I appreciated having the bedrooms split, 2 up snd 2 down.

This house is located perfectly. Walk out the back and your at a road leading to sand, walk to the right and your at the Rogue.
There is enough room for everyone, we had 7 people. Quiet area and beautiful sights.

While my overall impression is that this is a good property to have a family gathering, there are some maintenance issues that need to be done. The upstairs bathroom needs at least two more towel bars. The toilet roll holder fell off the wall. Both bathrooms need new equipment in the toilet tanks so they fill quickly and properly. The cords to raise and lower the shades on the large windows are wearing out. Very nice views out of these large windows but then the sun needs to be blocked in the late afternoon.

The pictures must be from 10 or 15 years ago, the trees have grown 4ft blocking view. The furniture is completely different. The bbq in not on the deck it's in the garage, if you want to bbq you have to roll it out and go up and two flights of stairs to the kitchen.

The property was very nice, has a great view of the bay bridge. Not much usable outdoor space. The auto ignite on the barbecue did not work and there were no matches in the house. Overall, we had a great time with good friends

Great view, great location
The location on the South Jetty was great. Walking distance to the Aquarium and the Jetty/Beach, and a quick drive across the bridge to the Bayfront/Nye Beach. The view of the bridge was nice as well, and the living room/dining room/kitchen combo was spacious and bright. Beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows.
Fireplace was only intermittently functional, which was frustrating given the rainy/stormy weather. They sent someone quickly to check it out, and he got it running (thanks Adam), but it quit again later. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, though the pans were mostly cheap, flaky non-stick, borderline unusable. 2 more minor gripes: The TV setup in the living room is a bit bonkers. It would take just a tiny bit of effort to streamline it, and actually get the HD signal that seems to be part of the cable package (but wasn't currently available due to the weird coax/component setup). Also, a few more non-overhead lighting options (lamps) in the living room would be nice.
Overall though, good stay, good location, good chance we'll be back.

Amazing location
This house has an absolutely amazing location and has plenty of room for an extended family. It’s an easy walk to the aquarium, the marine science center, the rogue brewery, and the south jetty which has great paved trails to walk/bike on, and beach access. It has a great view of the inlet to watch boats come in or out of the harbor. They have thoughtful things like extra blankets, beach towels, and games, and as others mentioned the kitchen is well stocked. The floor plan makes it easy to have an extended family or group in the house.
Overall I would recommend this house, however, there were a couple of negatives I would have wanted to know about. First,
the knives are insanely dull, and the non-stick pans are so scratched you can hardly tell they have a non-stick coating on them any longer. We felt pretty uncomfortable using them because of that. Also the BBQ lid and burner plates are broken so it’s quite difficult to use. Second, it was clear when we arrived that all of the high traffic areas had been cleaned prior to our arrival, and I did not notice dirty floors as some reviewers said, but this house is in desperate need of deep cleaning. There’s a thick layer of dead bugs and dirt in all the window tracks, cobwebs on the ceilings/fixtures, and visible dirt on the walls especially in the bunk room.
Overall the negatives were far outweighed by the amazing location and house layout, and I would absolutely rent this house again in the future- I would probably just bring some of my own pans/knives next time. The location just cannot be beat!

Great view, great time
Girl's trip! Had a great time; kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfy (except the trundles; "like sleeping on a box spring"). Auto ignition on the grill did not work and there were no matches or lighters; we had to ask the neighbor for help.
Other than that, we had a great time. Location was great; close to everything we needed. Most likely will stay again!

Everything was as listed. No TV the whole week. Reached out to the local property manager the day we arrived and used the contact info on the refrigerator and never heard back or was able to watch any TV.
