They had a private beach that you can access from the resort/hotel and had a restaurants, cafe, connivence store etc!
We stayed 3 bight and we had a request to clean one time plus had to take our own trash…. I mean it wasn’t big deal but compare to how much I paid I feel like I should not been asked to clean up after…

Amazing view, clean, fun facilities. But most importantly loved was the mattress. I literally thought about buying one. It was so comfortable.
We definitely will come back.
1. Wished i could change the drink that included in the package. Even i told them i would pay extra to change the drink. but they didn’t let me. Only availability was americano.
2. There was mold in the shower. It was kind of bothering me when i was taking shower.

Location is good but the price is little expencive.

Room are spacious with a kitchenette and beautiful sea view, perfect to meet sunrise at the East sea. Facilities are diverse. Location is great, right at the beach and close to the food street. Personnel was nice.
No big towels or toiletries at the resort room, only soap, shampoo and body wash. Relatively much mold in the shower room, the toilet and balcony. No room slippers, but the floor is heated, so it's alright. The room is for four people, but there were only two bottles of water.

We had a room with a nice view.
Drinks in the minibar were for free (coke, sprite, water, beer).
The beach was very close.
Checkin was quick.
The room was not very clean when we arrived (dust almost everywhere, big spider net etc
The room was not in the best condition anymore (damages, fungus in the shower etc)
They charge 32000 Won per person for the pool area extra per day !!! (that’s crazy)
Barely English speaking personnel.
There was trash at the beach.
Breakfast ever day exactly the same.
For the price (250K Won a night) it was just not worth it.

We had Sean/Seungkeun, a manager at the property, take care of us after a issue with our rooms came about. He dealt with the matter professionally and we are grateful for his hospitality. Other than the small hiccup, the accomodation was exceptionally equiped with multiple food outlets and entertainment facilities. We always visit one of Sono Hotel’a properties when we travel to Korea and they never disappoint.
The water slides were not in operation at ocean play during our 3 night stay.

Brilliant location on fabulous stretch of coast. Breakfast decent. Room comfortable and good size
Overpriced and overrated. Greedy pricing for eg water park which was unsuitable for very young children, which they don't warn you about. Inexperienced staff speaking very little English. View of the factories from the balcony.

The actual facilities were amazing between the views, accessibility to the beach, and food options.
There was an additional charge for larger bath towels that was not disclosed upon check in. There also was no ability to control room temperature. The heat was on the entire time, even though it was 80 degrees outside. The "futon beds" were actually just blankets for sleeping on the floor.

The location and stores and food options inside the hotel were great to have available.

They were very kind and had upgraded our room. It was perfect with a toddler because it had boat bunk beds. Also, there is a lot to do within the resort and it is very close to a literature museum with play grounds. The indoor pool was open already as well as part of the outdoor pools which were heated. The breakfast was very good, but is definitely pricey so bring your appetite!
The blue light on the AC is very bright and there is a sensor light in the hallway by the bathroom. We would bring paper or tape to cover it if we stay again. Also, it was very confusing to get down to the beach.

Very Santorini
Mamathira fine dining menu not much option and operation time for dinner is too short. Overall is worth for the compliment coz environment and ambiance is very nice.
