Welcome to our rental unit at the beautiful Grand Atlantic Ocean Resort less than10 mins from the airport! We are always updating our 1800 sq foot unit & added new granite & flooring throughout in 2022! For a long weekend get-away, there is no need to rent a car-all you need is within walking distance including a newer Walmart neighborhood grocery store near 17th & Ocean Blvd! After vacationing for many years with VRBO properties, we feel we have found the perfect beach getaway for your larger group! You can book our 4BD-3BA OR 3BD-2BA depending on your needs! We are located on the popular 10th floor (not too high or too low) at the southern end of the building making for a sunny stay! There are 2 oceanfront balconies and 1 southern facing balcony off the 4th bedroom! Being a Realtor family, we feel our standards are higher than average making for a comfy stay while you are away! We also vacation here twice a year and change bedding and amenities to meet our highest standards! All of our outdoor balcony furniture is the higher-end Adirondack style furniture you can sit in for hours! Our beds are queens except a king bed in the master! There is a 55' TV in the living room with a newer sleeper sofa, Blue Ray player, games, puzzles and a even book library for you to enjoy! The other bedroom TV's are larger and the master and largest 4th bedroom with its own bath also have Blue Ray players! Pittsburghers LOVE Myrtle Beach :) But you don't have to like Pittsburgh to stay here as we welcome ALL friends, families and foursomes to Myrtle Beachburgh! We look forward to you making this your favorite Myrtle Beach destination year after year! Please note: When you book through VRBO daily housekeeping is NOT included in our rental but you do have 24 hour on-site security and maintenance should a TV or appliance not work. We enjoyed the condo! It was perfect for our family’s stay. We only had a couple of issues. The master bed was super hard, so we bought a mattress topper at Walmart and donated it to the room! The other issue was a fire alarm that kept going off. We called maintenance and they came immediately and put new batteries in all the alarms. We thought it was fixed and then on our last night it began just going off constantly in the middle of the night. We ended up unplugging it and taking the batteries out. I think it must have a problem. There were plenty of other alarms in case there was a fire. These were minor issues with a great place to stay! Thanks for a providing us a homey, beachfront accommodation !

We spent four nights with four adults and three children and had an amazing time! The unit is well equipped, very nicely decorated, and in a great location. The views from the balconies were great too. The weather did not cooperate (cool, windy, and one rainy day) but the indoor pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, and lazy river were well heated and great for the kids and the adults. The building is just a couple of blocks from a Walmart Neighborhood Market, and there are two convenience stores on property. Parking was easy, however someone with a large vehicle would probably have problems with the tightness of the parking and the ramps leading up and down. Overall two thumbs up!

Even better than expected. This place felt just like you were home except with a beautiful ocean view. Very clean, all the comforts needed to make your stay enjoyable. Enjoyed having the washer and dryer in the unit. Will definitely book again.

Location is great, right along the strip , minutes from everything you need. Easy walk along the beach to the pier. Be careful on the check in, no instructions were given by the property manager. So my group arrived but they weren't "officially" on the reservation, and the frint desk won't let you check in without the property manager personally adding you to the reservation by phone call. Our property manager did not respond till the next day. Easy fix, add people to the reservation by email and have them complete whatever info it is they need (that's what my group did). You only need one person to be able to check in so make whoever arrives first and you should be good to go. Other than that hiccup, it's a great spot.

Overall great location, clean, and great layout for a big group/family. I would recommend this listing. Just a few small things - checkin process was not clearly communicated prior to arrival. The facilities had a few things (outdoor pool not heated, lazy river jets not working, etc). Most frustrating was the fitness center (advertised open at 5am) was not opened until maintenance arrived and opened it for the day - which could be 7-9am. Some outlets not working or things in odd places (coffee maker could not reach an outlet in the 4th bedroom - so coffee maker ended up in the bathroom so we could use it), there was no crock pot even though the listing mentioned it. Overall - very good experience, but a few things that could be improved.

There were 11 people in my family who stayed here this week and it was absolutely a great time!! There was plenty of room for everyone, and the balcony was our favorite part of the condo, being able to sit out there and enjoy the ocean. The only thing I wish we had known ahead of time was that we weren’t going to have housekeeping services, but luckily there was a walmart close by and we were able to go get toilet paper and everything else that we needed. The place was very clean and was in a great location. I highly recommend it!!

The place was amazing and the perfect size for the ten of us. The pools and other amenities were perfect. The only thing that was very confusing was the housekeeping responsibility. On the fridge there was a notice about housekeeping coming in but three days into our stay we learned that there was no housekeeping available to us because we rented thru VRBO, which was fine but it wasn’t noted anywhere. I’d suggest two notices regarding housekeeping services on the fridge. One for renting thru Grand Atlantic and one for renting thru VRBO. Otherwise the place was amazing....

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to dine in and loved the washer/dryer being in the room. Pools were clean and beach was awesome. My only concern was that after completing the booking process I never received answers to my later emailed questions to the owner. However, I contacted Grand Atlantic directly and was able to get the information.

From the moment we stepped onto the property of the Grand Atlantic Resort, we knew we had made the right choice. We arrived early so we had to wait for the room, but the front desk offered us access to the pools and the beach while we waited. We did end up getting in the room about a half an hour early and there are not enough words to describe how clean, well maintained and "just like home" this condo is. The owners have thought of everything and the personal touches made it that much more special. There is a crockpot and a blender and a Keurig! Dishes, silverware, pots and pans, cookie sheets. You name it, it was there! The washer and dryer is a HUGE bonus to this already fabulous property. No more stinky beach towels and swimsuits laying around. I know it's always referred to as "A Million Dollar View" but this one is "A Ten Million Dollar View". You will not be disappointed renting this property. The pictures are EXACTLY what the condo looks like. Thank you to the owners for adding touches such as board games and cards. In addition, we had free unlimited DVD rentals from the lobby. The kids took advantage of this at night. Scooby's Bar and Grill downstairs has a plethora of adult beverages, ice cream and grill items. We did not eat there, but we did get drinks and they were incredible. The hotel property itself is also well maintained, though elevators are a bit slow. I didn't care! I was on beach time. I simply cannot say enough about this hotel and the condo. I will stay here again and again! Thank you for an amazing family get-a-way at Myrtle Beachburgh!

We had the most relaxing vacation with my two families, nephew and his girlfriend. There wa lots of room for all,of us, and condo was equipped with everything we needed. Having laundry with little ones was great. Large balcony with adirondack chairs to view the morning sunsets and enjoy cool evening breezes was wonderful. Lots of amenities close by and grandkids loved Scoobies. Would definitely re commend this condo for families and a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine!

We had a great time at Myrtle Beachburgh!

We just returned from our Spring Break in Myrtle Beach and we stayed at Myrtle Beachburgh. We loved it! The unit was clean and well put together. We had 2 families staying in the unit (including the lockout), 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids ages 7, 4, 3 and 14 months). There was plenty of room for both families. We enjoyed dinners at the large dining room table most of which were cooked in the open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen. There was even a crock pot, and many pots and pans, to make meal prep a breeze after spending the day on the beach! We also loved spending mornings watching the sun rise from the ocean front balcony. The pools (2 kiddie pools, 2 pools, a lazy river and a hot tub) were great for all of the kids. We spent a lot of time at the pools and on the beach. We were able to walk to get ice cream, lunch, to go mini golfing, and to go souvenir shopping. We had an excellent stay, and if we return, there is no doubt we will look for Myrtle Beachburgh first. :-)

Just returned from our annual family vacation and LOVED the unit, including the lock out unit at the end of the hallway which was PERFECT for our newest family member who was 6 weeks old!! GREAT location oceanfront - just steps from the beach!!! Literally less than 5 mins to Myrtle Beach airport so an easy in/easy out for those that travel by plane (we had 4 of our 11 family members who flew). An easy drive to Broadway at the Beach and local mall for those "rainy" days!! Beautifully decorated with queen beds in all rooms (other than Master with King bed)!!! Loved the decorations which reflected the owner's hometown!!! Little ones loved the pools and lazy river!!!! Would HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

Just got back from a "Girls Weekend" with sorority sisters and stayed here. The weather was terrible but we didn't mind because the condo was awesome! It is so beautifully decorated and comfortable, we didn't mind not having sun. It is a perfect place to get away and rest. From the comfortable bedrooms, all with fans and TVs, to the fully equipped kitchen and the spectacular view, you will enjoy your surroundings. It is a short walk to the boardwalk for exercise or for shopping. Great vacation place, must be there.

If you are looking for a very nice place to stay this is the place. Its very clean and updated. Has lots of room. Bedroom beds very comfortable, TV in every room. Was nice to have a full size washer and dryer. Kitchen was big enough to fit more than one person in it. The view was so nice.

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo! The condo was decorated with white cabinets both in the kitchen and living room, giving it a much brighter look. There was plenty of seating for all of us both at the table and in the living room area. The washer and dryer unit were very nice. The view is beautiful from the 10th floor and the balcony chairs were a very sturdy Adirondack style with matching tables. We also loved the pools, lazy river and hot tub. Everything was wonderful! Thank you again!

Just returned from Myrtle Beachburgh, and had the most wonderful family trip. The beds were clean, the furnishings were updated and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. Although the facility provides housekeeping, we chose to use the inroom brand new washer and dryer for our convenience. Everyone could spread out comfortably, yet come together for meals. We took advantage of all of the pools-lazy river, indoor pool, outdoor pool and baby pool's waterfalls. The ocean is twenty steps away, and we loved having the ability to jump between ocean and room whenever we wanted. The little store next to the lobby, Scooby's, was fun for late night ice cream runs and cold drinks while sunbathing. The airport is literally three minutes away by car, but for everything else we left our car in the garage and walked to restaurants, shops and mini golf. Super location. We will be returning. Thanks so much!
