Located a few blocks from the famous Highway 101, this area has tons of bars, restaurants, and resorts nearby, plus the Chinook Winds Casino. Head to Devils Lake just a few minutes bike or car ride away for some camping, or just rent out some sports equipment in town and hit the ocean for kitesurfing, fishing, or paddle boarding.
This home has a nautical vibe with low ceilings and huge windows that look right over the Pacific Ocean. It's easy to get stuck in the living room with the gorgeous windows, views, and a giant couch in its own area that juts away from the house towards the water. There's a fireplace, flatscreen TV in the closet, and tons of board games available. The full kitchen is great for getting a meal ready for your group with all the pots, pans, and cookware you could need. The dining table has room for six, plus there's a separate seating space with plush chairs and more beautiful views.

Cute beach house with comfy beds and couch. Kitchen has been redone and is very well stocked with dishes and appliances. Beds were comfy. House has the best views. Great location. Lots of games and blankets. Fire place was awesome and fenced yard was amazing. Surprisingly quiet house for being older. I was excited thin walls but I slept like a baby. My only gripe was the downstairs shower did not drain. Tried plunging the drain to no avail. Also, the house is dated but well maintained. However, as it is a dog friendly house the carpets are a bit musty. Would be great if they were replaced with some laminate flooring but obviously that is an expensive project. Overall had a wonderful time with my friends would definitely return to this location!!

This place is wonderful lots of windows overlooking the crashing waves from the comfy couch. Love that it's dog friendly and walking distance to lots of fun activities! We had a blast this place is a gem!

We have stayed here several times, Love the view from the bay window, beds were comfortable, place was clean and welcoming. We like the short walk to the beach access and much easier for our dogs than the steep steps at some places. Look forward to the next trip.

View is fabulous! Beach was amazingly empty of logs and collectibles. And people & dogs were sparse. The house was clean and had a great kitchen and pretty much everything we needed. A nice lounge chair would have been a bit more comfortable, but we had a lovely time.

The front room with full windows is probably the best design feature I’ve ever seen. I sat there for hours just looking and watching the ocean. It was decorated and cozy. So nautical and fun. Beds were good. It all was very cozy. Loved the little enclosed front yard. Perfect for animals. Our dogs loved it. Garage was spacious. We fit two vehicles in with no problem. A dodge durango and Toyota Highlander do. Plenty of towels and an appliance stocked kitchen. It was close to the grocery store so you can run and grab coffee. I could go on and on. It’s perfect for a small family. Close to the beach ( I liked the access to the left of the house(south)).

I loved the view. Cannot say enough about the location. Walking distance to the casino. The home was well equipped with kitchen gadgets, board games, everything you might need to go crabbing. It's an older home, furniture is comfortable but worn. Beds were comfy. All the bathroom amenities were great. Yard is well manicured and perfect for a family pet. No deck or beach access....that is the only thing missing. The windows were quite dirty but I live in Oregon and totally understand. Bottom line, very cozy, well equipped kitchen and the best views around.

This house was perfect for the four of us and puppies. Lincoln city has become very dog friendly and it is so nice to find a great house that accommodates with a fenced in yard. The big comfy couch placed in the over large bay window was perfect for rainy days to sit and watch the waves. Easy beach access close by. Beds were comfy and home was clean. We will stay here again.

This is a cozy home with an incredible front row view of the beach and ocean. The garage with automatic opener was an incredible plus for us as it was raining for most of our trip. The view from the living room is unrivaled and this is my favorite section of the beach in Lincoln City. We will be returning to this great little house again.

Although the view was great, this property had serious deficiencies. Internet wasn’t available, furnace was loud throughout the night, fireplace was extremely cumbersome to light, and worst of all there was no hot water, thus we left a day early. Hopefully we will receive some refund which we requested.

Didn't have snow but a wonderful view of waves rolling in at high tide. The ocean front view was well worth it!! Easy walk to the beach. We were more than comfortable and ready to call it home.

We loved being able to park inside the garage. The view from the living room is spectacular! Loved the mirror view over the fireplace. It's a great older house that is well kept. Was very comfortable and being dog friendly was definitely a huge plus for us. Will book again.

We REALLY loved our stay. The only critique I have is that we paid service and cleaning fees and were asked to do our laundry, dishes and empty garbages. We would do that anyway but with the cleaning and fees paid which are not cheap, it felt like that should be included. The home was clean and comfortable and we would stay there again.

We thought it was great. It's an old house but with mostly new appliances, 2 bathrooms (old ones usually only had one), plenty of space and a million dollar view of the ocean. It rained most of the time we were there and we walked when it stopped and read books and enjoyed the view of the squalls in-between. It's close to restaurants, etc. Recommend it. Will be back.

It is on the beach. It is dog friendly. But it is strange. It has a weird funk smell and a weird layout. A vinyl plank floor would probably take care of the smell. Only one side window in the oceanside part of the house opens (but does not lock). We were able to get into the home initially, but after going to dinner, we could not get back in because the key did not work. I had to call and get access to a second key using a second code provided, but had to leave both keys in one lock box. I would suggest the owners have the windows facing the ocean cleaned on both the inside and the outside before each stay because the whole reason for booking on the beach is to have the view of the ocean, which was hard to see through the windows. I would also suggest reconfiguring the furniture to have your couch to face the ocean. I understand the purpose of the mirror over the fireplace, but I want to lounge facing the ocean, not with my back to it. Finally, if zoning allows, it would have been nice to have a fence around the strip of back yard and some outdoor furniture to be able to sit out there and enjoy the ocean without fear of our dog falling off the cliff. As it was, I never went to the back yard because of the danger for my pet. It wasn't the worst place I have stayed in...but would I stay there again? Probably not.

A good job on things needed to be done , new window downstairs, new refrigerator and concrete fix in driveway. Upstairs shower not working but downstairs working just fine . Still beautiful view and everything comfy see you in three weeks

Views/location are great. Working with vacasa is strange since they use their own platform and do not communicate through vrbo. One shower said ‘out if order’ with no notice, and our group was too large to use one. Very very strong sewer smell from downstairs bath. Played phone tag with maintenance man, after tracking down vacasa outside of vrbo, but never made contact, as we were on the run, vacationing with family.

We really enjoyed ourselves, great place for dogs. Huge front widows for watching the ocean. Safeway and other stores and restaurants are really close by. Would definitely rent this property again.
