Not worth the money

The room was okay, but there was no bathtub. The location was bad since there was some road construction going on and there was no car access to the property. They offered to call a taxi but they didn't, and we had to call an uber. Not worth the money.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my experience. Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. I observed the presence of mosquitos and ants, which made my stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the room had a persistent bad smell that was quite unpleasant. Moreover, I was dismayed to find that essential bathroom toiletries were not provided, creating an inconvenience for me as a guest. The lack of basic amenities detracted from the overall comfort of my stay. Furthermore, the breakfast offered was of very small quantity and limited variety. Having only one item available left me feeling dissatisfied and hungry, not meeting the standard I expected from a hotel of your reputation.

Rooms is not what we expected, toilet flesh are not working properly,no hot water facilities, if we inform the staff regarding there is no responds on it !! Most of the amenities are not well maintained!!

Stay was reasonably good

Restaurant under maintenance. No Breakfast - Had to order from out side and the provided hotel was not opened Staff was good, Check out time was flexible which was good.

I booked a room above ground floor with two single beds and they provided me a Room at groundfoor with a double bed, Even though I confirmed my arrival by Phone. This was very important to me as I meditate in Fresh air and I was travelling with my daughter who was attending her UPSC exam.The Bathroom was not having cloth hanger and only one towel was provided. No toothbrush and paste. Room was small and access road tothe hotel is very poor.

property is the main location near edappally.. easy accepble

good location. good basic budget hotel

I did not know there was breakfast. good fan and AC. good size room and good bed. staff were good and accomadative food delivary from out side to door possible. walking distance to lulu hypermarket. there was a person ready to do the check in even at early morning hours

no spoon was there. no toilet paper more water bottle would be better poor road to the hotel from main road

Too bad!! It’s better to shut down such properties than faking to get customers using the pictures.

anything and everything about this property. not at all clean. The beds, bedsheets and the pillows were dirty Yuck 🤮!! it’s not wash for months. I don’t recommend anyone going to this place. at one point of time I thought of changing the place middle of the night however I didn’t get a hotel nearby. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
