Adquirí una infeccion en la parte interna de mi muslo debudo a la famta de limpieza. Infirmabamis que nos limpie y la respuesta era que lo hacian al 6to día, llega ese día y no lo hacen y vimos a la mucama y nos informa que ka habutacion no tenía ek check para la clean. Nos quejamis de nuevo y por 3era quejas nos la li.puaron. Al día sgte osea el 7to día era nuestra salida. Nos informaba que no tenían personak para . En todo este tiempo tampoco hicieron limpieza de sanitario y baño.

Worst experience of my life. I was charged for two nights, then refused admittance. AND, no refund.

They took my money for two nights stay and then refused allow me to check in when I arrived. Even worse, they refused to refund the money I paid for the room. I’ve never been cheated like this before. You cannot trust this hotel.

Do NOT stay here!!

Not Much, the staff was so rude and Insulting I had to cancel my stay at the desk. The managers name was Brooks Roberts and he was very disrespectful not only me but the Booking agent as well.

Again, I can not believe that a facility would allow someone like Brooks Roberts to work in the hospitality field. I am a military veteran and have never been disrespected to this degree.

Location and helpful staff

Wasn't able to get much rest , people in room next to me were talking all night long and very loud . Very inconsiderate of others , I called office they did ask them to quiet down but didn't.

I needed someplace to stay for the week, this place is okay.

The location was close to the Interstate, plenty of restaurants close by.

No microwave in the room, constant smell of marijuana, dogs barking in the hotel at night. Bought my own bug spray to kill the roaches.

Very disappointed with overall stay. Pathetic breakfast.

Location of hotel was convenient

Television didn’t work, fridge didn’t work. When asked for maintenance was told they didn’t come in to fix TV. Told we could move to another room if we came and got the key as he was busy. Already unpacked and exhausted from trip. Chose not to move.

Very disappointed considering the online rating was high.

The breakfast was pitiful. No bread or bagels to toast, no butter, jelly. Eggs were cold and there was no sausage left by 8:00. Breakfast served until 9:00. Asked the clerk if something more was being brought out and he said “no that’s it”. There was dry cereal. No fruit and packaged muffins stale. Extremely disappointed

The room smelled stale. Carpets needed a shampoo . Toilet seat loose and moved when sat upon. Scary thought I was going to fall.

Comforter was hot. Third floor smelled like mildew. Elevator smelled like cigarettes. Floors in hallways were dirty. Not very clean.

The rooms were not clean...full of dust and the sheets were soiled. Upon returning the following day the room had not been cleaned at all and towels had not been replaced. We didn't have tissue and finally had to go to the lobby to get it even though the clerk promised to bring it. The bathroom floor was sticky. We had to change rooms twice in hopes of a cleaner room but the second one was also bad. The key didn't work twice upon returning the second night. The lobby floors were filthy and the creases in the elevator door grooves were extremely filthy. The maid was rude and difficult, and we had to let the air run all night to keep from hearing moaning and groaning from the couple next door. We wanted to leave but were forced to stay by your company. I will NEVER use booking.com again.
