Very, very average but suitable stay if you don't look too close!

Very average hotel with minimal quality. I stayed at this hotel when it was brand new and it was great. However, with thousands and thousands of travelers wearing down the rooms with no improvements, it has become just another worn down facility more like Motel-6!

Now that COVID is longer a thing they are serving hot breakfast once again. However, what they serve is three time cooked rubber eggs with very low quality breads and cereals. The coffee is made from a powder extract machine and tastes like it too. Breakfast as a whole is very disappointing.

Room didn’t seem clean, mirror frame broken, kitchen did not have silverware. Other guests were smoking in their rooms, paper thin walls and floors.

horrible! do not stay here!

the breakfast was mediocre. they did offer a early check in but couldn’t process my card until a manager got there so they just wrote my card number down for him which was kinda odd.

the staff was terribly rude. the doors didn’t work with our keys more than half the time. found bugs in our room during our last nights stay. rooms were not sufficiently cleaned before our arrival. no linens could be supplied for the sleeper couch in our room because they were “out”. coffee pot in room didn’t work. staff accused us of having a dog, we did not have a dog with us. sooooo many charges were on my card and no one could tell me what they were for. I was locked out of my room for 45 mins, in which time the manager called me a liar about that time frame and the man working at the front told me I would have to wait till morning to get into my room! I had to go sleep in another family members room till the manager arrived. I even offered to purchase another room, he said there weren’t any available. it was a mess. do not stay here. there are so many other places to stay within the same price bracket, I strongly suggest you stay elsewhere. this list goes on of what we didn’t like about the property. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Disappointing

Convenient location, quiet

Waiting for room to be cleaned but it was clearly not clean. Toilet overflowed and had to switch rooms. No one at front desk to greet you. And the elevator inspection expired almost 2 years ago. Wont stay here again

Very poor

The property was on a nice location

The rooms smelled of dogs. They were both dirty. I actually had to clean the bathrooms and clean chocolate from the counters.

Nice for what we needed, but definitely might look elsewhere next time.

Large rooms and kitchen

There was only one person at the front desk that has other responsibilities that took them away from the desk. I am going to assume due to low staff it took a considerable amount of time for the room to be ready. There wasn’t enough kitchen supplies. ex one plate for a 2 person room

Overflowing toilets and bad customer service

The establishment was clean and most of the staff was friendly except for the manager.

The manager was mumbling at me and when I asked for a receipt and for him to speak up. He began yelling at me like I was a kid and them refused to give me a business copy of my receipt. Also went on to say that's what wrong with "you people" always so angry. Referring to my skin color. Our toilet was continuously running when we showed up and in the middle of the night it began to overflow and push up someone else's poo. We went down to talk with someone and they said we had to wait until 9. My family and I had to travel between the 4th floor and the 1st floor to use the restroom. Couldn't shower before checkout because the smell was so bad in the bathroom and the maintenance guy showed up at 10:50 as my family and I were walking out the door.

Great location, new, spacious room

Elevator inspection expired in June/2022 and some were a little iffy to be on. Staff should be aware of breakfast hour times. Staff should be dressed more casual for work.

Nice hotel shame newly built has these issues

The room was set up nicely..the lobby waa attractive.

The eight main issues.: 1. 401 door dead bolt does not work told them about it..no maint till thursday and claimed they i would have to wait till morning to get a change. 2. bathroom not right... curtain rod hung to low and the curtain hangs 4 to 5 inches into tub. 3. no assist bars to get up into 12 inch high tub. 4. screen in window was torn so could not ventilate room with fresh air bugs were coming in . 5. Tv swivel did not turn for easy viewing. Mount kept tv off to side. 6. No dish rag to wash a single dish. 7. Smudges on shower wall had to be cleaned by me to take shower. 8. NO ONE EVER AT FRONT DESK EXCEPT FOR FIRST NIGHT WOMAN WAS THERE AND VISABLE. I was out no late than 10 pm. and at any time i entered the hotel no one absolutely no one saw me come or go.

It wasn’t clean. The sheets and towels might’ve been clean, but there was hair in the sink and tub and the toilet was not clean.

We will be looking for alternatives next time we stay in Newnan. (We do this once or twice a year.)

The place is well located, still in good shape, and was chosen for the full size refrigerator.

Check-in person was not friendly, and said almost nothing. The breakfast buffet was VERY limited, and had no fruit and bread options that we could find. The non-slip area of the tub felt greasy (from lack of cleaning, I guess), and was now slippery. While we had four people in the room (2 Adults, 2 Kids), the kitchen area was not set up for four people.
