We had a place to rest. The mattress left something to be desired.

Not much to choose from the regular cream was out. Very little to choice.

We did not get a room key because the property had run out.

Decent for the reasonable price….. but… it was evident that we got what we paid for

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The rooms were large, with full size fridge. The bed was very comfortable.

The cleanliness wasn’t as one would expect. The main hallway on our floor looked like it had been quite some time since it was vacuumed and the room itself had a decent amount of “leftovers” from the previous occupant. There was also a dried puddle of something on the floor in our room which I easily cleaned with a towel (tells me they probably didn’t sweep and/or mop after the last occupant).

Disappointing

Breakfast is not good enough especially for families with children. Staff is not helpful. No sound insulation between the rooms, you can here all the steps in front of your door . Beds are so uncomfortable There is no even a cup or glass

Useless.

There was no one there too check us in. I waited for an hour for someone to show up but no one ever did. I called, buzzed, knocked, waited, yelled, called again, and emailed. But to no avail. I was tired and wet from working. I needed that room. I even paid for it and never got to check in bc no staff at the front desk. I am very disappointed.

The front desk agents were nice and helpful. The room is a generous size and was cleaned well, and the bed felt comfortable. I like the bright bathroom lights, and the shower had good water pressure. The temperature of the room was consistent.

I liked that we had a Kitchen

Grab n go breakfast could’ve been better. Room could have had cooking items in the room instead having to get from the front desk. They should definitely have a pool; our ironing board was broke upon using it we called the front and were told they didn’t have any others

Vanessa was the bright spot of our stay and we learned not to book at "extended stay" properties.

Vanessa at the front desk was fantastic. Very friendly and kind.

this being our first visit to an "extended stay" hotel, we expected more short-stay amenities...free breakfast was very weak. no hair dryer in room, had to empty own trash, pick up towels, etc. Also, there was a male, front-desk person who scolded a couple of pre-teens picking up breakfast. He told them they were making too many trips. I felt he handled it poorly and I felt bad for those kids.

Superb

The staff was friendly and accommodating to us. The manager even called after our stay and asked how our experience was because they were not in over the weekend to meet us in person.
