Gorgeous updated rental with amazing beach views! Sea Colony East Resort Oceanfront Bethany Beach. This listing is for a 2 Bedroom plus Den unit in the Georgetown building in Sea Colony East. Kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled completely in 2016. This unit has a beautiful view shown in photos. One King bed, a bunk bed, twin bed and a trundle bed with two twins. We have the best parking spot in the Georgetown House. Right in front of the main entrance! Come experience all the amenities the Sea Colony has to offer from the numerous swimming pools to the world class tennis and daily family/children's activities such as weekly bonfires and junior lifeguard classes. As well as a Smart TV and fabulous WIFI for chilling out in the condo.

Sea Colony badges are required to use the private beach, pools, fitness center and Sea Colony activities. The badges are distributed by Sea Colony and are an additional fee from any rental charges. Owner does not receive any funds from the purchase of the SC badges.

This rental feels like a home. Well stocked kitchen, updated, very clean, and well maintained. The view of the ocean is wonderful and the location to shops and restaurants across the street and a few blocks away to downtown Bethany boardwalk can’t be beat. The sea colony pools and amenities are fantastic and easily accessible for teens who want to do their own thing. The property owner had great communication and quick responses. Highly recommend this property for a great week at the beach!

We always enjoy our annual Bethany beach stay at Sea Colony, and especially so this year at Claudia's inviting, updated, kid friendly apartment. Everything was easy, from beginning to end. Perfect for our little ones, ages one and four. Excellent stay, excellent host.

Claudia was very responsive and helpful. The Condo is well maintained, well decorated and very clean. The view from there is the best we have had in Sea Colony. We had great sunrises and amazing moonrises. The parking place is right at the front door. Pool 4 is right at the first floor exit as is the walkway to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Claudia’s condo was perfect for our little family! The pictures don’t do it justice. I would say, if you’re allergic to dogs be sure to pack your allergy meds as there was quite a bit of dog hair on the carpet/sofas. But aside from that, we loved our stay. Claudia was SO accommodating and we would highly recommend!!

Very good location, good place to take the whole family, nice view of the ocean from my balcony, plenty of pools, plus indoor pool if it rains, special pool time for adults that was very nice. Looking forward to next year.

My three kids, husband and I stayed here for 3 nights over the Easter/Passover weekend. The condo was clean, updated and advertised accurately. Our communications with the owners was wonderful and prompt. Even in the off season, the Sea Colony offered several amenities, like indoor and outdoor heated pools, tennis, basketball etc. Would definitely recommend renting from this owner to others.

A Perfect Getaway

This oceanfront unit is perfect for a beach getaway. It’s spacious, very well appointed and the view is spectacular. Claudia is a gracious host and promptly responded to all communications. Check-in was easy and parking was never a problem. Bethany in the wintertime is wonderful. The restaurants are open, but not terribly crowded. There is plenty to do and see when you’re not napping on the comfortable sofa. I’m looking forward to staying again next winter!

Had another excellent visit to Bethany Beach. This condo is great, spacious, clean, full view of the ocean from two rooms, amazing parking space, and simple logistics in terms of working with the owner, getting in, and leaving. All that you could want out of a Sea Colony condo.

This was the second year in a row my friends and I stayed at Claudia's home in Sea Colony, and it was as beautiful as we remembered. Claudia is an amazing host and always very responsive - not to mention left a couple of surprise goodies in the condo to make our visit even better. Planning to continue this annual birthday trip and will always come back to this rental as long as we can! :)

This condo has been meticulously renovated, thoughtfully decorated, and is gorgeous! The view of the ocean from the balcony and main bedroom are just beautiful. What matters most to me (due to allergies and asthma), is cleanliness, and this place is pristine! Claudia was a wonderful host. We'll be back!

We so needed a change of scenery after a very rough 6 months and this was just perfect! Beautiful unit, Awesome views, we saw dolphins every day and even saw a whale one day. It was very comfortable and relaxing. We will be back!

Really enjoyed staying in this condo. The view is fantastic and while the space is small it is laid out really well which provides lots of functionality. The Sea Colony community has lots of great amenities and the Bethany Beach area is wonderful. The owner was incredibly responsive with any questions I had.

My husband and I and our two small children have been coming to Sea Colony for the last 5 years. This was our first stay in Claudia’s condo and even during the off season, we had a fantastic time! Claudia was great to work with and provided timely communication and was flexible with our arrival/checkout times. The condo was clean and exactly as advertised. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Condo

Great Condo

This condo is the best I've stayed in at Sea Colony. It is updated beautifully and kept very clean. The owner provides a few sound rules (caution on bunk beds, keep sand toys on deck, etc) yet encourages guests to make themselves at home. Guests are welcome to basic supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, plastic wrap, soap, etc) and encouraged to replace what is used for the next guest. As a result, we had what we needed and happily replenished when necessary. Claudia was very responsive as we planned our trip and returned our deposit promptly. I especially appreciated her summary of restaurants to help us decide great places to try. The Sea Colony has great amenities and being located directly on a private beach made the trip. The only drawback was one bedroom doesn't receive direct sunlight and needed more lighting to make it brighter. Overall this was a great place to stay and I would book it again.
