Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
**Sea Colony will have ongoing construction from September through May. There will be construction noise that may be heard in the surrounding homes. Please be aware that this may be loud at times.
Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.

We were very pleased with our stay at 807 Dover! The condo was actually larger than we expected, and there was so much storage space! Plenty of drawers, closet space, and tables for all of our things. We traveled with our 3 children, one of which is in a pack n play. The pack n play was able to fit in the master bedroom with PLENTY of space to spare. The decor of the unit was very nice and the master bed was comfy! The view was absolutely perfect, and we appreciated the short walk out to the beach. We used the indoor and outdoor pool at Edgewater and both were nice! Sea Colony offered some events which we unfortunately did not get to attend, but we could see the Thursday bonfire from our balcony and it looked very fun! We look forward to visiting again in the future, and hope to take advantage of the children's programs (they do not start operating until after June 18). We would definitely like to rent this unit again!

The home is decorated nicely. The view of the ocean and sunrises were spectacular. Even got to view dolphins swimming by. The down side are the bathroom fans were very loud, the closet doors need new pins to hold them in place, screen door needs WD40 and items in kitchen were dirty and had to be cleaned.

Location and view were tremendous. Furniture was a bit worn out and the bathroom fans were ridiculously loud. If not for those two concerns, would definitely be 5 stars!

My husband and I live quite a busy life and sometimes it’s hard to slowdown and enjoy things. Although we only stayed a few days we were able to stop, relax, and enjoy ourselves. We didn’t want to leave, the whole time we talked about what life could be like staying here permanently.

The apartment is just perfect - super well maintained with all the kitchen things you need. Love sitting on the balcony in the morning and on the esplanade or the beach in the afternoon.

Nice Comfy Condo!
We enjoyed staying in this Condo. Comfortable layout, furniture, and beds. Bathrooms are a bit on the small side, but not a show stopper. All appliances in good working condition. We would stay here again!

The place looked as nice, if not nicer, than the photos showed. Check In & out was easy. The staff were very responsive and helpful. Our only issue was the wifi was weak for business video conferencing. That said, we'd still come back to 807D in a heartbeat.

A wonderful apartment and an excellent getaway
As always, this apartment is in excellent shape - has everything one would need in the kitchen and everywhere else. I look forward to returning next year.

Unit has a great view of the beach and good kitchen layout, but in some ways is looking tired & worn. Bathrooms, while mostly clean, are looking very worn, dining area chairs are faded & stained, lampshades in master bdm are dirty & stained, & couch pillows look dirty. Upon arrival we found dried-on food on the silverware & a coffee mug coated inside with dried coffee residue. The coffeemaker did not work (Vacasa did supply a new one when we asked) the master bath door, as well as sliding screen to balcony screeched loudly whenever opened or closed. Kitchen is in need of a pair of tongs, a dishpan & drainer, more than 1 serving spoon, and a few containers to store leftovers in. This was our 2nd year staying in this unit. We will be hesitant to book it again because the price this year was considerably higher, but the unit in less desirable condition.

Convenient, Comfortable, and Clean!
We loved our stay at 807 Dover House. With two young kids the space was perfect. The condo is steps away from the elevator and a very short walk to various pools and the beach. The living and bedroom spaces were large enough for us to relax comfortably after long days at the beach and the kitchen was clean and well equipped to cook several meals. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Bethany Beach!

Great family beach town!
The good: Bethany Beach area gets five stars for family vacations. Beautiful area, homes and beaches. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Sea Colony rental unit comfortably accommodated 6 family members, was clean and well appointed, and was in a great location overlooking the beach and pools. Communication needs improvement with rental agency. No response to emails or calls. Was not clear on what would be provided as far as toiletries and cleaning supplies. Turned out, basically nothing.

Perfect view, in resort-like community
You couldn’t ask for a better view. The condo was clean with up-to-date furniture. The location makes for a very easy beach vacation. The weekly umbrella and chair rentals allow you to let others do the lugging.
