This home fit our family group of about 40 people! Plenty of seating in the main area. Lots of chairs and tables to dine at. Lots of space in the home. House was kept very cool. Outdoor lights were strong and useful! Backyard was big and grassy. House had more tables and chairs in the garage. Beds were very comfortable! We liked the big fridge in the kitchen and the garage. House manager was kind and easy to get ahold of.
Pavilion area was amazing! Great outdoor lighting! Nice area to play pickleball and basketball. Kids enjoyed the playground. We used the field area quite a bit. The pool was nice and clean everyday and perfect temperature. Pavilion had more rooms and a decent size kitchen (huge fridge). It also had outdoor showers and bathrooms.
The game room was another fun place to hang out at. The older kids enjoyed that room a lot.
Some things we didn’t like so much was the bathroom & shower situation upstairs. There were 3 bedrooms upstairs 4 including the bonus room that basically had to share the master bathroom & shower. There was another half bath upstairs but no shower. So we felt that was awkward. The basement was ideal because each room had a bathroom shower and a closet which was amazing. The master bathroom door didn’t lock properly so it made it a bit more awkward to use. And then lastly we were bummed out we couldn’t use the fire pit which we didn’t learn until we arrived.
Amazing place! Would most definitely come back!

The layout worked mostly well. Huge kitchen great to cook in for 40 plus people . There were broken and damaged things from other people's hard use. Id like to suggest a few small things that could be very helpful.

The location was fabulous, the isolation, the pool, the pickleball court were the best for a family group.
The decks on the house are so nice and big, having so much seating area to eat in the kitchen was great for our group. The house has so many little spots to hang out, everyone can feel comfortable. The house has a little more wear than the pictures depict. The sheets and towels are ready for an upgrade.

This is an amazing property with entertainment for all ages. Great for family reunions.

With a group of 50 people we never felt crowded in that space offered. We all had a wonderful time.

This was our second family reunion at the Beaver Mountain Lodge. The main rooms were big enough for our extended family of 45 to gather and eat together. The yard and game room (separate building) kept the cousins busy, and the bedrooms gave each family their own space. We hope to come back again someday!

This is an amazing property we enjoyed the house and amenities. The only issues we had were lack of maintenance . None of the ice makers work the shuffle board and air hockey tables need repair as well as volleyball net and Frisbee golf. The lighting switches in the house have a control system that allows you to turn lights off and on from multiple locations however this quit working and we had to spend time troubleshooting to get it rebooted suggest maybe put this info on bulletin board for future guests . Would definitely stay here again :)

Pros: Loved our stay. Home was very accommodating and spacious for our LARGE family gathering. We celebrated Christmas here and it was lovely and very decorated, which was so fun! Lots of fridge space. Home is very luxurious and just so fancy.
Only complaints: there were a few maintenance issues that really need adressed. Some of the lighting throughout the home was very funky. The switches throughout the main level didnt work and we had to use a breaker box to turn lights on/off which was a big guessing game as the breaker switches were not labeled either. Also, the majority of the doorknobs in the home are broken and do not lock. If we were to stay in the future I would really hope to see all knobs replaced in the home. Particularly and most importantly all BATHROOMS and bedrooms!!

Overall this property was a nice place to stay. My only complaint was lack of bathrooms. There needed to be an additional full bath for the upstairs rooms and a bathroom for the room above the garage. The kitchen and dining were expansive with plenty of seating

Took a group of 30 guys out for a work appreciation trip from MI and we had a blast, house was great and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

We loved the Beaver Mountain Lodge - an experience all in itself with its many amenities not to mention the proximate location to Tushar Mountain excursions. Thank you!

This property is amazing! We all loved it! Everything is as stated. However, I should add the accommodation for all the beds (at max) is separated on property. Read the description. The pool was amazing, the property was clean, and the main house was perfect! We loved it! Thank you!
*We had an issue and contacted the host, they sent someone else right away and fixed the issue

Kids were busy from morning until night playing all kinds of games! Including all the activities here. Pickle ball ping pong, shuffleboard air hockey plus more. We had games in the backyard set up then when they were tired of the games, they hit the pool with a lovely place.

This lodge and the grounds are the "BOMB", the words of the teen group. It has so many amenities that everyone was off doing their own thing and when we wanted to get together, it was large enough to accommodate us all. Beautiful Lodge, well kept, terrific kitchen and dinning areas, great bedrooms, fun swimming pool, game room rocks, pavilion with great space and uses, lots of leisure areas. We looks for something that was extra special and Beaver Mount Lodge exceed expectations. Thanks to the host for providing such a place that most of us can only dream about. Would love to hold another Family Reunion here in the future.

We loved having such a great large location to gather our family, but were disappointed that for the premium price we were paying the property wasn't in better condition.
-The primary tub was out of order which was explained on the board when we arrived.
-Doug was supposed to greet us upon arrival but didn't so we had to figure out all the other issues on our own and reach out to him to fix them. We would have really appreciated having him walk us through the issues and when they'd be resolved upon arrival.
-Another issue was the pool cover was broken so we couldn't close it and thus the pool water wasn't as clean and properly treated as it should have been and there was an alive soggy mouse in the filter box that we removed ourselves since Doug and his team were only available w/i 24/48 hrs and we didn't want to wait that long.
-The back stairs that the kids need to use for the slide are crumbling and in disrepair, even if a permanent fix isn't possible we would have appreciated the piles of crumbled concrete being swept up.
-The game room ping pong table and shuffle board table are also in significant disrepair but useable.
-Overall we were very happy with all the amenities available that allowed us to gather our large family, stay entertained, and create wonderful memories, we were just expecting the property to be in better condition for the price.

We loved our stay. The lodge was so spacious and in a beautiful setting. We loved the outdoor space as well as the inside space. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked. I only wish the double oven was working. It was really nice that most of the bedrooms had attached bathrooms. The kids all loved the big bunk room. We loved having access to the Paiute trail for amazing ATV rides into the fall leaves. Thanks for an amazing location for our family.

There are pros and cons to this place.
Pros:
- The activities on site were nice.
- Lots of space to relax, and bedrooms and beds for everyone to sleep.
-The caretaker was helpful and friendly.
- The house was clean
Cons:
- one of the ovens didn’t work, and the other oven didn’t seem to heat up very well and stay at temp.
- faucet to the master tub was not fixed, so tub was not useable.
- we were told the morning of our arrival, that the well was not working. They said the water would be back on by the evening, but the water wasn’t back on until the next morning.
- the house needs some maintenance to be worth the nightly price, in my opinion.
Overall though we enjoyed our time once the water came back on.

The property is wonderful - room for everyone and all sorts of activities. Doug, the property manager, is very responsive and kind. If you are looking for somewhere for a large group gathering, this is the place!

This was very roomy for our 42 guests. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. The owners were great to work with.

perfect spot for a large family clan gathering, lots of rooms to hide in when you need to have some peace and quiet from 11 children running wild... property is lovely, lots of birds, some deer in the mornings. Beds comfortable, play pavilion a bit worn with use, but still fun for all ages. Kitchen well stocked, thank you.......highly recommended....

Good: Size of home/number of en-suite bedrooms
Fun family options on property, swimming pool, hot tub, air hockey, pool, ping pong, basketball court, volleyball, books, games, jigsaw puzzles and THE SLIDE! Great memories created.
Beaver is a sweet town and the Creamery is not to be missed
Bad: Needs overall maintenance and a deep cleaning…we didn’t sleep a full night for the five nights we stayed, due the to broken equipment in the mechanical room/next to master that clanged/knocked loudly with ever use of every bathroom toilet/water…no resolve while occupying
Washer/dryer both needing repair with dryer has very loud squeaking noise and no handle to open the washer
Master bathtub handles off due to new fixtures required for use as stated in an earlier review
Grill was filthy but was appropriate size for large crowd
A beautiful large home needing extensive upkeep to maintain a luxury/cost per night status.
I shared this list with the owners as to the challenges upon our departure and they are addressing.
Expensive nightly stay for above issues not resolved prior to our stay

We really did enjoy this stay and your lovely home; so many places to hang out! Thank you for good communication both with the Meyers and with Doug. The home/property is large and wonderful. The kitchen is fabulously stocked. The pavilion area is terrific. The bedrooms and BUNK ROOM, terrific! The adjacent backyard was a home run for our grandchildren. AND, the rain. We LOVED the rain. We are from California and have not seen a storm like that in years! We really did enjoy.
Now, if............... there were thoughts to share, they are these:
1. We had the impression that the property was more in a foothill setting and not desert terrain. No big deal, but one does get that sense from the description et al.
2. The game room is SUCH a great idea. Thank you. Should we decide to come again next year, we offer to buy you a new ping pong table and game table at the opposite end of the air hockey table before we come--we re not kidding! As well, the carpet is pretty sad in there. That is not intended to be so whiney!
We did break the handle on the washer upstairs and are happy to pay for its repair; we shared that with Doug via text. We feel bad about the water that leaked in to the bunk room during Fridays intense rain. The window well filled a bit! We hit the carpet with a fan best we could.

This was a great place for our family of 45. We all had bedrooms, bathrooms etc. The bunk room with 18 beds was such a fun room for the grandkids. The deck worked for our glow stick dance party. We played Capture the flag and Spike ball forever. At the pavilion we played Wiffle baseball, swam, pickle ball and made s’mores at the fire pit. Loved this rental.

We loved renting this property for our family reunion. The place was large and accommodating for our large family. It was nice to have a lot of activities right on sight so we could relax and enjoy each other's company. The kitchen/dining area was perfect to prep and serve food for a large group and allowed for us to have a lot of great meals. The hosts were prompt with responding to questions and were very accommodating. Thanks for the sharing the space with us.

Great place for family reunion!
My extended family of 45 people had a wonderful stay. A room for each family was helpful. Kitchen and dining space large enough for our 10 families. Hosts very responsive to our questions. Loved the grass areas outside the back deck for night games. Pool and hot tub used non-stop! The pavilion by the pool where we had 2 families stay was a little further from the main lodge than we had thought looking at the website.

Family reunion (56 attendees)
This was perfect for our family reunion! So much space and all the wonderful amenities kept everyone entertained. "Luxurious" and "wow" were words I heard often. The Kitchen was well stocked so we had no problem preparing meals. Lots of eating space as well.
If you use the 18 bed bunkroom in the summer be sure to bring a fan. Also the room over the garage was a bit toasty. Fortunately we were prepared and brought large fans which did the trick. The rest of the very spacious bedrooms were well air conditioned.
Highly recommend this place for any large group, or small group that really wants A LOT of space;)

Needs Attention
I’ll start by saying our family really enjoyed this property and the activities it had to offer. On the other hand it was easy to find things that need major attention. It lacked attention to detail for the price tag. The master bathroom tub that’s highlighted in the pictures on the listing was totally out of commission and didn’t even have running water to it. The basement fire place was leaking propane as well as a room out in the pavilion. There were many various things we took note of but these were the few I wanted to share. From the advertised pictures and price you would expect more quality and attention to maintaining such a beautiful property. Our group is big and a place big enough to accommodate us is hard to find but this place did that pretty easily. We enjoyed our time at this property, but due to shape of property and price point I would not recommend or return without some much needed improvements.

Wonderful property. Lots to do. Isolated by trees. Wildlife walked through in the morning and in the evening. Really delightful.

Beautiful property
What an incredible home and property! We had a wonderful time with our family reunion here this last week. Almost 60 people and plenty of room for all. There are enough things to do just on the property that kept all age groups entertained without feeling like we were right on top of each other. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of table space and all the amenities you need. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Wedding Venue
The house and amenities were perfect for our event. We would definitely refer our friends and family to rent this property. There were some minor issues with no hot water on a few faucets in the master bath. But in total an excellent experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us on our special day!

Christmas Vacation at Beaver Mountain Lodge
This property was an ideal getaway for a large family vacation. We had 10 families rent this spot for the week. There was plenty of space to accommodate us. The scenery is beautiful, especially with the snow. Sledding kept the kids entertained and the dual fireplaces kept them warm inside. The spacious kitchen allowed us all room to cook and eat together as well. Each couple had a room and most rooms included a private restroom. The only cons were the absence of locks on most of the bedroom and bathroom doors. This may be to prevent kids from locking themselves inside accidentally but at the expense of privacy which was a little disappointing. Overall, our experience was exceptional and something we would definitely consider again for our next big family vacation.

Family Reunion
I can't think of a more ideal setting for a family reunion. The indoor and outdoor spaces lend themselves perfectly for that. I also think the property would be an ideal setting for an outdoor wedding.
