This warm and inviting Sunriver home is a two-story, three-bedroom home with WiFi, A/C, a Ping-Pong table, a hot tub, and bikes. Eight passes to the aquatic center at SHARC are even provided for your enjoyment!
The lower level kitchen, living room and dining room is an open area. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with three stools and the dining table seats six. Enjoy a fire in the gas fireplace.
There is also a door off the dining room to the back deck with two umbrella tables, chairs, a chaise lounge chair and a private hot tub. There is a king bedroom downstairs with a door to the deck and hot tub. Upstairs is a cozy loft with a futon couch, TV, VHS, and a game table with two chairs. Upstairs there is a queen bedroom. The other bedroom offers a queen pyramid bunk and three other twin beds. There is a Ping-Pong table in garage.

Love the gas fireplace, we all enjoyed the hot tub a lot! So many dishes & great sink/ faucet. The bidets were amazing! The pool table, SHARC passes and bikes got good usage. We look forward to coming back in the summer or when there is snow!

The house was nice overall. It was clean and organized. There were enough towels for bathing and swimming. The toilet bidets were a surprise. The kitchen is well stocked but bring your own coffee and cooking oil/spray. The SHARC was fun but get there early or you might not get in. The back patio needed cleaning. Location was quiet and close to walking paths. Communication with the rental company was great. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Sunriver!

Loved this house. Has a lot of space lots of beds and everything you need. Didn’t use any of the bikes but they had a few. Ping Pong table was fun and has a nice hot tub. The furniture in the living room was comfy. Barbecued and the kitchen is stocked with all the pots pans and dishes. We had to clean the bbq it was greasy but no biggie. We had a lot of fun in Sunriver and would definitely stay here in the future. Thanks for having us 😊

We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing I can say about this and other vrbo properties we have rented is, there is often too much in the kitchen. Please leave a kitchen cupboard empty for renter's food and personal items!

Snowy Getaway
We had a wonderful time in this cozy house. Definitely way to big for just the two of us but the hot tub off the master bedroom was a big influence. Lovely kitchen, great family room with lots of 90s nostalgia. Make sure to pack your own coffee and napkins. Overall a wonderful trip can’t wait to come back.

I stayed here with five friends for a girls' weekend and we had a blast! The hot tub was huge, there was plenty of sleeping room, and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Hands down, this is one of the best homes we've stayed in! The home is in a quiet circle, perfect for kids who want to play outside and ride their bikes. There are bikes and helmets for the entire family, a basketball hoop, ping pong table, games and puzzles, and plenty of movies and books! The kitchen is fully stocked with any cooking utensils you may need, and the bedrooms are very nice with comfortable beds, and extra bedding if needed. The home is also in a great central location close to the SHARC center and downtown Sunriver. We'll be renting again!

Great place to stay!
There are so many good things to list about this property… Very comfortable, kitchen has MORE than enough to make cooking and food prep very easy, special amenities (bidets!), multitudes of bicycles so everyone can ride on the great bike paths, great hot tub...so many other features! A very comfortable home away from home!
I don’t like to distract from the amenities; however, there were a few issues that really NEED attention! The couches NEED to be replaced...all the bolster arms are unattached (zippers to attach are broken) so there are basically no arms on the couches! The cushions are totally worn out from much use...you sink to the bottom when you sit down! Carpet is clean but quite stained! Window screens are extremely weathered and a few are missing!
Overall, I would recommend this property...but would HIGHLY suggest the owners replace the worn out couches...as they are where everyone needs to sit!

Comfortable Retreat
Everything as described. Beautiful features and cozy bedrooms. Hot tub was awesome. Grill worked great. Fireplace was very warm after a long day in the snow. Kids had fun enjoying their own space. Highly recommended and we plan to be back!

This house is just as advertised, lots of room, great well-appointed kitchen, clean and quiet. We would return. Hot tub needs a little help (basically no jets) but otherwise everything was great. Loved all the bikes - appreciated.

The house was very nice and clean. We loved having bikes to ride and, although we didn't get to use them, the SHARC passes were a huge bonus. There were some issues with most of the jets not working in the hot tub, but I'm sure that will be fixed in time for the next guests.

August Weekend Getaway
It was just a Saturday - Monday rental, but it was perfect. Everything was as advertised. Very close to the Country Store (Sunriver Marketplace), and not really that far off of Hwy. 97 coming in on Cottonwood Drive. Woodlands Golf Course is just a row of homes away. Trust all of the previous reviews, just a very wonderful vacation home. In regareds to the patio vertical blinds, they opened fully for us, you just need to take a second and observe how the wand works. Overall, you will not be disappointed.

Loved the house. I would have liked to have spoken to the property owners about the cleanliness (lack of), and also about the disrepair of the bikes, and missing ping pong paddle, but no contact info was to be found. Also, Vacassa was unreachable (unresponsive via email, and would not answer phone).

Late Summer Vacation at Redwood 08
Enjoyed a late summer vacation at Redwood 08. Loved the house and the quiet North location. The weather turned chilly so we got plenty of use out of the beautiful fireplace. The availability of the bikes was a big plus and we enjoyed many a brisk morning ride, including the fun ride to Lava Lands and back. The home has everything to grill outside and the kitchen is well stocked with all the pans and tools you may need. The rooms are spacious and beds were very comfortable. We appreciated that Vacasa made sure we had propane for the grill and that the bike tires were good to go.
The only slight negative was that the vertical blinds on the patio doors wouldn’t open all the way, which we would have liked to be able to get a full view of the outside.
Overall 5 stars for Redwood 08 and would love to stay again next time we vacation in Sunriver!

This house is very comfortable and I’ve never stayed in a house with a more well stocked kitchen.
We used the hot tub daily but the cover is falling apart, difficult to use and needs to be replaced. Other than that the house is great.

Overall fit was perfect for our group, and clean with all the amenities you need.
Although generally house was very clean & well-stocked, couple small things. The couch arm cushions are not zipped on (zippers broken), so they often flop off onto the floor. Once a member of our group found a partial pack of cigarettes stuck in there as well (yuck), so apparently someone before us may not have heeded the No Smoking rule. It smelled fine tho, and we have quite sensitive noses.
Other than that, and the futon cushion is definitely a futon cushion for sleeping purposes.... fit our needs just right.

A great time!
The house had plenty of space for everyone! Loved the keyless entry! The kitchen was stocked with just about every appliance and utensil imaginable. There were games and puzzles to enjoy. The hot tub and ping pong table were nice to have, and we were very happy to find out that 8 SHARC passes came with the rental, even though the description says this house does not come with passes. (I even called and was told it would not have passes.) There was a good selection of bikes for visitor use, including some kids’ bikes. It was kind of close to a busy road, the inside was a bit dated, with some stains on the carpet, and the dishwasher did not clean the dishes well. (We ran one set of dishes through multiple times before my husband took our the filter and gave it a thorough cleaning. After that, it worked a little better.) The hot tub cover was old and apparently absorbent, so it soaked up water and weighed a ton. It was quite an effort to get it on and off. Over all, a nice house that we would consider renting again.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very nice and is well equipped. The only negative we can say is the stove/oven is really in need of repair/replacement. The burners do not all work properly (one large burner only works on HIGH and the other doesn't sit level) - and you cannot see the oven temp well - it is hard to tell when it is even on.

This is the second time we've stayed at Sunriver (in the same house, too). You can't beat the location to Mt Bachelor. Also, there are tons of amenities and the house was very well stocked. We couldn't have found a hotel for eight people with the same space and for the same amount.
